Highly recommend! They opened recently. I am so happy to share their food. Cocktails are so good, very tasty and high quality. Foods are also very good. They have a lot of small bites for drink but there’s dinner plate as well. (Steak, salmon and fish) Cozy, clean, comfortable mood. I want to visit again for drink and small bites!!
Modern, kinda swanky, hotel bar/restaurant with lots of seating options. More intimate comfy chairs and loveseats in the back. More informal high tables and TVs in front. Near the fireplace and/or out by the pool are nice too. Consistently good craft cocktails. Small plates pricey, but delicious. Excellent service.
This is a newly opened stylish restaurant with amazing food and cocktails! Highly recommended! Service is great and food is delicious. Cocktails are high quality! We tried oysters, beef tartar, octopus, charcuterie, wague burger and pork cheeks(sooo tender).
A hidden gem. Would have never known about this spot if it weren't from a recommendation and I live less than two miles away. Old fashioned, craft cocktails with a modern twist in well designed indoor/outdoor space. Limited menu for the time being, but plans for expansion are in the works and what they have current are solid choices. Quality ingredients all around as well as attentive, knowledgeable, and amiable staff.
So happy this place is in Mountain View! I came here with 2 friends after work and really enjoyed our time. The bar is tucked away in a new hotel. Service was so friendly and attentive. Everything we ordered was SO good. For cocktails, we ordered the Snap Pea, G&T, Paloma, and Jimbos Sour. ALL DELICIOUS and strong. For food, we ordered the fingerling potatoes, sausage stuffed calamari, wagyu burger, chicken milenesa sandwich, mt tam fig melt, and the berry crisp. Chefs kiss!!!
Service was so amazing and attentive! Also everything we had from the mousse to the burger was good. The fireplaces are a showstopper, and the pool / open kitchen really adds to the laid-back yet upscale vibe. A unique gem in Mountain View and great for an after-work dinner if you're at Google.
Tasty, strong cocktails and chill vibes! Liked the indoor-outdoor aspect, and the seats were super comfy. Had drinks, bites (the bread, sweetbread, and sausage calamari were all tasty), and desserts. Recommend checking out this new spot!
Smart cocktails with and indoor / outdoor concept. They are definitely catering to a more affluent crowd but the service was very good and the drinks were creative and tasty. Cool points for the Star Wars Tiki cups. FYI: this is a hotel bar but you can come check it out even if you’re not staying the night, also the sun stays out pretty late in the day but eventually gets covered by the building.
Absolutely the best cocktails I have had in a very long time. Best Service and amazing Spanish tapas.

Excellent bar with well-prepared cocktails and tasty food. Located inside the lobby of the Shashi Hotel. Service was prompt and atmosphere is agreeable. Good spot to stop by for a casual meal and drinks

I had a really decent old fashioned here. The menu had some really creative drinks, but as a whiskey drinker, I was hoping for a few more options. Based on the reviews, I was hoping that that bartender could recommend something new, but the old fashioned was all he could come up with. I also wish I realized this was a hotel bar before going. I had requested a food menu, but my bartender never came to ask if I was ready to order, I had to flag down another gentleman to order. Overall, pretty okay experience.
Went back and forth between 3 or 4 stars, and landed on 3.5 (making it 4 in this app). The menu for food and drinks rotates by the season here. We were here for the summer ‘22 menu. The cocktails here were great! I got the Jimbo’s Sour and the Orangesicle Fizz, my boyfriend got the Tequila and Mezcal with Mole drink. The sour and fizz were both the perfect balance of fresh and light and also sweet. The mole drink was well balanced with the Smokey and also sweet notes. The food was half a win and half a strike out. The Croquetas were good, though somewhat room temperature. They had a nice kick of heat to them with the dollop of chili sauce on top and the sauerkraut-type cabbage they were served on top of was a nice tang to go with it. The mushroom and artichoke dip really fell flat. It was again room temp, and very bland. With parmigiana and manchego I expected a much bolder flavor and it didn’t taste like much. The brioche bread it came with tasted like it had been toasted in loads of butter yesterday, as it was stale and cold (or maybe just room temp, but not warm). We also were not here while it was busy and came close to when it opened so not sure why our food was so cold..? The ambiance here was nice…it’s in a nice hotel so that helps make it a “nicer” bar. There was a wedding reception or some other party that came in halfway through our time here which made it quite loud, but I think otherwise it would be regularly pretty quiet as it’s kind of off the beaten path. Pricing I think was too much for what you got, but I think this is pretty normal for the area. Would maybe come back, but just for drinks.
Came here with a couple friends for happy hour, we were seated outside near the pool. I asked for a cocktail recommendation, with my preference of sweet and fruity. The server suggested the Jimbo Sour, and it didn’t disappoint! I wouldn’t have selected that just based on the description but it was quite tasty. We also tried the calamari, lamb meatballs, and fingerling potatoes. All the dishes were tasty, my favorite was the lamb meatballs. The place is definitely pricey, due to its proximity to Google I’m sure. It also doesn’t offer happy hour pricing so it will be relatively more expensive than other places. I do like the food and atmosphere, just set your expectations appropriately and you’ll enjoy it.
Cocktails were awesome, loved the atmosphere, and our waiter fantastic! I only tried a couple of small plates and wasn’t crazy about any of them. The dessert was great though
The vibe is really nice but the service was slow. Many menu entries have unclear names that required asking what they actually were. The "grilled cheese" and sparkling wine were delicious but the "lemon dessert" was too bland.

Great cocktails, fun atmosphere! But I really don't like their new menu revamp (at the bar). Their new "sharable" section is more like plated appetizers and not great to order with a group if you just want to have a drink and some bites. Before, you could order some charcuterie, fries, and things that were pretty easy to share over some drinks. Please bring back some of those items for at least the bar area! (And preferably more veggie, vegan options -- it's northern California and I almost always have at least one veggie/vegan friend at the table.)

Surprisingly good food, though the menu is limited. My server was kind of grim, but service was fast and accurate. Busy, fairly positive vibe.
The drinks are interesting and pricy, which make one to expect more. While the drink, "Don't call me shirley templeton", got me excited with a complex aftertaste, it lacked the momentum for me to try another. After tax and mandatory gratuity, comes around $25 per. That got me thinking, a few more of those could book you a night at this hotel during low season, but I digress. The bar stools will need to up the comfort level for those without a soft tush. Otherwise, this quiet spot is perfect for a conversation.

The bar is a good place for people watching. It is near the lobby, over looks the pool and an outside patio area. They even have live music.

Food was great, however gratuity (for a table of one) is automatically added. This isn't mentioned on the menu or highlighted on the bill. So if like me you automatically add 20% you end up tipping 40%. I expect either to be told before ordering through the menu or by staff, or for it to be highlighted on the bill when it comes (for example by circling it), just providing a pen and expecting the customer not to notice and add more tip in my opinion is just a scam.

Went around 9:20 pm on Jan 24. Service was essentially nonexistent—the waitress only came by to take our order and to drop off the bill. Throughout the interaction, her demeanor came across as dismissive and condescending, which made the experience uncomfortable.
