Rick provided exceptional customer service — professional, friendly, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the customers. The manager, Adaceli , runs a tight ship and keeps everything organized, clean, and welcoming. You can really feel the positive atmosphere the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find a fast-food team that’s this dedicated and genuinely kind. Huge thanks to Rick and Adaceli for making my visit great — they definitely deserve recognition for their hard work and great attitudes!

I moved out to Arkansas about 10 years ago. Growing up in socal I ate Carl’s JR frequently. I came out to visit some family and stopped in to see what was new on the menu. The manager Francisco was extremely friendly. Greeted me as soon as I walked in. Took my order and it was out in no time. The burger was extremely delicious. As soon as I was done Francisco personally came to the table to ask me how everything was. Next time I bring my wife to socal I will definitely be bring her here. Keep up the good work!
This restaurant had great service. When I ordered a famous combo they provided quick service and the manager was so sweet! Once I received my food I can confidently say it was fresh and hot! I will 100% be coming back.

I was in drive thru yesterday and Rick took my order. He let me know that if I download the Carls Jr app I could get a discount on 2 Superstars with cheese that I was ordering. At the drive thru window he let me know since I am new to the app I could get a free western bacon cheeseburger if I purchased a cookie. Rick was very knowledgeable and helpful! I was pleasantly surprised with discounts and a free burger! Thank you Rick for your wonderful Customer Service!
I would like to extend my appreciation to RICK! I dined with my friend Eric, and the service provided by Rick was outstanding. The food was excellent, the environment was tidy, and his hospitality truly enhanced the experience!
Line was long and some crazy dude would not stop honking in the line. Food was decent but fries were really soft no crunch. Better than no food though.

If I could give it a Zero I would Free Burger on 2-10 bullshit With the App having problems on Monday too many users The offer says to order on the app or show the offer at the counter That’s where the problem lies When you show the offer at the counter the manager Araceli kept saying that it was my problem and she couldn’t honor the offer I was not the only person having the same issue at least 3 of us trying to get the offer Absolutely not the best customer service you would expect Most Managers would take the time to answer your questions correctly !! The worst burguer, fríes cold and súper old, not even my dog like it 2nd time and this is absolutely trash Why u sell fries in this conditions? My mistake was going back to this establishment(04/02/2024)
Wow, I understand advertising photos are notorious for making things look better than they actually are but dang!! In the infamous words of another local burger place... "Where's the beef"? This is what we ordered vs whioloioiio8iiiooiiit6iiat we got. Very disappointed! We've ordered this at other locations and it had much more prime rib. Now here comes the cherry on top. The tea was bad... Not only bad tasting, but rotten bad. Their prices were also higher than other CJs in the area.
