Carl's jr is probably one of the better of the crummy corporate fast food chains. They had a small double charbroiled hamburger special that I ordered. The hamburgers were mediocre as I expected but for the price I figured why not. What was most troubling was that the cost of a medium drink was the same cost as one of the hamburgers. That's nonsense. Whatever I'm sure I'll be back because its convenient and I'm lazy not because of price and quality.

I've never really thought about going to Carl's Junior but today was my first experience there ever to actually want to try Carl's Junior I use the restroom the restroom was clean the manager there she was very polite the cook there she was very observant her orders were being taken and I even got my food delivered to my table appreciate the fact that I didn't feel pressure when I did not even know what to order but I enjoyed the two for six something I got the spicy chicken sandwich and I got the barbecue wrap it was really good thank you

My friend and i ordered off the app. we ordered a deal that offered 2 meals for the price of one. but the app was having problems and put we only ordered one meal. the manger came and helped us redeem our offer.

I was in there yesterday on the 15th between 12 and two anyway both men were so nice one was a young guy and the other man was an older gentleman and just how nice they were and friendly I order something at the window that I forgot it was no problem but they did have me go park which is fine, I hate to bring this up but at Burger King “ Montclair “ which I will not go anymore like a three times they had told me I have to get back in line when I order just something simple all the way back through the drive-through I mean I don’t know why they can just do the same as Carl’s . And also don’t get the friendly staff that I got so I just want to thank the gentleman that took care of me yesterday for doing such a great job with their customer service and handling everything. I know it’s a tough job and I can get a little crazy but you guys went above and beyond . and I pretty much had the same experience there the last few times I’ve went since I’m not going to the other place anymore although it’s really convenient because it’s super close I’ve been going to Carl’s Jr. and it’s worth a little bit more money to get a smiling face your order right you’re not overcharged. So again props to all the employees at Carl’s Jr. Montclair the one on Holt !!

I moved out to Arkansas about 10 years ago. Growing up in socal I ate Carl’s JR frequently. I came out to visit some family and stopped in to see what was new on the menu. The manager Francisco was extremely friendly. Greeted me as soon as I walked in. Took my order and it was out in no time. The burger was extremely delicious. As soon as I was done Francisco personally came to the table to ask me how everything was. Next time I bring my wife to socal I will definitely be bring her here. Keep up the good work!

I was in drive thru yesterday and Rick took my order. He let me know that if I download the Carls Jr app I could get a discount on 2 Superstars with cheese that I was ordering. At the drive thru window he let me know since I am new to the app I could get a free western bacon cheeseburger if I purchased a cookie. Rick was very knowledgeable and helpful! I like Carl's Junior the one right here on Archie Ball by the park but the last few days my coffee tastes like it's been watered down the iced vanilla they were serving it really great I don't know what happened I usually give it a five-star because I do love Carl's Junior I think you need to checked up on who's making the coffee

The fried zucchini that I ordered tasted freezer burned and the burgers didn't tasted fresh. I have eaten before thinking that they were just having off days. The food is just terrible.

Don't order thru the drive thru. Took 5 minutes just to take my order with no one in front of me. Ok that's fine. Girl talking to someone she knows at drive thru. But when you best part of meal is the ketchup and soda you getting bad review. Fries barely warm and rubbery. Onion rings on my western bacon were hard not crunchy, not fresh. If your charging $12 and change for a Medium western bacon combo it should be fresh especially when you make someone wait.

First time there and so many people raved so I was expecting alot!! I don't eat fast food a lot. But when I go to CJs I never paid much attention and just figured they are expensive for what you get. Well I noticed my combo was 3 bucks more than the menu so I asked hey when you ask medium or large is that my only option or are you upgrading me without me realizing. Her response, "it's my job to upsale you!" I says ok, a bit sneaky but I get it... I guess I'm used to the more customer friendly, "would you like to upgrade to a medium or large." customer service is lacking. had the assistant manager question me saying i never asked for the side that i did ask for because it was not on the screen that i asked for it. she was not even the one who took my order or was in the vicinity of me when i ordered. regardless i said i would pay for the item as she made me feel like she was doing me a favor by just giving it to me? the food was not very good, my wife and daughter both felt ill after eating and my stomach was not happy after eating my burger.

4/15/22 at 10:45 pm drive thru male employee was very disrespectful my sister wanted to order a burrito but didn’t know if the breakfast ones were an all day thing it was green or grill he said they were only serving one but he had a thick accent I couldnt understand which one was green and grilled i even asked in Spanish but he continued to yell at me but never responded to my question which one was being serve at this time he yelled 11pm !!! After that I said thank you bye and left him arguing to himself sad and shocked I have never been treated like this ever also I was polite and never said anything about his accent and he continued to be rude under his breath while the mic was still on

I came in nicely requested it's not the burger I asked for she was like no it's what you order. I asked to play the recording and she didn't. I asked again , it's ok if you don't want to exchange the wrong order just give me my refund. She doesn't know how to talk to clients. I won't come here any more. If the higer manager can play the recording video, they will be aware of the reality. She was rude and disrespectful. Service was TERRIBLE but the food was okay. We went thru the drive thru and service was horrible. We were originally going to pay for the new strawberry lemonade and regular lemonade but when she handed it to us in the smallest cups possible we changed our minds. She proceeded to snatch them back from us and it was down hill from there. The two times she opened the window she made it loud and clear how unhappy she was by slamming it. Why would you open up the dining room for walk in and not allow anyone to sit down. Or eat in the dining room.I get it with the covid-19 restrictions it's probably not allowed . Wow, I understand advertising photos are notorious for making things look better than they actually are but dang!! In the infamous words of another local burger place... "Where's the beef"? This is what we ordered vs whioloioiio8iiiooiiit6iiat we got. Very disappointed! We've ordered this at other locations and it had much more prime rib. Now here comes the cherry on top. The tea was bad... Not only bad tasting, but rotten bad. Their prices were also higher than other CJs in the area.
