Opiniones de Panda Express Monrovia
You know the dreaded Panda Express feeling when you walk in and the line is to the door. You worry that the family of 4 in front of you will get the last of the Orange Chicken... or worse, they are being indecisive. UGH! Well, no issues like that here. The crew keeps the lime moving quickly and efficiently and I've never had to wait for an item because they ran out.
Very clean ...food was good not sitting there like other places customer service was great orange chicken with fried rice 😋 👌
Nice location and this place is much better with the quantity of food compared to the panda Express on Foothill & Michilinda. That place gives very little food when you buy. If you order a small side, they only fill 3/4 in the other place, so this one is much better
I rarely go to panda but when I do the food is always fresh off the wok whenever I visit and the service is extremely quick in and out in a matter of minutes and they have tons of healthier options now, which taste just as good or better than the usual less healthy thing definitely recommend this location for a quick fix for chinese
One of my favorite Locations, when I get done shopping I normally stop in for dinner. They ALWAYS have a Great Menu to choose from and the Customer Service Excellent.
This is the best Panda Express I've ever eaten at. The staff is very good. 👍
Erick the manager is always there whether he’s behind the counter serving or cleaning up around the restaurant. He’s always asking if he can help anyone and serves with a smile
Located inside if Monrovia's Huntington oaks shopping center panda Express seves a wide arrange if traditional Chinese food entrees. For the full.mebu visit the Panda Express website. Since this is inside a shopping center there is ample parking and a short walk from the courtyard Marriot Monrovia.
Professional service and clean restaurant. The food was good!
The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. A large group of us went in, all trying to use a promo deal, and they hooked us up. Whatever management is doing here, they're doing it right.
I don’t know how they get the food so perfect — and this is coming from a chef! The veggies and grilled chicken are always cooked just right, and the super greens are my absolute favorite. It’s rare to find a spot where you can eat healthy, get amazing flavor, and still have your food fast. This place nails it every time!
Panda Express is always a 10/10 choice for me. In terms of quality, options and how streamlined and fast the whole thing is. This time the experience was enhanced by the very polite, professional and friendly cashier. She did a 10/10 job (I forgot to get her name, but she was working at around 1pm on a Sunday and was wearing glasses). They also had some small cups to sample some new drink being released. The whole restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and there was barely even a line because everyone was being taken care of and dispatched promptly. A location being run like a well-oiled machine! 10/10.
I have to give a huge shout-out to the Panda Express in Monrovia. I came in at 9:50 PM, just 10 minutes before closing, and was welcomed so warmly by Erick, Steven, and Alexis. Even though it was nearly closing time, they had such a professional and kind attitude. What really impressed me was that they were out of the string beans my mom loves, and she’s vegetarian, so that’s her go-to. Instead of just saying sorry, Erick went out of his way to whip up a fresh batch of veggies right then and there. The whole team was just fantastic and made sure I left happy. It’s rare to see that level of care and positivity so close to closing time, and it really made my night. Thanks to the whole team for such a wonderful experience! Management you are lucky to have them!
I just had uber drop off the best Panda I've had in a long time. Everything was fresh, hot, flavorful, hard to find eggplant tofu sometimes and this location has it and the tofu was cooked perfectly! Really made my night! Thanks again!

I have to say this location is the best. The food are taste so much better than the other Pandas. The portion is huge and we ended up take home the rest. We were greeted, helped by the friendly manager and staff. Inside is clean, parking is easy. We definitely will be back.
The best and friendliest staff I have ever encountered in any restaurant in the USA. And I'm a truck driver and I've been through several. Congratulations on the service, especially for the attendant who is at the front assembling the dishes.

Got 2 entrees Togo. I wanted to get Mongolian beef but they said it takes 7 mins, I sadly had to go so didn't want to wait. Then right after me another customer came in asking for the same and they told him it would be a wait as as well. It seemed strange that they didn't have this ready like other panda express restaurants I had been to. Other than that it was clean and pretty good.
Service is pretty lousy. Everyone looks like they're in a bad mood or hate their jobs. Food is cooked nicely.
Service is good enough to keep me coming back, I usually go there for lunch while working. It can get busy in the afternoon and you may have to wait in line, sometimes it can take more than 30 minutes.
I ordered the new shrimp and steak. The first time shrimp was great. Steak was tough. Order again figuring maybe just that batch. Nope steak real tough. Wasted money. Everything elsr was good.
typical Chinese fast food everything is oyster sauce flavor cheap fast nutrition
Everything we had was good. Some of the items were empty and so a lot of people ahead of us we're waiting for them to be cooked. When they were, Panda had to complete all the orders ahead of us so we had to wait extra long to pay for our order. Also, we would have order what they were out of but we didn't want to wait but then we ended up waiting anyway.
It's a panda express, their food is constan, with good flavours. Its a kind of step up fast food place, bit I have never had bad service or bad food here . Like i said, it's a constant If you have never tried a panda express, then I would recommend for those days that you just don't want to cook. If you have c tried it, you will probably know what I mean.

There take out menu is not up to date. They no longer offer most of the items on there on line menu.we ask why it's still on there munu they said they don't offer some of the items listed but some of the other locations do offer them. Not happy after spending time making selections just to find out it's no longer offered at the Monrovia location.
As soon as I took my first bite I realized why I don't usually eat here. Most dishes seem to be dressed and spiced to please a particular kind of taste bud. Unfortunately, I have a different palate. Both their Beijing beef and the chicken breast had this overwhelming sweetness and vinegar accent. There was no subtlety. In fact it tasted like they were from a packet or made by a machine. The chow mein and fried rice were kind of sad, too--they tasted steamed not cooked in a wok. The egg roll was the best part of the meal, but then again, it didn't have enough cabbage, celery, and cabbage. Jack in the Box makes much better egg rolls. Plus the amount of protein they give you is similar to what Chipotle puts in their burritos. Sorry Panda Express, I'll keep you if there are no other options available. In an emergency, like when you're stuck in an airport and all you have is an overpriced gastropub, a Mexican cantina, McDonald's or Sbarro. In that case I will definitely go for Panda Express.
Food freshness was marginal. Food portions same. Thankfully, taste is what you can count on.

Had to change my review. Very disappointed. Instead of designated workers doing just the online orders, the one person dealing with the public as we enter made us wait while she worked on them. There were at least 5 people working the counter. 3 people looked in my container and passed it on. The cashier looked in it, repeated my order and charged me. Ended up my order was missing an item. Took up a large chunk of my lunch break just to not get what I ordered.
Too many chiefs, waited for my online order more than 20 minutes , asked and asked when my order would be ready, nobody new, until someone checked the shelf where they put up online orders , it was there already, for the first time I got soggy rice, not good!!! It would take a long time to go back to Panda now 😔
Let me be clear. The food is great. My issue is with portion size. They are getting smaller and smaller. Pretty soon they're gonna reduce me right out of there. Shame. My family loves their food. Bowls got smaller and have a half a spoon of entree on top. I'm over it.
We got there 8.30 weekday, and it was not busy, however they had run out of a lot of dishes, almost everyone coming after us had to wait for their take out.We had to wait around twenty minutes. Do not recommend this location, however both locations in Pasadena are excellent.
Food good but very long wait for food to be ready. Friday nite, but only 1 cook ?!? Usually there are 2, which they really needed. Waited out of line a while for shrimp to be ready but by then they were out of rice. A while later the rice was done but out of orange chicken. More waiting and finally things were looking like I could order for my family. I got back in line and placed my order but, surprise, not enough tereaki chicken so I had to substitute. AND, when they say IT WILL JUST BE THREE MINUTES, that is just their standard script. IT IS NEVER JUST THREE MINUTES. Perhaps one cook called in sick, but if this is their new standard operating procedure we are going to have to find a better place to get Chinese. We are used to them being out of things and waiting but this was the worst. My family was calling me, "Is everything OK ?"
Personally I will never go to this location. I will keep it simple service awful food must have been under lights to long. I asked for teriyaki chicken , server Patricia B name on receipt. I said closed the container. " i asked for teriyaki not just chicken" she pulls out a packet of teriyaki and tells me ( every thing we have is sitting out) i said its says teriyaki not grilled chicken" She was rude and I believe was rude. I would recommend if you go to panda express on mountain and durate . Food and service is awesome. Do not order at store in Monrovia #0533 please service bad food over heated dry.
I love this place .. FYI with my experience today , I am Asian American and I never traveled to China 🇨🇳. I came in and was waiting in line , the gal came in and cut in front of me and my husband then didn’t pay til after she came back from the lady restroom 🚻. Then I couldn’t hold it in anymore .. so the guy that took care of me at the register was really friendly and said sorry . But the guy when u walk in he knew but didn’t say anything nor did they have a clear direction or social distancing .
Just ordered food from this store by uber eats and it looks terrible! I asked for chicken/string bean and there's no chicken with very old gross string beans. I also asked for teri chicken and it's completely dark and burnt in some places with some orange chicken thrown in. Wth! I tried calling for refund and no answer
I came to order my food, I also told them I wanted my food fresh not a problem I understand I need to wait but 1/2hr later im called in and was told they haven't even started my plates and I had to wait another 15mins. The manager would not come to speak to me and I asked for a refund and still manager would not come over to speak to she just stood next to computer and would not even look over at me then another customer told me to get the managers name and branch number that customer worked at a different panda express and told me i should have got my meal free and my money back for waiting so long i will not come back to this store
I just came here for the fried rice, but this co worker name stephn in the afternoon on 7/27 at 7pm. Rude saw me waiting didn't even bother to say will be right with you. Just kept looking at me with her load of make up face. Really panda could hire someone like that. Took 8m for another employee to help me while she kept just looking at me. Girl you get pay bc I came to buy food here. Not happy go wk at mac from your face to belong there.
Me and my family usually go to this Panda Express, and we usually have a good experience. The food tastes good, good service, never one complaint for the last few years. Recently I went there and took their food to go. For context I ordered the orange chicken, sesame chicken, power greens, and noodles. I ate the chicken and was about to eat the veggies when I noticed a worm on my broccoli. I quickly lost my appetite. We decided to report this to the manager and he gave a nonchalant response of oh these worms stick to the broccoli sometimes. Not very concerned that this could be a health risk. How is this acceptable?
This Panda Express is very rude. They serve in FOAM containers which is bad because we cannot microwave it. It can cause cancer since it’s foam. Also the chow mein does not taste good. The noodles contain small and short pieces, it’s like eating dog food. The chef cut the chow mein into tiny pieces! Nothing is good from this Panda Express. They need to use plastic microwaveable containers instead of the foam. Poor quality from Panda Express where nothing taste good. They put small portion inside the box and charge for a high price
Just left this panda location, I ordered online, then I got there, and the food still took 10 minutes after I received a text message saying that my food was ready. Then luckily I looked in one of my bowls I ordered just to see that they forgot to add the beef and broccoli, so I had to go back and show them. Then I got home and opened the plate I ordered to see the portion that they gave me the size of a kids portion. Never going back to this location, I noticed all pandas are things you with their portions, but this is beyond.
Panda please explain this sign posted on your tables at this location? I would like to know the thought process on how this came into existence. Are you a law enforcement agency? Are you lawmakers? If not then what makes you think you can publicly mandate who I chose to eat with? This is not a city policy or mandate. The surrounding restaurants do not do this. This is a disgrace to your establishment. I challenge any Panda Manager that approved this to step up and apologize publicly for attempting to rob American Citizens of their God given rights. I suggest all Panda managers read and understand the American Constitution before making up tyrannical signs like this. Your customers are “King’s” we are sovereign. We need to be respected as such. Anyone reading this please step up and start calling out business for not following proper guidelines. Indoor dining is open here in Monrovia but not Panda’s dining or restrooms. If you are essential enough to serve food then there should be an essential restroom open to wash your hands.
Absolutely HORRIBLE -------- I could not chew the Orange Chicken. The server told me it was fried??? NAUSEATING
Worker Yen is very rude to customers and is disrespectful to her coworkers . She needs to get replaced or writen up. She shouldn’t talk to her coworkers like that . So sad
The staff here is friendly but the food is always nasty. I go to a lot of Panda Express locations and this by far is the worst. The food is never good and never comes with a single fortune cookie. Walnut shrimp seems to have been sitting there for a while so it’s soggy and unflattering. Couldn’t even finish my food because it made me lose my appetite
Wanted to give them a second chance, but disappointed again. Ordered chow mein with two kung Pao chicken, the Kung Pao chicken has 6 little nuggets of chicken. Panda Express has became an extreme rip off, price has risen and meat portion has gone down on meat items. Look at the photo, it was taken right after I received my order.
Disappointed about this Panda Express location. I always come here to get my lunch when I am working. I always order thru mobile app to save some time, but there have been several times where they gave me the wrong item and the staff will tell me that it was the right order. There was a time where I tried to show them my receipt and they would just say it’s okay, and yet they would come to me and tell me that “they gave me the right order”. Does not know how to apologize or say sorry that they made a mistake, but will make you feel like it’s your fault. Make sure you check your order before you walk away with your bag.
I visit this location unaware customers have to wait outside and be allowed inside by an employee. I enter the location and the person filling orders never told me I had to wait outside he said it was fine and he would take my order. Then a Hispanic lady assuming she was the manager along with an asian lady with man short hair were extremely condescending with very ride gestures and attitude talking with each other and pointing at myself. The asian lady was extremely rude with direct gestures with her hands to kick me out. I was literally shocked with such gestures and behavior towards a paying customer who not only is doing them a favor by eating there but also giving them a job. The only reason I went there was because my daughter wanted noodles we don't consume such food and I had never experienced such behavior and attitude by an employee. I definitely will never return and will file a complaint via corporate I believe this is unacceptable and extremely unacceptable.. I believe during such trying times it's a privilege to get a customer to consume and spend money in such unnecessary items therefore I don't believe this is acceptable and I will expect an apology and a follow up on these two very unprofessional employees starting with the acting manager because she sure didn't show any knowledge on how to do her job..
I came at lunch time. There were no beef dishes available. Mariah was my server. Do you train these people in customer service. What happened to the customer is usually right. If I request and point to the small box on the counter, I should not be corrected and told it is not a box it's a bowl. The only reason I'm even upset is that it happened before and I would not like it to happen again. That's what happens to seniors...they have memory problems. And to round out the entire experience there were no fortune cookies in the bag. Please speak to Mariah about her manners. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Below average food and rude staff. The girl who took the order did not look interested in what she was doing and her behaviour was very rude. Definitely this place doesnt deserve any stars.
