He has a flair for making flavorful cocktails! He will craft an old fashioned for you unlike you have had before! The entertainment was on par tonight! A man and an acoustic guitar…Eric Schwank has an amazing voice and an eclectic music set! Overall, Redz delivered on an amazing experience!

Excellent food and drinks. Wayne accommodated our team so well on the first night of our tournament that we all came back for night 2. Eric was also an amazing server to our group. Thanks and we will be back!

Popped by Redz to meet out of town friends staying at the hotel & was fortunate to meet bartender Wayne who offered to make me a new Lime Margarita & can I just say AMAZING! Great presentation, great conversation & delicious drinks. Truly a win-win!

The bar team here is exceptional. Wayne and his son Zach are wildly creative with designing old fashioned variations that will delight anyone who is ready for a delicious adventure. The hospitality and care for the guests made me feel at home while in an unfamiliar state; this is a place that makes you reroute your trips so you can stop by.

Try the ghost pepper smoked old fashioned. Flavor is excellent! Great service and recommendations from Wayne. They have live music some evenings as well. Will definitely come again.

The atmosphere was homey, food was good and customer service from Alice was friendly. My only issue was I don't eat pork and would've preferred to have other options. My family and I stayed at the Double tree for the weekend. Breakfast price was a good price for a buffet. The hot bar chef was amazing and quick. I loves the Belgium waffles and omelets. The fruit was fresh

Wayne was great! We weren’t sure what drinks we wanted but said we wanted something refreshing and he ended up making us 2 really refreshing mint & dragonfruit mojitos!

The bartenders Wayne and Eric were fabulous! I’m not a bourbon girl and they had me try an espresso bourbon. So good! The list is extensive and they make top notch drinks! Extremely excited to have them bartend my after party for my wedding!

The drinks at Redz are fantastic! Wayne and Eric recommended some great old fashioneds to us, and they were all fantastic. I had the cinnamon spiced and the chocolate espresso, while my wife had the vanilla pear and the tiramisu. All the syrups are made in-house and you can really tell the difference; the drinks were full of flavor and went down really smooth. We'll definitely be telling our friends about this place

Wayne and Zach are amazing!! Wayne is the consummate bartender, knowledgeable personable and fun! The whole bar team made our experience amazing and was a perfect fit midway in our 17hour road-trip. This will be our stopping place from now on! Dale & Nicole

Call me ol’ fashioned but this girl likes her whiskey and this place has one of the best Old Fashioneds I’ve ever had. The Pear Vanilla Old Fashioned that Wayne made me has just the right amount of flavor and hint of sweetness to enjoy with dinner or after a long day.

Stopped into Redz for a after work cocktail and was welcomed with great service! Wayne is a great bartender and has so many amazing twist on classic cocktails which makes it an unforgettable experience! I ordered a Jalapeño Watermelon Margarita and the BBQ wings!

Stayed at this hotel and tried out this restaurant. The bartender, Wayne was awesome. When I asked for a unique drink he made me what he called, The Old Ghost. An old fashion with a ghost pepper you would think is a bad combo but he proved to me to be a master mixologist. Great people and a great atmosphere, happy to help and show you new horizons on mixed drinks if you allow.

Hands down the best service from Zach and Wayne but even more so extraordinary food! Drink and food were both recommended and they did not disappoint! This will absolutely be the location I come to ever visit to Mount Laurel

Do you like bourbon... is how Wayne entices you into his old fashion lair. He has more options than flavors of the rainbow. Wayne is the most entertaining bartender that I've encountered in a while...or maybe it was the caviar old fashion? 🤔

Sometimes you just need to relax after work and Redz is the perfect answer. Wayne, the most handsome and charming bartender, is a master of his craft. I don’t say this lightly because you’re asked “do you trust me?” — it’s my recommendation that you say yes. I say this, because I don’t drink bourbon and now Wayne has me drinking old fashioneds. Food - delicious. Ambience - just right. Cocktails - 12/10.

We had a group of friends meet up for a few drinks and ended up hanging out longer. The guitar play Eric Schwank had us singing along and with Wayne the bartender keeping us laughing.

Strawberry Sake by Wayne Wayne is a very attentive bartender that can come up with a specialized cocktail for his customers based on flavors they like. The Strawberry Sake is refreshing and flavorful, not to mention pretty to look at. Thanks, Wayne!

This is my second this this location and I’m blown away that the bartenders remembered me! I’ve never been to a hotel where the staff is so genuinely friendly and attentive. Wayne and Zach, both, remembered me and made me feel welcome. They engage in conversation and are an over all welcoming presence. I even made some friends at the bar because of them. Love this place.

The owner personally comes to your table to make sure the food, drinks, and service are to your liking. Great service, very tasty drinks, and good food!!! I'm posting a picture of a steak and a barbecue old fashion drink, that the owner personally recommended with the steak to a friend. Lol, I don't eat meat.

Food: The Wings are absolutely phenomenal. The are much larger than you would find at other establishments, and the sauce is perfect. They’re a wonderful light meal. Atmosphere: This place is not your standard hotel bar. This feels like a nice and chill place. I’m here for a longer stay, and it’s not stuffy and dead like most other hotel bars. This is a place i would absolutely come to when I’m here in the future. Service: I can’t say enough about the top notch service here — Wayne, the manager is phenomenal. The staff he has put together really has a solid team dynamic. Zach, Brian, and all the others are solid. They’re attentive, take care of customers, and you can relate to them. Pricing: The pricing for the food is pretty reasonable, given the area, and the fact it’s a hotel bar/restaurant. The drinks — especially the ghost pepper and barbecue old fashioneds are a MUST get. They’re primarily a bourbon and beer bar, and you’ll find their choices top notch. Very reasonable prices! Overall: i would come back here, even if i live in the area. The way the staff interacts with the customers at the bar is engaging, and they make you feel like it’s your hometown bar. Make sure you try Zach’s Old Fashioned, and be sure to say hi to Wayne!

Wayne the bartender is absolutely excellent! Very personable and knowledgeable with the menu and creative with drinks. Old fashions are a must try here if you like them! Espresso old fashioned, ghost pepper old fashioned, and vanilla cinnamon old fashioned (Christmas in a glass) all great!

My wife and I stopped by tonight after dinner for a drink and had the pleasure of meeting Wayne and Eric (Erik? Erick? Erich?). We enjoyed a glass of wine and a Manhattan along with some fine conversation. If you’re in the area be sure to stop in!

We came from out of town for a wedding and when we arrived had a lovely dinner our first night at the hotel. The next night, after the wedding, there was an after party and Wayne & Eric could not have been more attentive! Our family really appreciated their exceptional hospitality and customer service!

Went there for a byte to eat. Wayne was amazing he made us the best drinks key lime, and mango habanero was out of this world. The food was top notch..... The pork chop was delicious, and the chicken parm was fantastic. Will definitely drive back from Cape May just for Wayne's drinks and the food.

Amazing food and great service. There’s so much you can order from the food menu and it all is so well prepared. Go if you are staying in the hotel or if you are just in the area. Regardless, if you go, sit at the bar and ask for Wayne. He’ll give you all the recommendations and best stories. You’ll want to stay a while, you’ll eat great food and you’ll have a great time.

Stuck in the middle... I tried two plates; both too expensive for what they were, but each worlds apart. Organic Chicken: served over a bed of mushroom risotto. Sounded great, but didn't live up to expectations. The chicken was served with soggy skin, and was undercooked for my taste. The risotto hit one note, and too much of it. I forcefully made it through have the plate and threw in the towel. And at (just under) $30, that's a big 'miss' for me. I literally (not exaggerating) would rather eat gas station food than this dish. Chopped Salad W/ Chicken: served with goat cheese and a raspberry walnut dressing... this salad was great. The pungency of the cheese perfectly paired with the sweet dressing, and I tend to stay away from anything sweet and anything pungent. So it was a welcome surprise. Service is Great Update: Stopped in for Lunch and Dinner on another overnight stay. 12 NY Strip w/ Brussel Sprouts: Excellent. Quality meat, and good portion. The Brussel Sprouts were amazing, though I didn't care for the sweet addition of the pomegranate seeds. I was able to easily avoid them to maintain the savory flavors. Club Sandwich: Much larger than expected, and for a fair price. Fries are more of a season curly/steak cut version. The sandwich itself is all the same, bit portion size and fries make the dish. Drinks were poured exceptionally well

Great staff! very friendly. The decor is very new and modern and appealing. We went for happy hour but found it a little pricey. was $10 for an N/A cocktail and $17 for Jameson. We didn't order anything because the menu is severely limited.

Nice place but the service does not meet the label. Went in at 945pm @ bar the person next to me ordered food. Within 5 min they came to me as I proceeded to order they told me no the kitchen was closed. Maje that make sense.

Food was lacking in both flavor and seasoning; the penne a la vodka was dry and needed salt and the fried shrimp basket was overall lackluster and disappointing. The only good thing we had there was the pub pretzel appetizer. Drinks were great, just don’t plan on eating
