I was shocked at how good this pizza was. I've had it many times before in my hometown, but this was way better. I was really taken by how fluffy the crust was. It was a great ending to a good day. I did the portal pick up and was pleased with how fast and easy it was. I didn't like how there were so many loiters in front.

It's rough around the edges (it's in a rough area, is what i mean) but I LOVE the machine that holds your pizza, you scan the qr code or punch in your code the little door opens and you take your online ordered pizza and skip the line. I can't complain about the pizza, I've been here 3 times, because I don't eat pizza often and 2 of the 3 times it was delicious. This last time was a bit well done but yea sure, I'd be back.

Tonight I ordered the following: Wings Pepperoni Pretzel crust with cheese sauce Pepperoni Pretzel stuffed crust with cheese sauce Pepperoni Cheese bread Little Caesars Pizza never hit so good. I am blown away with the quality of our food tonight. Thank you so much for putting it down. Shout out to the awesome kind door dash driver too.

Been to this Little Caesars Moreno Valley a handful of times and every single time I got good looking pizza. I drive from Perris just to get the pizza from here and it’s well-worth it. Good job to the Management team.

The pizza is always fresh and hot. I like Little Caesar pizza. I have for the past 30 years. The customer service at this store is very good. The people are are courtesy and informative.

Not the best pizza, but, not the worst ..when pressed for time I stop in for a Hot n Ready...when I have more time, I order a deep dish, which are the best deep dish around... the prices are very reasonable..never had an issue with the staff...always pleasant and respectful...

The services was quick and the pizza looked good and tasted fresh. But can we talk about the 75 cent sauces that is extreme and the packaging maybe bigger but it is not no whole lot of sauce in there for 75 cents.

Made exactly as ordered..ppl that work there are real nice in person & over the phone when ordering. I just wish they still gave out HOT CHILI PEPPERS like the other Pizza Joints do..then it would be perfect!! Bring bck the chili peppers!!!!

Very quick service, standard little caesar's offerings so you get what you expect to get. The store is a bit small though, but that's all part of the little caesar's package. Great service.

Great pizza staff working the counter is usually a little slow and only 1 person working the register. They need more cashiers and a line for people that already placed a phone order.

This location has many bugs and the wait times are ridiculous, but the pizza that comes out is good. The manager is also nice.

Kiosk doesn't work. Never has pizza ready. Service is awful. Always a group of people waiting in a 8'×8' space

The quality and taste are a slight bit below average. But in reality, that's not why people go here. Little Caesars made an aggressive come back 10+ years ago because of their $5 hot N ready deal. I imagine that is the main reason why most people still go here -- it's definitely the reason why I go there.

The pizza is yummy but 10 min into my order I made thru the pizza portal little Ceasars calls to tell me there's no mushroom or red onion for my supreme pizza..pick other toppings .umm that was pretty much all the toppings for a supreme. So had to wait an extra 10 on top of the 15 min already..then almost forgot the crazy bread till I asked for it. The guy apologized n just said things weren't left ready for them. So come on guys..Team Work here..it's not cool to work dbl than what u already do.

I stopped in here to grab an order for my daughter. It was late Sunday night , but I would never expect to see such a dirty food establishment! The counter has giant black spillage spots all over it. The floor has an aweful lot of trash and even more spillage trails. The plexiglass partitions haven't been cleaned in a very long time. The amount of gunk and dust collected on it could be used as a drawing board. I can't imagine what the inside of the warmers look like. Even with the majority of the back of the store blocked from sight, the bits you could see were enough to lose your appetite. However, 2 of the 3 girls "playing store" had ample time to make sure their faces remained caked in too much makeup, and not a single blemish could be seen. It must take serious skill to remain as still as possible for an entire work shift to avoid smearing any makeup or allowing a single hair to move out of place. I warned my daughter to check her food before eating it. If it was placed on any countertop, who knows what would be stuck to the food. I'm sure if food fell on the floor, the girls would just pick it up as if nothing was wrong. All the businesses in this area need a serious overhaul. The transient population has destroyed the grounds and business owners don't do anything to the insides of their businesses.

Came in, received pretty good customer service and was told that there was about a 10-15 wait for cheese pizza, as the pepperoni was already ready. While waiting, several folks were coming in and out, ordering and picking up right away, while I was still waiting for a cheese pizza to be done. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I was told "the cheese should be ready in 5 minutes" at this time, I was ready to go. I just asked for two pepperoni pizzas instead and then left So many people in the back, not sure what the hold up was, but yeah. Not cool.

This location has challenges. Every time I order something goes wrong. I order at another store a little further away and don't have that problem.

Bought two of their cheezers. Both were dry, and barely covered about a 6 inch circle with the sauce, cheese and pepperoni. These were LARGE pizzas. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the product.

There is no lighting on the sign to show that there's a little Cesar's pizza. It's too dark and attracts homles. It's just my humble opinion my family loves your pizza.

Have been ordering pizza on Saturdays for over a year. It is always a surprise on what you get. If you order just a regular cheese you are good to go. But if you order something special like a deep crust cooked longer or a thin crust with lite sauce well it is a surprise if you get what you order. So for just the menu items you get what you get. But to customize an order it us so-so. The deep crust unless you have it cooked longer the dough is still uncooked. We even ordered a regular stuffed crust pizza once and the stuffed cheese was cool with the dough still not cooked. So check them when you pick them up.

Had to wait for our food even though i ordered way ahead of time, and when it was ready it looked slapped together and way to much sauce, it was like would you like some pizza with your sauce, bread sticks had no flavor at all. And they had homeless out right by their door yelling at their dog 🥺, i know thats not there fault but when you are walking up it made me feel uneasy, not because he was homeless it was because he was yelling at the dog for trying to eat something.

Currently at little ceasers a chubby caucasian guy with curly hair told me that he doesn’t take custom orders the last 30 minutes because theyre putting up toppings but they also havent answered the phone and ive been calling since 9

Order not complete and person at counter rude would not help. Had to wait in line behind 6 people to get missing item from portal and then they charged again for items. Would not give to us even do we had proof of order

Terrible management! I would give no star! I usually don't have any problems here but after last night and the fact that the manager tried to weasel her way out of correcting my order, I will be taking my money else where.

This location is the worst Little Caesars. Save yourself some time and don’t even come here, the ladies clearly don’t know how to work their own registers and they never have anything “Hot N Ready”. Literally all I wanted was a damned 5 dollar pizza and of course that was too complicated I was asked to wait even after I had already been waiting for over 15 mins in line (mind you I was the first one in line, they couldnt print a damn receipt) I work in food as well and this was terrible service.

Long wait, staff is inattentive and does not communicate with customers or each other. Also noticed online/app ordering was useless as orders were either not ready or not found. And the cherry on top, lots of transients outside and people who can't park, some dummy almost backed into me ; only stopped because I honked. Skip this location.

Manager Lady there has poor customer service skills, I'm not sure if she was playing on her phone but I stood there for about 3 minutes before she acknoledged me , then proceeds to tell me that when My order is ready, it will appear on the monitor of their carry out machine, meanwhile people come in and order the same items I had and just get it and leave, I only ordered a hot n ready and a crazy bread, how hard is that?

Didn’t get the drink we paid for. The delivery person left our order at the hotel desk instead of contacting us like we asked, so the time we saw it, we couldn’t do anything about it. They also didn’t cut the pizza into slices whatsoever 🤷🏻‍♀️ The time we were able to hunt down a knife, the food was cold.

First time calling and I was on the phone for 10 mins on 3 different lines! I usually go to the one on lemonate but came down here to visit family and it was my closet location but yet no one to answer the phone. Drive by I seen 3 workers just talking killing time. Got annoyed and decided to call my second closest location which in fact was the perris one and they answered in less than a min! Disappointed and hungry.

I came to this Little Caesars to pick up a pizza last night. I was told 25-30 min wait by the cashier, ended up taking more than an hour. The lobby was full of upset people waiting for their order, and the cashier just kept telling people "your orders not ready yet". As time went on more and more people piled into the lobby, some people waiting outside. There was no apology or "we'll be right with you" or explanation for the delay. People were getting more and more aggitated. I just kept thinking wheres the manager? The kid at the front had horrible customer service. Where are your managers at? And where are the adults?? Every worker I saw in there looked 16. To add to the poor customer service, this location is in a sketch area. Be careful walking back to your car, you might get mugged.

Horrible! Dirty outside the store. Dirty inside the store. I placed an order to be picked up at 7pm. Mind you I ordered 6!!!! Pizza's not 1 or 2 but 6. That is the MAIN reason I ordered it 5 hours ahead of time. I placed the order at 2:00pm. Knowing I'd give them enough time to make my kids the food they have patiently waited for. They started to make the order at 7:03pm. Only to tell me that it's not they're fault the system don't put our the order till the time of pick up.... like what?? This is not right. And for that I give ZERO STARS . Thank you for ruining our last day of the year 2023.

When I went in there was no one up front. After a few minutes someone came up and was polite and greeted us. I wanted the lunch special but was told it would be 12-15 minutes. This was during lunch time, between noon and 1:00 p.m. I ended up getting a pepperoni hot n ready, but let's be honest, these things taste like garbage. So after 7 bucks for lunch I end up giving all but 2 slices to my warehouse crew. I won't go back, there's no quality which isn't a surprise, but there's also no value.

Don't know what happened to this place absolutely horrible service. Was told 10 minutes I did then I came in and just simply said just waiting for my order. They asked my name and I waited 30 more minutes. Watched how other people came and were given their order. I finally had to say something when a gentleman who came 15 minutes after me got his order. When I said that I've been waiting way before that gentleman ordered they asked my name once again and my order was waiting the whole time. To finish it off they also got my order wrong waiting even more time as I type. Absolutely horrible experience can't believe this location has gone down. I'm not even the type to leave bad reviews but this was just bad.

this place doesn't have enough employees, the one that takes the orders also collects the money and make the pizzas without washing her hand, even if she uses hand sanitizer, the smell will go on the pizza. is not the price, is the way they handle the food.

I will never go here again, we were told it was going to be a 10 min wait and it turned into 30 min. We watched the person in the back putting pizzas in the warmer instead of handing them out. Others asked to speak with manager and she acted like she was to busy doing paperwork to close and didn't have time to deal with upset customers. Older lady in the front with glasses seems like she doesn’t want to work there. Instead of tending to customers like she should, she sits there and argues with them. In the 15 minutes that I waited she argued with 2 and I was the 3rd. She basically took the breadsticks out of my hand from my order, even though I had placed the order online and had already paid for them. Very Disappointed, I walked in today 8/27 to your location at your 23031 Sunnymead Blvd. I stranded in line for 20 minutes on an 80 degree day. Just to get to the cashier and be advised that they are no longer placing orders. WHY NOT PUT A SIGN OUTSIDE? Why not have an employee shout it out at least. My girlfriend and I ordered pizza from this location, not only did they get the order wrong, we were unable to get a hold of an employee when we tried calling about it. After an hour of calling, someone finally picked up the phone and gave my girlfriend an attitude about their fault before she hung up on my girlfriend. I am very disappointed with this location, and the girl that answered should be fired for treating customers they way she does.

He said he was sorry and proceeded to take my order, to which I tell him I would like it well done plz, just one L pizza, he said no problem coming up in 10min Ma'am. Well I was appalled the pizza was soggy, oily and doughy was not even cooked all the way through!!! I am disgusted and dissapointed in the youth of today and the attitudes that these kids have. Truly no respect. And to top it off look at the photos....it should explain all!! Horrified Parent
