Great customer service, the food was freshly made and we didn't have to wait long on our food. I will definitely be coming back. We drove from Georgetown.
Ordered the tenders. The Korean bbq and spicy were so good. Service was friendly but they were busy and I can see why lol. Food was really good for the price. Definitely returning.
I Stay All The Way In Summerville & I Willingly Drive All The Way To This Location In West Ashley , & These Are The Reasons Why : Donte Idk If He Is A Manger If He Is ONE HE IS TRULY AMAZING AND IF HE ISNT YALL NEED MAKE HIM ONE ! I’m a seasoned customer at this location and I love my wings a certain way. Tonight I was greeted by Mitchell and even though he is new to this store he handled the crowd with poise and precision. Most importantly he maintained a great attitude while doing it. I look forward to his face turning into a familiar one. We need more team members like Mitchell!!!
Although short staff the wait was worth it. The atmosphere was clean and peaceful. Great job management and staff. Food fresh, hot, and fabulous. There Is that not a lot of Wing Stops in the Charleston area. If you never had Wing Stop you're in for a real treat. Quality chicken full of flavor and some of the best french fries you ever had seasons or non-season you get to pick This location I prefer over the one that's on Rivers because this one is super fast the longest I've had the way from food was 30 minutes but that's because they had tons of orders behind but nonetheless toe time flew by you always calling you order staff is greatest really helpful food is delicious. Wingstop is a great place to go to for family or just for yourself if you want some wings they have a variety wings flavored corn delicious buttery rolls that you can add cheese to your French fries give them a try this location is a win for sure
The food was SOOOOOO salty that none of us even finished it. Ma said even her blue cheese was salty. It took forever to get our food, but the lady was really nice about it, apologized profusely, and thanked us for our patience multiple times. They didn't have any tea because "someone broke the machine."
After riding for 3 hours for a visit to MUSC, for a quick lunch at their opening. The restroom for the ladies had not been mopped, it was dirty. Frequently witnessed the cashier go outside for a “Vape” break. I tried a tea, I love sweet tea, I'm a real Southerner, but the tea was too sweet and was possibly non-authentically made. Because it gives you the option to choose the flavor of your tea. In honestly it tasted funny. The soda fountain needed to be cleaned and smelled horrible. I witnessed one employee go from one food preparation to the next without washing his hands. The only thing that saved this experience was the boneless wings; Lemon Pepper and Smoked Hickory Barbecue with Seasoned Fries, and Cancun Corn with Bone-in Wings! Coming back, based on what I saw, and smelled, I think I might look for another location.
I ordered through uber eats and am not happy. food was fine but i ordered a side of bleu cheese dressing that COST money and never received it. such a rip off.
Soda machine doesn't work and they forgot half of our order. When we picked up the order they were very apologetic and gave us some extra corn and a brownie so upgraded from 1 star to a 2
Hispanics aren't welcomed. Cashier said we couldn't place an order 3 hours before they close because they were closed already. We were speaking english to them. But they were telling each other that they can't help us because they can't speak spanish. They are racist for that. They don't want to clean bathrooms 3 hours before they closed 'because they already cleaned them'. She made sure to scream that across the restaurant at us while we entered the bathroom. And they helped a black person right behind us by telling them that they could place an order online and changing her rude attitude to a nice one. I took a picture of the girl lol. Her crocs don't fit and her braids could use some burning at its ends. And she didn't have a nametag. Your employee definitely needs some work all around and you lost us as customers or never wanted us as customers to begin with.
The food is just like any other wing stop, good and reliable for the most part. I come by maybe 3 or 4 times a week and I always encounter an attitude with whoever is taking orders up front. Not sure if that's how wing stop does things, but it's not something I enjoy when I go out to eat. I think the wait time for your food is long because nobody has a sense of urgency here. I once stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. I have worked in customer service for a long time, so I know these issues can be coached on.
We scheduled a pick up online 5 hours in advance. When we got there we had to wait 20 min for the order to be finished. When we did get the order sauce and ranch were spilled inside the bag and leaking out. Everything was a mess!!
It’s aptly named Wingstop because you’ll definitely have to stop and wait forever to get your food. We ordered two combo meals, waited over 30 minutes on them because they prioritize delivery orders and then got home and the order was incorrect. Can’t get a refund unless I’d like to drive back up to the store. Food is decent, but they have no idea how to run a business efficiently and apparently can’t even make the right boneless wings for an order.
I had ordered food over the phone at night 20 wings, 10 hot and 10 lemon pepper with voodoo fries, normal fries, and corn. I’m opening my food to get my hot wings and there is only ONE wing in the box. ALSO my voodoo fries are missing. WHAT A JOKE. I call back the next day because they’re closed ONLY TO BE HUNG UP ON?!?! Not very professional. Ended up very upset already my food but not only to be hung up on. WE PAID 40 something for all of that only for HALF TO BE MISSING?!?? + it was cold
I was not pleased with my order. I order 10 wings with a flavor of mango habanero I picked up for lunch. When I received my bag all of the oil and sauce was pouring at the bottom. When I open my container there was oil and sauce mix sitting in my box like a puddle. The wings tasted like no sauce on it and only three of the wings tasted like sauce. I tried calling the store 5 times and the first time I waited 30 mins no answer and other times I called got no answer. This is unacceptable and I've never had a problem with this place until today.
🧐The staff received Holiday pay today too…. The staff did not care about service the lady running the register was eating and smacking while taking our order of almost $30 to waste because it was nasty. How can a franchise company allow young adults to run this business with no will of working. It’s sad because let someone else have a job. I have worked fast food as many and never understand how people can treat an establishment like it’s their house not a business. These comments about this place falls on deaf ears because whoever owns this only cares about getting business obviously not the service it should be providing. We were only visiting and would never tell anyone there is a wing stop in the area. Should have left but it doesn’t change the service of the fast food industry that supposed to help with job production but no one wants to work. I cook for us but when out visiting other states it is a sad state to see how the job market is. Oh and the sauce we asked on the side Ranch they said they didn’t have but I wanted Hot Hot sauce and I have no idea what was put in these containers. Just kids playing around in the kitchen. Dirty atmosphere no trash can and people just hanging in the back having more fun playing than doing the job they were being paid for. Crazyness
This is literally the worst wingstop wings I've ever seen. Garlic parm wings and lemon pepper wings didn't have any seasonings at all. The large fries is the same size as a regular fry any other location. I feel like I've been grubhubed robbed. I'm surprised corporate hasn't intervened.
My family ordered this meal and was the worst wing stop meal we have ever had. We ordered Two 8 piece boneless wings that were Garlic Parmesan and the only thing that was on it was Parmesan cheese. We received no ranch with our combo meals as well. The fries were so soggy and undercooked. The food was all cold. When we went inside to grab the food, 3 young men working and the restaurant was disgusting. No napkins were available and the soda machine had zero ice refilled. The drinks we ordered on the app also were not available on the machine. Worst wingstop I have ever been to!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!
I placed a big order didn’t think to check the bag before leaving due to it was a big order. Once I did I. Could barely detect the difference in the chicken because they barely had sauce in them . I had two orders of voodoo fries and they barely had sauce in them . I tried calling the store back to make a complaint and my call went unanswered . I will not be returning to this wingstop.
I usually love eating at Wingstop franchise restaurants. However, I would say be super cautious when ordering here and look at all of the chicken in your box after ordering. Not to mentioned I ordered online, and when I arrived to the store they couldn’t find my order. So, one of the male associates (I forgot his name but he was super sweet) search the cashier and then all of the online orders begin printing. I ordered a 10 piece wings combo on December 4th, Monday night and after eating 2 of the chicken, and grabbing another towards the bottom of the box one of the workers already ate off of one of the chicken and put it back in my box or they packed up one of their lunch boxes to give to me. This is super disturbing, horrifying and honestly disgusting! I have pictures shown below. Please please look in your boxes after ordering. I always heard of stuff like this happening on social media but never thought this would happen to me. Also, pay attention you will see some of the teenagers back there eating, or holding their phones with gloves on. I always love seeing teenagers working and commend them for doing but management needs to step up and have at least one manager on night shift!
