Great, we're here now, very long waiting times, never happened before, either there's a lack of staff or there's no organization... we came in at 7.47pm and at 8.30pm nothing has arrived yet, I'm talking about two plant-based menus... so do we have to spend the evening here???

I went to lunch with my family today (at my son's request). I don't understand why I can digest the same burger so well in Alessandria, but in Voghera it keeps me going all day. It doesn't end there, my wife ordered a burger. They showed up with two dried-out meat medallions, about 8 cm in size, covered with two slices of cheddar that hadn't even melted. Something's wrong here; either the cheddar melts at 300°C, or most likely they've reheated the burgers several times until they're like shoe soles. I repeat, in Alessandria, the PAM is a whole different story. I imagine the problem lies in the kitchen. Plus, the preparation and service were incredibly slow, even though the place wasn't packed. The bathroom was unusable, practically covered in dried urine...the ones in stadiums look like operating rooms. Definitely never again in Voghera!!! The only semi-positive note? The little room with the interactive toy, even though my son was sticky like flypaper...it's true, there's a bathroom!!!! 🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣 Canavacciuolo can't do anything here, Padre Pio is needed...BEST WISHES

The worst of the worst, dirty, the staff squalid and dazed, 43 minutes for a sandwich that after having requested it several times arrived burnt and dripping with oil, an insane disgusting thing, I have never eaten so badly and to think that opposite there is the McDonald's where I didn't go because I thought that Burger King was better... never again McDonalds for the rest of my life

Terrible management. I waited 40 minutes for a single sandwich in a single order, until I was forced to refund it because it's unfair that they still get their money after all that time. If it were up to me, I would never have gone there because I've already tried the sandwiches, and they taste particularly chemical. This place in particular, compared to other Burger Kings, made me notice it. It's very expensive, terrible value for money. There's a McDonald's just a few minutes away, and I recommend it if you want fast food. The employees are indifferent and demand to be excused for taking so long for just one sandwich, for no particular reason. They're also slow to refund and deliver, and the space is cramped, despite there being only two or three tables occupied. Don't come.

Terrible, the place was practically empty, two or three tables occupied, and yet 45 minutes for 4 menus, one of which was large but practically the same as the other medium-sized ones, which were small. I pointed this out to the guy who seemed to be on edge, and he changed it with feigned displeasure. The Coke was warm and flat, not to mention the bacon which was not crispy but undercooked. Extremely slow service, and the environment was not clean and extremely cold! Having said that, I will never go back! It's not the first time.
