I will not return to this place, many years ago it was good but it has been getting worse and worse, this last time they gave me makis with nothing inside except the rice tasted really bad and they had no change to give you.

Las micheladas no saben a nada, como que están rebajadas con agua, les falta cerveza y sabor. Los makis no saben a nada, como que no tienen sabor. Muy desagradable tirar el dinero en comida que no está buena.

Pedí un tepanyaki de pollo con proteína extra de pulpo y un yakitori de pollo sin champiñón, me llevaron dos yakitori y les dije sólo pedí uno y sin champiñón y se llevó el que no pedí, también les encargué un maki delli roll y pasaron 50 minutos y me tocó levantarme a preguntar si ya lo tenían y resulta que nunca lo anotaron y me volvieron a llevar el yakitori de un principio y ya frío y el maki aún no lo tenían, el refresco lo llevaron hasta que lo volví a pedir porque según anotan la orden pero al final llevan diferente a lo que les pides.

pésimo servicio los pedí a domicilio te dicen aproximadamente 40 minutos duran casi 2 horas en entregarlos,te cambian los precios cuando entregan, les pides la devolución y te ponen muchos pretextos,te salen patas de (🪳) en los pedidos…

Fuimos con mi novio a comer y nos tardaron en dar una orden de makis, cuando llegaron olía terrible, nos dieron el producto completamente echado a perder, muy amablemente le informamos a los meseros aceptaron retirar el platillo, pagamos y nos retiramos. No nos ofrecieron algún tipo de solución, cambio o reposición por el incidente, el olor llegaba a 2 metros de distancia, es terrible que den productos en ese estado. Muy atentos los chicos del servicio pero no volveremos:(

The place is going downhill. The makis taste awful and aren't presented nicely. They don't have flavored water, they don't have chili peppers to go with the food, and the soy sauce bottles are broken. They only accept cash. I don't recommend them. They used to be good, but not anymore. I won't be back.

Their Yakimeshi is disgusting; they give you just cooked rice with less vegetables than a Maruchan ramen and two pieces of protein the size of a fingernail. The staff are all men who leer at you as soon as you walk in.

The food is terrible...!!! At least the dish I ordered was... The dressings were made with ingredients that have nothing to do with Japanese food... They watered down the soy sauce, everything was bland... I asked the waiter, "How is it possible that you're missing the typical ingredients of Japanese food...?" He told me that the manager was very irresponsible... And to top it all off, it made me sick.

TERRIBLE, currently their fillings are horrible, it doesn't have any ingredients other than pure rice, as I ordered steak, well, they forgot to put it in and they only give you a sachet of sauce for an order of 3 people 😡😡😡😡 I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT,

I was very disappointed with my experience at this sushi restaurant. Despite having good reviews, the service was slow and poor. We had to wait over an hour to be served, and when we finally were, our order was taken incorrectly. What bothered me most was that they served people who arrived after us, which made me feel like we weren't a priority. The sushi itself was a disappointment. Compared to other sushi I've tried in my state, this one fell short. The amount of salmon and seafood was insufficient, and the presentation looked rushed and sloppy. I felt cheated, as I expected something better after reading the good reviews. What bothered me most was the lack of attention from the staff. Even though we complained several times, they did nothing to improve our experience. I felt ignored and inconsiderate, which ruined my vacation experience. In short, my experience at this sushi restaurant was disappointing in every way. The service was slow, the sushi wasn't good, and the staff was inattentive. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; I give it one star.

They take the order and serve you whatever they want. We told them it was wrong, asked for other items (they didn't even bother to change them), and they didn't write them down and told us our promotions were already full. Terrible service. We ordered one promotion without seaweed and the other regular, and they brought them all without seaweed. They don't accept card payments.
