I just went to get their pumpkin spice blended coffee and it is soooo yummy. I can always count on this place for a good coffee drink. I highly recommend coming here

Friendly baristas. I especially like the iced teas & matcha lattes. If I order espresso drinks in the afternoon I always tell them I want all the shots. The drive-thru is open earlier around 04:30 & closes an hour later than cafe times. This has fooled me a few times. Busy location, but I can order ahead and pay with the app so I'm getting points.

Stop at this location to get a little boost. Ordered my drinks ahead of time and was able to get in and out in a hurry. Service was awesome and drive thru was speedy. Always a pleasure to find a good location. Thank you, Coffee Bean Tea and Leaf.

I am just a visiting from out of town and I had to stop to get some coffee and tea for a family get-together this morning I absolutely love the honey wellness tea which is one of my favorites everybody was very friendly helpful and patient

Drip coffee not as good as expresso. Cafe lattes are good. lots of sweet pastries and seasonal items but fair selection. However freshness is questionable...maybe croissants are at least 2 days old and dry.

They have quality espresso and coffee for the average price. Their flavor choices and seasonals are always good. If you don't like sweat lattes ask for half the pumps of syrup. They also sell mugs, to-go cups, and coffee bags whole and ground.

The bad first shall we; 1) not enough outlets 2) I don't like being imposed to give a tip on a 6" screen such as 15%, 20%, 25% etc and then all the way at the bottom find the "other" option. The coffee is already priced at a premium, so for that reason I'll just stick to Starbucks. I really-really hate that lately everywhere I go everyone all of a sudden wants a tip. The good : 1)The nitro is good 2) the snacks are good 3) the establishment is clean 4) it's located next to shell gas station, so it's convenient .

This place is hit or miss sometimes the service is great others I feel like I'm just a bother. But they have the coffee!

This CBTL may seem a little lower class because it is attached to a gas station, where I'm used to seeing more of a McDonald's or a KFC, but this is a 100% authentic CBTL with the standard interior that was very clean when I visited, and a really nice patio with several tables to choose from. So why then the four stars? I think that I have moved to more unique and botique coffee shops and though at one point I thought Coffee Bean was just so much better than say Starbucks, my opinion has shifted. It's still a great place, I still think the coffee quality and tea quality are both quite good, but just no longer five stars for me.

My experience is usually great for the most part. I've had a few experience were im not happy but overall it's due to certain employees. I have gone to this location so long that I seem to know a few faces and always have a great experience with them no matter what. Yesterday September 26, 2020, had me upset enough that I have write a review. I understand dealing with customers are not always great but if you don't have patience than dont work in the field. Im in the drive thru and complete my usual order of 3 to 4 drinks on my own. I usually receive a carrier but Yesterday they did not have any available i was bewildered a little due to not have enough room to place in vehicle due to already having a cup of water. But I compromised and informed the young lady that was the shift supervisor, im going to throw out my water right here by the car, as I was done with dumping my water and grabbing one of the drinks, she informed me you are not allowed to throw things out and the next time drive up, I explained to her I did inform that it was water and she gave a me look and as I was grabbing my last drink she said bye and I realized I didn't pay and began to think what is wrong with her is it free, lol! She than opened the window and said you need to pay. I informed her I was wondering why you were telling me bye but I guess The shift supervisor was young and I did not get her name fully, it was Elysa if im correct. I have a child her age and I continued to remind myself maybe she was just having a bad day but I deserve some since of respect

We stopped by the Coffee Bean in Monrovia this afternoon, only to find out that one of our favorite drinks, The Black Forest, is no longer on the menu. The barista could have cared less that we were disappointed, did not offer anything as an alternative and none of the staff was very friendly or welcoming. This was one of the last reasons we went to Coffee Bean because this drink was so different from any place else that serves coffee. Not super encouraged to go to another Coffee Bean anytime soon.

My first visit here. I ordered a blended drink. SPECIFICALLY told person Almond milk. Regular milk was used and I got very nauseous and other GI problems at work the rest of the day. I'm very disappointed. Should be able to get a refund.

This rating is for the walk in as the drive thru seems to get better service. I've been to this location several mornings and by 7:00am things still seem to be in a bit of chaos. It's easier to go to AmPm down the street for coffee.

The service at this location is horrible. 2 wks ago they got my whole order wrong and I didn't notice til I got to work too late to take back the order and couldn't ear what they gave me. How they got the order wrong is beyond me...I was the only one on there. Today they got the order right but everything was ice cold even with a confirmation it was heated up. Don't leave with out checking out your order!

You order through the app and expect to arrive and pick up your drink....NOT HERE! They love to wait until you show up and tell you, 'uh, we'll get that ready.' This has happened every time I have visited here. Well, this will be the last visit for me.

Don't bother ordering the cold brew in Monrovia, because they're out. And it's only 10am on a Sunday. So how this affects the other drinks that are cold brew based, I don't know. I'm pretty sure they're just going to use regular coffee and lie to the customers. So now I'm trapped in the drive thru and no coffee at the end. Awesome.

I am so shocked with how i was treated here. I went to go in and try and get an iced American dry and the girl that works drive thru the one with acne and grown out dark roots and that wears glasses was so unprofessional. She laughed at me because i said American instead of "americano" then as i was driving away she says "you know i can still hear you" so as i pull forward i ask who was on the headphone and she says "if you have a problem you can say it to my face" This place is so unprofessional. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. Then i ask to speak with the manager and the manager is like 4'9 staring at the whole thing going down and does not step in to control her employee. Seriously who is hiring these people and leaving them in charge for the company to just fail. Customer service here is horrible. Like i get it if your unhappy at your work place and unhappy within yourself then go find another job and do something with your life instead of letting out your unhappiness and bitterness to the customers. I really do hope they take disciplinary measures and take action on this girl because she was an embarrassment to coffee bean.

This location isn't great at all. They don't know how to make coffee and teas, it is so water down with zero flavors, not to mention the temperature is very off. Staff not as friendly and the line is extremely long, yet not worth the wait. No consistency here sadly, other coffee beans are way better. I am a fan of coffee beans drinks usually, just not here unfortunately. :(

You can't stay inside.The fun in the door so noisy like a machine with a load engine whenever somebody comes in or goes out through the door.
