I ordered a special tomato breakfast: coffee with milk (they have regular milk, skim milk, lactose-free milk, and soy milk), orange juice, and two baguettes with tomato and olive oil. The coffee was very strong; I didn't like it very much. It cost me €4.70. They serve you quickly.

It's a very nice place, and the waiters are very nice. The only downside is the food: sometimes the calamari has a few threads, but that's not very common. The pancakes and toast are very good, though.

Four of us went for dinner and were served by three different waiters. There was a lack of coordination: one took the order, another brought the drinks, and yet another brought the food without setting the table. The sandwiches were very tasty, with warm bread and plenty of filling. The Flecha sandwich was good, but it wasn't the same as before; it was missing asparagus. When we asked for the bill, they told us the total without giving us a receipt. If they don't get their act together, they're going to lose all the good reputation they've always had. It wouldn't be a bad idea to either have someone supervise the waiters or give them a refresher course.

My grandparents used to be regular customers, but since the place changed owners last year, they go less and less. They've had more than one rude response from a particular waiter, they've been served coffee with salt, and even during Christmas week, they don't have Serrano ham or avocado. The cheese sandwich from Flor de Esgueva is served with generic cheese. Personally, I think the ham and cheese sandwich is quite good, and the salmon salad is a generous portion. Some things aren't bad, but the waiters must be underpaid and unhappy, because the service is poor.

El servicio es horrible. Fui con una amiga a cenar, le preguntamos al camarero por una oferta de pinchos variados y nos dijo que entraban todas las opciones que habia en la carta. A la hora de pagar nos lo cobraron todo por separado diciendo que no habíamos preguntado y que varias opciones no entraban en la oferta. No se enteran de nada o no quieren enterarse, están todo el rato de cachondeo y con los telefonos. No es la primera vez que me ocurre algo con ellos. Cualquier otro bar tiene lo mismo, con mejor atencion y mas barato.

Hoy 08/11/25 hemos ido a comer y nos han puesto: Una sopa de picadillo aguada y sin picadillo. Arroz sin bogavante porque solo había una cáscara. Alcachofas a palo seco. Nos ha preguntado la camarera que qué tal y le hemos dicho que bastante mal y encima se ha enfadado y que somos a los únicos que no nos ha gustado la comida 😒😒. Nos han dicho que han faltado bastantes camareros o algo así . Pero la comida NEFASTA

Lamentablemente no puedo valorar la comida porque después de esperar más de 30 minutos y de pedir dos veces que nos tomarán nota, ninguno de los dos camareros a los que se lo pedimos nos atendieron, cuando hartos de esperar las seis personas que éramos nos levantamos para irnos, vino otro camarero más mayor que supongo será el encargado y le dijimos que nos marchábamos, no dijo absolutamente nada, es decir cero ganas de trabajar porque el local no estaba lleno en absoluto y prefirieron estar dando vueltas y perder la cena de seis personas. La atención patética.

El cambio de dueño ha sido a peor. Antes un viernes por la tarde había que esperar para conseguir mesa y ahora sobra espacio. La calidad de la comida ha empeorado. Torreznos quemados y que saben raro, patatas flecha ya no son lo que eran. Está claro que antes era un lugar de encuentro con amigos para tomarte unas raciones y una buena cerveza, no lo que tienen ahora, y ahora no resalta en nada con respecto a cualquier bar. Después del cambio de dueño intenté darle alguna oportunidad, ya no vuelvo más.

Los camareros súper rancios y mal educados,les pides algo y se empiezan a echar miradas entre ellos…y el encargado con cara de mustio! A parte de todo me parece súper fuerte que suelo ir mucho y aún así te siguen tratando mal! Pides una cosa y te la traen fría, y luego para colmo se inventan los ingredientes y quieren que te lo comas si o si ! En resumidas cuentas la flecha ya no es lo que era antes ! No sé si es por el personal o por los dueños nuevos pero una pena vamos! Pésimo todo !

We're longtime customers of this bar, and today, January 1st, without any warning or explanation, they charged me double the price for breakfast. On top of that, they charged me for two and a half loaves of bread, saying that's just how it is, and they didn't even tell me... I asked for an explanation, and they told me that's just how it is, that it's January 1st, as if they were uncomfortable working that day. My advice is to find a new job if they don't like being open on this day, or to retire already and make room for people who actually want to work and provide good service. Honestly, this is the last day I'm going back to this bar. That's how you gain customers, right? They must have too many... I want to point out that the bar I'm referring to is La Flecha, which is near the Móstoles Central train station, on Avenida Felipe II. Awful.

What good is a good facade if the waitress treats her colleagues badly and raises her voice? These are places where you can talk, not in front of the other diners. My group and I had to leave after witnessing the waitress's terrible behavior. She has no professional ethics and is not qualified to work in such a prestigious establishment. If she's tired, she lets those who can actually do the service go first. After I was seated, she looked at us and didn't attend to us. She immediately gave us a dirty look and seemed even more annoyed. Honestly, the food was terrible. The dishes arrived cold, the food was cold, everything was awful. I left with a really bad impression. She claims to be the manager, but when there are lots of customers, she makes a big deal out of everything and is incapable of providing a solution. This gives a bad impression.

We ordered some dishes from the set menu and others à la carte. The food arrived late; one à la carte dish almost arrived with dessert. The quality of the set menu dishes left much to be desired, not so much in terms of the ingredients themselves, but in their preparation. Some dishes were sent back to the kitchen, and they tried to fix them, but without success. The waiter was polite and tried to resolve the issue without complaint. The quality has dropped dramatically. I won't be returning, and if anyone asks, I won't recommend it to anyone.

I have to say, the place leaves a lot to be desired; it's not what it used to be. Waiters spend all day smoking in the doorway of their own bar and the surrounding area. And then, after a few puffs, they serve you your food or whatever you ordered. The outside is disgusting, filthy, littered with napkins, cigarette butts, food scraps, etc. I hope the manager gives them a piece of their mind and realizes that a bar gains customers through good, clean, and efficient service.

The experience was terrible. They made us book with a deposit, and when it came time to pay, they refused to refund it. The bill came to almost €700, and they expected us to come back the next day for the deposit. They weren't even able to deduct the deposit from the total. They made us wait for over an hour until the manager finally came from home. That's the management, but the dinner... awful. The meat tasted like fish. The fish was completely burnt, and the sauces were pure grease. In short, after many years of holding company dinners there and recommending the place, this is the last year. Never again.

We arrived before a large group, and when we asked for our drinks, they asked us how we hadn't ordered them, even though it was the same waiter. When the dish arrived, it was prawns, and they were sour. When we told the waiter, he said it took a while because the shots were bad and they had to replace them. Without further explanation, he charged us for everything.
