I recommend just doing the straight up açai then top it up, I usually just mix up whatever’s fresh. I like the papaya, mangoes and my go to default is always peanut butter.

Stopped by for a Green Machine which is not too green tasting but also not very sweet. Just right. Glad to have this superfood spot in the food desert that Montebello currently is. My wife loves the acai bowls here too;)

My daughter and I love TruBowl. Their acai is delicious. Their chia pudding and vanilla granola is sooo yummy that we crave it daily. Can't wait to get it again!

The service is awesome, they are very friendly. The owners take pride in there product. If not familiar with a certain taste, they let you try it on a tiny spoon. If you have certain allergies to certain fruit you can switch to a different fruit. All there desserts are healthy, extremely tasty. The decor of restaurant is simple and stylish, very attractive. If I could give this establishment more than 5 stars, I would. If I could go 3 times a week I would. Just go try it out.

I absolutely love TRU Bowl! I found this one looking for healthy food when I left the mall one afternoon and it’s been my guilty pleasure ever since. The shop itself is the perfect size, with outside seating and good music, and everything is nice and clean. The review below will only speak to the bowls because I’m not a smoothie girl. The bowl: The sizes are traditional for an açai spot, reasonably priced, and I love that they have a variety of bases to choose from. I’m not a big fan of traditional Açai so having the option to have a mango base is perfect. Everything is so fresh and I never have to choose between which toppings I want; I can get them all and not have to worry about how much it’s going to hurt my pocket. With the toppings I get, my bowl could easily be $26 somewhere else, so I’m extremely grateful to have a healthy meal at a price that also feels good. Staff: The staff here is pretty nice and I’m pretty sure they know my order by now 😂. Other: If you’re into holistic health, definitely check out their refrigerated items as well because you can get sea moss, pressed juices and other great things for your body. Cons: I desperately need them to have a location closer to downtown so I can save the money I’m using for gas to get another bowl.

It was my first time here, so I did have questions. Megan was so patient with me. She was super polite and gave great recommendations. She made sure I understood everything prior to ordering. Itzel and Grace also did an excellent job preparing my bowl. Sweet girls! The presentation of my bowl was so pretty and it tasted delicious.

Who doesn't love an acai bowl on a hot day? My wife and I were craving an acai bowl and TRU Bowl hit the spot. We shared a medium acai bowl with pretty simply toppings and it was the perfect amount for us. The fruits tasted fresh, the interior was super clean, and parking was plentiful. What more could you ask for?

I got the Buttah Lova and it was delicious. This is my favorite spot to get an açaí bowl from. It taste really healthy and good. I just wish they would have added a little bit more peanut butter than what it came with but regardless I love this spot so much and I would recommend

I stopped here for a quick bite after a movie and was delighted! I will definitely return to this hidden gem ❤️ The ingredients were so fresh. I got the Blue Majik, Matcha, and chia pudding with blueberries and some other toppings - 100/10. They had excellent customer service, both friendly and efficient, and they went above and beyond to make our visit special. The hot oatmilk latte is also amazing btw!! The space feels open and comfortable and there's plenty of seating both inside and outside. Also plenty of parking available! They even have jars of sea moss gel for sale (iykyk!!!)

Glad they turned this place that carries real acia bowls and toppings, Montebello needed one. Very good toppings and sauces and while I was there noticed they make fresh smoothie drinks with real fruits. Definitely plan on going back now whenever I crave an accident bowl. Customers service was great they worked quick and weren't stingy on toppings.

Very good toppings and sauces and while I was there noticed they make fresh smoothie drinks with real fruits. Definitely plan on going back now whenever I crave an accident bowl. Second time I come and it takes over 30 minutes to receive my bowl. Very under staffed. If you come here plan to be here for at least for a 45 minutes plus.

I work night shift. I ordered Thursday night, Friday morning at 12:40pm. I had a one time diarrhea. On Saturday night, I ordered again because I was not sure if it really was the cause. I ordered 2 acai bowls. Sunday morning at 11:30am I had diarrhea and vomiting! That Sunday night, I had to order pho because I did not want to be dehydrated and lose electrolytes. It was the only thing I ate that Saturday (acai) and Sunday (pho) night and Sunday I had watery diarrhea and vomiting. I vomited the pho undigested. It lasted 3 days! Update: I’m sure you do. But what happened to me is a hard fact. That’s why door dash kept deleting my reviews about your store. Do you even monitor your employees if they wash their hands? Do they change gloves whenever they touch other stuff and prepare fruits? Do they wash hands after using the bathroom? Come on you can’t monitor people all the time. I work in healthcare. I know how it works.

The price on the display menu is different than what they charge you at the register. (They have been overcharging by $1.00). The employee made the drink wrong (didn't make enough of the juice) and she tried to compensate by putting a bunch of ice in the cup.
