I ordered the salmon and asked to substitute the Mexican rice for loaded mashed potatoes, plus extra pesto sauce on the side. When the food came out, the broccoli was way too salty and the extra sauce was missing. I was honestly going to let the sauce go, but I really wanted the broccoli fixed. When Eugenio came back, I apologized for asking and before I could even finish, he said, “Was it the no extra sauce?” I thought that was so thoughtful that he noticed. I told him the broccoli was too salty and asked if I could get some without salt. He immediately said, “No problem, I’ll get that and the sauce,” and he did — quickly and with a great attitude. When we were leaving, he even offered to-go cups, which was another small but thoughtful touch. Our total was about $50 and my fiancé left him a 25% tip because the service truly deserved it. Eugenio made a busy Saturday feel easy and enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service

Today I visited Chili’s in the city of Monrovia, and the entire experience was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the whole staff was on point — professional, welcoming, and respectful. I’ve honestly never experienced service like that before in my life. Monrovia has an incredible community, and this restaurant reflects that spirit. I will absolutely be coming back and continuing to support this Chili’s and the Monrovia area as a whole. Snowden LLC looks forward to being a positive part of this community as well. The staff here is amazing. I had the pleasure to have Pher as my waiter and he went beyond my expectations for a fast paced restaurant. It was my 1st time here and only came because I saw a tik tok. The drinks of the month was so good, my food had great favor and omg the dessert was so amazing. Thank you to the manager (Emily) who sent us the dessert. highly recommend coming to this location.

My boyfriend and I came an hour before closing and we still got amazing service from Paul. This was by far the best service we have gotten from Chilis, we will be back and ask for Paul to take our order again. Give him a raise, he's awesome sauce😀

You guys can pick em’ and mentor em’ 😊 It truly shows. Jacob and Paul were so personable and kind. Felt like family! While still being attentive. The food was awesome! The food was very good...our family enjoyed everything we ordered (Mushroom Swiss Burger with a side salad, a chicken sandwich with a side of broccoli, and a guacamole burger with french fries). I want to start this review with the statement - I'm not a fan of Chili's. I don't like the one in Lancaster or for that matter, any of the others I've eaten at. My better half told me that we should try their $10 food special. Yeah, I've seen these things before, but I was hungry and we don't live too far away. Parking isn't very good here. There are a lot of spaces, but there's many other shops and the parking lot is too small for the number of stores. Oh boy, I'm bracing myself for a disappointment. It's busy inside. We get a seat in the bar and order soft drinks. What, they come with the special? Nice!! We ordered a couple burger specials. She got some soup, so did I. She customized her burger. So did I. I ordered some tortilla chips for us to share. It's also part of the meal? Fantastic. We ate what we could and needed to take some home. Our waiter was great the whole time and when he brought us to go boxed, he also brought us a fresh bag of chips and salsa! The bill was very, very reasonable. I joked that it would cost more going to Carl's Jr! So, my Chili's dislike it now broken. We've eaten here a half dozen or so times and we're very pleased with the food and the value. Can't beat it. And, with the lower bill, we can tip more too! Though the staff has been great and they deserve the higher tip! I can't believe I'm writing this, but I highly recommend this Chili's!

Ordered take out smash burger combo. Great taste and excellent value! Really loved the flavor of the burger, it was well seasoned, meat was tender, bun was sooo buttery soft. Nice crunchy seasoned fries too. Will be back soon.

The hostess always opens the door before I can and greets with one of the biggest smiles. Seated promptly, the waiter and waitress move to get your drinks since we always know what we want it makes for quick ordering... With plenty of televisions around to watch your team and grab bite and a drink or both!! There is plenty of parking, so fret not. Oh and they are fast with the food so you should come check them our.

We got the fries they weren’t very fresh so our waitress was nice enough to have them remake them. The new ones were very tasty. The tea was very fresh and didn’t taste like old teabags which we really appreciated. 10 out of 10 were totally recommend going for lunch for lunch specials were delicious and very economical.

Had dinner here with my family. The wait for seating was not to shabby. The server was very kind and on top of everything. The food came out hot and fresh. I recommend this location for a good meal.

But you can review and pay your order from the table which is kinda cool and futuristic. If we’re ever out here again we’ll consider this spot.

Usually, when the server makes first contact with the table, a hello or a welcome is something that should be said to break the ice. Something to make the experience welcoming. NOT this guy. He wore glasses, hair parted in the middle, and rude. I am big on remembering names but this guy was not worth the time. Chili's really needs to evaluate some of these servers with a standard. At my usual location in Valencia, CA there is a server named Chuck. Chili's needs to put this man in charge of their customer service department, Chuck is the reason why we stopped at this Chili's, instead of going to In-n-Out, that is in walking distance. We ordered 2 baked potato soups, and they came cold without spoons. We had to flag down a food runner to request spoons, drink refills and another tray of chips "With No Salt". The server was non-existent throughout the visit. It didn't end there. When it was time to pay, we went to use the table device and it wasn't working, when we flagged down the server his response was, "Oh, let me bring you another device that works, this one is frozen" (he knew it wasn't in service). I will never return to this Chili's location. I will take my $200+ tab elsewhere.

Dang it! I couldn’t get a drink or 2 @ 5:45 pm tonight! Too busy. No bartender. A guy asked me what I wanted and I knew what I wanted because I had 2 the night before 🤣 but he never came back so after 10 minutes I left :( Bummer. Oh well. A busboy watched me get off the stool and as I walked out he smiled at me knowing I never got served :( Off to BJ’s or Matt’s. Maybe I wasn’t good looking enough or they thought I was poor.
