Quick, easy option when you’re on the road. The am lady in the drive through window is always friendly. And it’s hard to beat a quick, less expensive iced coffee or mocha (try the iced French vanilla with extra cream.

Today's average American doesn't understand the point of a menu. Countless hours and people and ideas go into each menu at every restaurant in the world. This includes McDonalds. We aren't meant to change any part of any menu item because to do so challenges the integrity of the taste of the product, but today's American knows nothing of this. They twist and change every product on any menu to suit their "needs". Do you know what this does? Confuse the people cooking your food. Every review I see on this page is people complaining their sandwich was made incorrectly. You probably ordered it through a garbled drive through microphone during a busy hour of day. Before bashing the restaurant consider this, was your order confusing enough to just go inside? It probably was. Moral of the story: If your order is large, multi-party, or requires alterations, go inside. Don't waste their time in the drive through.

Love this location. Clean and friendly. Our order always delivered to our table and the French fries are always hot and crisp. Our counter girl recommended the strawberry banana smoothie last visit. I loved it!

I enjoy coming to this location mostly due to the Playplace for the kids to play. However, I've always found the service and quality of the food to be above average, even when I have a lot of customizations to my order. As such, I find myself coming here almost every week.

Every time I go to this McDonald's the food is fresh and hot. It tastes totally different than the food that's been sitting in the steamers for a while like every other place. The people are friendly and the best part is they don't ask you to pull forward to wait for your order. Thank you Murphy McDonald's!

Great service and very clean. The crew was extremely friendly and genuine. Multiple seating options and fast service. Management and crew seem to play a big part at putting the customers experience as a top priority. I highly recommend.

I have gotten food from this McDonald's for a LONG time. A few days ago, I ordered their Big Mac, Daily Double, a Medium Fries, and 10 McNuggets. The taste was lovely (like always). Oh, and the interior looks really pretty! It's so clean! The workers here are so cooperative and polite. Thank you!

This place always has friendly and efficient staff working the drive-through. There are two speakers and the get the line moving. Personally, I use the app because of the wheeling and dealing you can do. My order is always correct when I do this. I go to this location so often they probably recognize me by now. 😆

This place has an indoor playground for kids, always a bonus for parents taking the kids over for a treat. The service was fast and friendly. The two people that served us smiled and greeted us with a happy face.

The staff of McDonald's is far better than the somewhat adjacent Little Caesar's. The McDonald's employees know how to take your order fast but not be impatient with you. Overall great experience and tasty food.

I went through the drive-thru, and did not enter the restaurant. The drive-thru staff were courteous. We ordered 2 unsweetened iced tea, one with lemon, one without. We got exactly what we had ordered. Despite the drinks being nearly identical, yet with an important difference, they got it 100% correct. The tea was cold, with plenty of ice, and it tasted good. The drinks were ready and waiting by the time we reached the pick up window. Overall, a good experience.

I wanted to commend this young lady employee who helped me when the Happy Meals had Pokemon cards. I think she mentioned she was like one of the managers or leads. She was sweet and let me choose from the available card options. When you dine inside, it’s all great. One less star because their drive-thru can be a big miss at times.

Ordered online. One was customized not to add mayonnaise. They followed the instructions but they also didn’t add lettuces. Now the burger is blend and can’t eat. I am already home and don’t feel like going there again. Most of the time they served us well. Recently, the service is becoming very very very slow. That’s the reason for two stars, otherwise they would deserve 3 or 4.

The customer service sucks here they are rude at the window and then lie about taking your order I get to the first window to pay after talking to someone on the speaker taking my order and it was not even the person who originally took my order then the girl who took my order didn't even take my order then asked me with a attitude what I wanted to order. I went inside the store just to get an ice cream cone, and there was a customer ahead of me when I walked in that was visibly upset with the cashier. As I walked behind her to get in line, I noticed she was complaining about a piece of cellophane or piece of paper or something that had not been removed from her burger patty and was still in the burger when somebody in her party went to eat it. I guess they bit down on it and realized it was in there and then she went to the cashier to complain, rightfully so. That's pretty terrible. The cashier offered to replace the burger or give her her money back, and the customer asked for both. That said, the cashier just gave her another free meal, but I don't think you should have to pay for the first experience either. She should have been refunded and then given a free burger for the kitchen's mistake. So I'm sure it's been addressed with the kitchen but that's something that happened right when I walked in. That said, the ice cream was awesome and she stacked it high so my order was great.

Playground is always clean and my kids love it. Food is typical McDonald’s. Unfortunately me and other customers are almost always missing items. This has happened on multiple visits. Possibly a training issue. Hopefully they get it fixed.

The customer service is great. They even repeated my whole order at the window they take your money and again at the window you get your food at. But we eat McDonald's for lunch 1 time a week . 3 out of the last 4 times there has been no salt on the frys . We are out here sweating all our salt out. Nobody go's to McDonald's for saltless french frys . And if they do they order them without salt. Come on man . Salt your frys .you dont know how bad it sucked.

Very dirty. Every table was dirty with only a few people here. The floors are sticky everywhere. The bathroom stinks. I imagine the kitchen isn't that clear either. NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM. The sever forgot on cup and is busy talking to her boyfriend..I know its McDonald's but you would think someday you could find one that is clean. This one isn't it.

This location sucks! I scheduled two food orders from this place to come at a certain time through DoorDash but the food didn’t come till 40-60 minutes later due to at least one employee from this location messing up my order! Never ordering from this place again!

We wore the only people on that playground area and still the tables were dirty. But that is not the worse. I took the children to the toilet and that was the most disgusting thing. There was feces on top of the toilet seat and also in the garbage can. I'm not sure I'll be going there again.

How you forget to put the sause and toy in the happy meal? On top of that they gave me co2 and no soda. Got home and my nephew was looking forward to see what toy he got and there wasn't one. I didn't have time to drive 5 miles back to get the toy for him. Whoa the good reviews match up with the bad reviews 50 50 looks like they need a lot of work to get more good reviews.

The burgers were as dry as it is out side. Will not be stopping there again. Also ordered sweet tea and got unsweetened. The receipt was correct just the person fill the order did not look at it. Witnessed the manager bring the wrong order to a car and then take it back after the person opened it and took to the next car it was to go to. Can you say not again.

What can I say about the dining in experience? It's weirdly disturbing. First the self-ordering kiosk never completely works. This time I get through the painfully slow ordering process complete with numerous, needless sub-menus and finally complete my order taking perhaps five times longer than just talking to some kid behind the counter and then the credit card reader is not working and I have to wait for someone to come to the counter to pay. So now it has taken four times as long to place my order. And at the Kiosk I specified "dine in" yet the food is presented in a bag. Oh and that receipt has a number to call me. What was the point of taking a number at the Kiosk to deliver my order to the table? This is not an isolated incident for a single store. Something disconnected like this happens every time I try to dine in at any store over the last several years. It's time for McDonald's to just give up on inside dining. The experience is terrible and it just makes me sad and miss the old days.

Got home and saw they forgot an entire sandwich in my bag. I should have checked my bag before leaving but I was too distracted that they’re charging for dipping sauces now. Two stars because the food we did get was good and the cashier was friendly.

Well the food, it’s McDonald’s, so you know what to expect. The service, no bueno! It does not matter who works the drive thru, they are always rude and unprofessional! The two worst people is the older lady with blue hair, always rude and has an attitude. The other one is the Hispanic girl with four inch nails that rolls her eyes at you when you ask for a napkin etc. I rarely go to McDonald’s anyways, but man that one on 544 in Wylie has gone downhill!

Went there and all of my items were sloppily wrapped with lettuce everywhere and a forgotten apple pie. Drive through guy had an unneccesary attitude too. Generally have issues with this mcdonalds every time.

I know sometimes you have to wait in line at fast food places, but I've never had to wait so long that I turned off my engine. I would have left, but I paid with the app, so I had to wait for my order. I will not use an app here anymore.

Mobile pickup. They forgot to give me straws for drinks. Also I tried to order an item at the pickup window that I forgot, but they made me go back around to drive window to order. This was 1 item. Not very customer friendly.

the first window person is always somewhat nice, but the second window is where it all flies out. no greeting or thank you. it’s as though i’m talking to myself. not very good customer service in my opinion, food is still good though

I went to Wylie on FM 544 today after work. I got the spicy nugget meal with large coke. I got no fries. Paid 6.16. That’s apparently the charge for those two items. I ask for large fries. Tell them I’ll pay the difference. Window closes to go talk to the manager. They come back and say $2.58. McDonald’s website says $1.89. So not only would I not get the price of the “deal” I’m being told to pay more. I ask the cashier if she’s serious and from behind her and from behind someone says to either pay for the fries or leave. I left. Please help me understand why I’m being asked to pay higher than menu prices when it’s you that made the mistake.

Upon entering the restaurant with my child I was ignored at the counter. I decided to use the kiosk. When my food was brought out I was questioned because they didn't give me a drink. When I asked for fresh fries I was told that mine were fresh. I do not go to McDonalds often and unfortunately due to lack of customer service I will not be returning any time soon.

So twice I was ignored by the staff at the register. First time I had ordered my food on the kiosk. They brought the food to my table but not the fountain drink cups so I went to the front to get my cups.... I kid you not a 5 min wait and no one could stop to ask if I needed anything so I just grabbed my cups as I grew impatient. Second time, I went back to get ice cream for my kids and the girl at the register was on her phone. Again, didn’t even bother to look up to see if she had guests. I then got her attention and asked if she could help me she said “yes one moment” then proceeded to text on her phone. The lack of customer service today just made me not want to come back to this location. Very disappointed in the staff today.

They gave the lady in front of me my order. My whole order was inside her car already, lady at the window said something to her. So then the lady in front of me gives it back to lady at the window. Meanwhile I'm watching all this happen. So when I pull up I asked was that my order inside that ladies car and now you're giving it to me? Lady at the window responded "No this a different order" I said "I'm pretty sure it is, the lady had already bunch up the bag when she gave it back to you at the window. Now the bag you're giving me is bunch up too." I let them know that's not sanitary at all, specially with COVID and all. They need to read back the order to make sure that it's given to right person..! I couldn't get a new fresh order.. I'm pretty sure if I would of insisted probably would of gotten one, but I no time. Wasted my lunch break... They need better sanitary training...

I guess “fast” in fast food is relative... I waited 20 minutes for a 20 piece nuggets... so, 1 min/ nugget I guess could be really fast service if I ordered just one nugget 🙄... also the kids play place feels SOOOO gross... it smells like kids B.O. in there... that’s the case with most McD’s, but this one just feels worse. also, I feel like when the employees outnumber the guests 3 to 1, the service would be better.

The service is super slow here. One time I had to get out of line and leave because it was so slow! But today was the worst. I order my niece a happy meal with chicken nuggets and when we got home, everything was there but the chicken nuggets. The kids didn’t want to leave the house anymore so I was out of luck. I tried to call the location to tell them what happen but one picked up the phone. I kept calling and calling but no answer. Poor customer service to the max.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Ever since this location went franchise it has gone downhill even more. Terribly long waits, not always 24 hours like it claims to be and apparently breakfast begins at 3 am with ZERO exception even with no customers at all. This location has ruined meals for my family for the last time. Edited to add this store is 24 hours only when they want to be. Twice I've tried going by overnight to get my dad's food and twice the lights were off and no one was taking orders. If it's not supposed to be 24 hours they need to update the hours on the windows and doors.

This McDonald’s is just horrible. The people working here simply don’t care. Good customer service is a foreign concept. The food is never acceptable and orders are incorrect 50% of the time. Managerial presence is non-existent. I wish the corporation would take this store from whoever owns it, burn it to the ground and start over. They truly should be embarrassed.

Last night I ordered 2 ice creams, but they gave me 1. I said I bought 2 but they argued you only buy 1. I bought 1 kid meal, 2 ice creams for a total of nearly 9 dola. Because I didn't want the person behind me to wait too long, I didn't say anything and just left, but I felt unhappy. I have 2 children but only 1 ice cream. very bad service.

Just left there and this is the 2nd time I’ve had hair melted in my cheese as if it’s part of the meal. The sprite is always carbonated no soda mixed. I want so badly to go get a refund but I’ve been down in my back and just can’t take another ride. Second and last time eating here , I will drive to another location. I’m convinced no one shaves or wear protection to keep hair out of food 😩

Don't go at night. They play games with your order and act plain stupid. If your gonna go anyways then take a pic of your order at the screen when you order. I say that because they always claim they have no paper for receipts yet have plenty of papers all over the burgers and other items in your bag. Lol. Theyll claim you didnt order such and such item when they clearly read the order back to you. Also, you may wanna pay in cash cause the workers seem questionable if they are playing these types of games with payment. Who knows what else they are doing behind the counter with your card.

Probably the worst managed Mcd in DFW. The line was stuck so I decided to park and go inside to grab my food since I ordered online. Bad mistake, don’t get out of your car, no matter how long the wait. Once you are inside, the wait is even longer. There were a dozen people waiting inside for their food while they empty the drive through. Just really bad management here. Avoid this location if you can help it

I asked the manager in the drive thru if I could order a ice cream cone and she told me it was to late. Keep in mind I was still sitting there waiting on my food. Seem to me they were to lazy to go make it. I use to work at this same location and I know how easy it is to make one. Second time in a month i go there and it seems like the managers could care less about making their customers happy.

Today has got to be my worst experience with McDonalds. I ordered a Kids meal and spicy deluxe sandwich to go. Few moments later i realize that they charge for sauce now... go figure. So i created a new order for sauce. When i got home sauce was missing so i called the store and spoke with the manager and get this... Apparently its my fault for the sauce to not be in my order because i ordered it separately...The audacity the manager had to state this unreal and 2nd to none. Oh well, this confirms my thoughts on this store and that it gone down the drain and managers don't seem to care. Go at your own risk and expect if there is a mistake in your order then its your fault for making it complicated.

Usually, I don’t write bad review or bashing a business. I support local business, but this time I have to say something. Maybe, they will change for better. It’s happened four times within 7 days and that is why I decided to speak up. First incident is that I asked for 2 chocolate milk and they gave me regular milk. For me I don’t care, but kids are being picky. Second time, they gave me the wrong order. Third time, they forgot to give me two cheeseburgers. And this time I asked for bbq sauce and they didn’t put any in the bag. For all of these incidents I asked, “is everything is in the bag” before take off. The answer is yes but it’s not there. Usually, I dig around to make sure everything is correct. Since we are in the middle of the pandemic I don’t dig around inside the bag until I get home. It’s such a let down when you get home and there are missing stuffs. I hope they talk to their team and straight thing out. These thing are easy to fix. A little attention will get you a long way

I ordered 15 happy meals for my daughter’s birthday thru the McDonalds app and was charged on mg credit card. When we got there to pick up our order, they said that there was no order. They said to check the other branch. Went to the other branch, it’s also not there. It was too late now. In short, there was no Happy Meals for the kids. There was technology failure in the app. I would not recommend getting any party meals from here, you’ll end up empty handed and no support from the staff. Towards the end of the day, they issued me a refund. But it was disappointing and embarrassing to have no meals for the kids in the party. I hope they can find a solution to improve the app or the branch because my daughter loves Happy meals. We would still order but never again for a party.

I went back to just get an ice cream cone. Stood there for 10 minutes while three people actively ignored me putting together orders, one was the manager. I finally had to yell at someone just to place an order. The comment line they advertised for comments because they supposedly care about my experience went to voicemail. I have never had such dismal service. This place is the absolute worst! 2017 Went to order a number 6, artisan grilled chicken meal, price on the electronic menu was 7.19. Instead of fries, I asked for a side salad, something the menu said I could do. The store manager individually charged me for the drink, salad and chicken, 7.67. I said I wanted the advertised meal price and she said the computer would not let her do this. I asked why it was advertised as being possible and she said she was unsure why. Every other McDonalds I have been to seems to understand their system and is able to charge the right price. This one did not!! I recommend going to the one on 15th next to 75, at least you will be charged the right amount there.

If I could give this location 0 stars it still wouldn't be low enough for the service that I received today. I ordered 3 crispy chicken sandwiches, 1 triple cheeseburger, 6 piece chicken tenders, a fry with no salt. Simple order that took 12 minutes to receive. I checked my bag and tasted a fry. It was hard and dry so I tasted a couple more. Same thing overcooked. I go back to the counter and tell the "manager" that the fries were overcooked where he proceeds to tell me about they couldn't be because they are set for 3 minutes to ensure that they are done.. I tell him that he has already wasted enough of my time and now be wants to argue with me about the timer on fries. He says if I cook them less they will be raw. I tell him drop my fries and I will tell you when to pull them.. 2:30 minutes I get perfect fries. I get home and discover that the tenders are almost black they are well over cooked. I pack up my order and have to drive back to Murphy to request a refund. I walk in and ask the lady "manager" if she would eat the burned tenders and she stated that, "that's the way they come" clearly trying to insult my intelligence. Previous manager comes out and I ask him and the server would they eat these. He doesn't say a word because it's obvious that they are inedible. The lady at the window handed me a bag filled to the top. When I went to grab it it ripped all over my car spilling my fries. I asked for two more fries and offered to pay for it even though it was there fault, she proceeded to charge me 7 more dollars for two more fries. Common sense you give two fries to the customer seeing this is your fault my bag was way to full. Seem like she had a rock for a brain though. Awful environment to sit and have a meal. Dirty floors with ketchup spills and food. Napkins all over the floor. Sticky tables and chairs. I asked a passing employee kindly to clean the floor but they never returned . All trash cans were over flowing. There was even food and trash in the bathroom around the sink. The order was mostly correct but the food was terrible. Poorly made and sloppy. The best part of our meal were the fries since they were fresh. It was not very busy so there's no reason for the mess everywhere. We come here often and its never like this. .. even when they are busy. Disappointed.

This McDonald's has some very loud and obnoxious people working there. They talk about people who are coming through the drive-thru and everyone on the inside can hear them. They are rude, not friendly at all. We could barely sit and eat our meal because they were so loudly complaining about everything. The managers need to train people in customer service!!! This is what brings customers back. We will never go inside and eat here again. I did all I could to keep my mouth shut and walk out. Food is good. Fire the people that work there and hire people who appreciate their job and know what good customer service is!!!!!!!!

This is the absolute worst mcdonalds on earth. The service was so bad at the start of the initial ordering. The lady was very rude and had an attitude because we were wanting to order more food. Then it got even worse when we got to the window with the Hispanic lady handing us our food. She didn't even know what order we had we had to tell her and was rushing us at the same time. Then we asked for more sauce and she said rudely its in the bag and then slammed the door in our face. We waited for her to come back after five mins for more sauce and she just threw it at us. We brought it to the manager attention and she didn't seem to care to much. Do your self a favor and never come here. They are rudest employees who don't care. They would prefer to be miserable in their jobs and ruin everyones day. McDonalds should be ashamed of the employees they have working at this location. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t go! Agreeing with other reviewers. Terrible customer service! Yes, I’m old and hard of hearing BUT!! I’m still a paying customer. No respect. 4 employees at the pickup window, milling around in confusion after I sent back the wrong order. Poor training. Lack of courtesy. A true disgrace to the McDonald’s brand and another black mark for attempting dining/take-out in Murphy.

I recently had one of the most appalling experiences at McDonald's, an event so dreadful that it's almost beyond belief. My friend, Sarah, and I decided to grab a quick meal at our local McDonald's one afternoon. Sarah had been eagerly anticipating trying the new Grimace Shake, which she had heard rave reviews about. She was so excited, and her enthusiasm was contagious. Little did we know, this seemingly innocent craving would turn our day into an absolute nightmare. Upon arrival, it was clear that this McDonald's was in complete disarray. The line was stretched to the door, with visibly stressed-out and disorganized staff scrambling around. Despite the chaotic atmosphere, Sarah insisted on ordering the Grimace Shake. We stood in line for nearly half an hour, enduring the stifling heat and the overpowering stench of burnt grease and old, uncleaned fryers. When we finally reached the counter, the cashier was indifferent and inattentive. She barely acknowledged us, her focus seemingly more on her conversation with a coworker than on taking our order correctly. We placed our order and waited another twenty minutes for our food, which felt like an eternity in that oppressive environment. The restaurant was filthy, with trash strewn across tables and the floor, sticky surfaces, and a garbage bin that was overflowing, its contents spilling onto the ground. When the Grimace Shake finally arrived, it immediately looked off. The color was an unnatural, lurid purple, and it had a bizarre, chemical odor that should have been a red flag. But Sarah, ever the optimist, took a big sip. Within minutes, she started to feel unwell. What began as mild discomfort quickly escalated to severe stomach cramps and intense nausea. We hurried to the restroom, which was even more revolting than the dining area. The toilets were unflushed, the sinks were clogged with standing, murky water, and there was no soap or paper towels. The floors were wet and slippery, covered in who-knows-what, making it a hazardous and disgusting experience. Sarah became violently ill, vomiting repeatedly. As she did, I noticed her skin had started to break out in hives, and her face was swelling. Panicked, I sought help from the staff, but they were unresponsive and seemed annoyed by our predicament. They offered no assistance, no concern, and barely even acknowledged that a customer was in severe distress. Their cold indifference was infuriating and added to the stress of the situation. We left the restaurant in a hurry and drove straight to the nearest emergency room. By the time we arrived, Sarah was in severe distress, her face swollen and her breathing labored. The doctors diagnosed her with a severe allergic reaction, likely triggered by something in the Grimace Shake. She was treated with antihistamines and steroids, and thankfully, she began to recover after several hours of medical care. It was a terrifying ordeal, and watching my friend suffer so much was heartbreaking. The nightmare didn't end there. Sarah was bedridden for several days, missing work and losing wages due to the incident. She suffered from lingering symptoms, including weakness, fatigue, and occasional bouts of nausea. The experience left her physically and emotionally drained. In an attempt to seek some form of accountability, we contacted McDonald's to report what happened. Their response was utterly disappointing. They were cold, indifferent, and unapologetic. They offered no explanation, no apology, and certainly no compensation for the trauma and medical bills that followed. Their lack of concern for customer safety and well-being was astonishing. This experience has forever tainted our view of McDonald's. The negligence, the lack of hygiene, and the complete disregard for customer safety and satisfaction were appalling. The Grimace Shake, which was supposed to be a fun and delightful treat, turned into a horrific experience that endangered my friend's health and well-being. I cannot stress enough how disappointed and disgusted I am with McDonald's. This incident was not just a

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars!! We are a family of kids with many school activities (and a single dad working full time) that need quick meals on the go. We have lived in murphy 20 years and this is the worst it’s ever been. We’ve stopped at the Murphy location about 4 times in a week and a half. And ALL 4 times they have forgotten parts of the meals, no condiments, and no paper towels. We try our best to dig through the bags to check, but sometimes we just assume that “it can’t be wrong every time” and are not as thorough digging into cold food (from waiting so long). We were wrong!! How do you miss it 4 out of 4 times? 100% failure rate?!? With an average of 80% failure rate if you base it on the full year. It’s not rocket science checking items off the list or receipt, put it in the bags, and done. This place is a joke.

I order 2 plain double hamburgers whenever I go to McDonalds. The first time i ordered this I got 2 plain single hamburgers. I was annoyed but I ended up going a second time. This time I got 2 single hamburgers with pickles, onion, etc. McDonald’s this is a kitchen problem your order takers are writing down the orders correct but the kitchen even when placing the order on the burger package are still just putting whatever they want on it and consistently getting orders incorrect

Guys seriously, Basic client service. I take the time to go to your restaurant and what i get back is missing meal. Missing fries. Half filled fries (what's the point of ordering a large fry if you're gonna fill it to small amount? I don't understand why such an iconic brand has given itself the right to mistreat the people that made it famous in the first place. No I don't want to drive all the way back to you to give you the opportunity to fix it. You're missing the point. Get it right in the first place. Why is my receipt correct with all that I ordered but the food that I got was missing half of it. In what world is this ok? I get it I don't pay much (that's a sarcastic comment) so I don't deserve the service I guess? Sincerely disappointed in where we are today and the client service. Especially with McDonald.

Terrible. They gave me 8 nuggets instead of 20. The past two times I've been to Mc cuck Donald's trash I have got the wrong drink and it was more water than soda in my drink also I never get ketchup for some strange reason even though they ask and I tell them.

Don't go after 7pm. The staff is rude and look like they are just there to get paid and get out. Ordered a large fry and got cold soggy extra small one instead along with the wrong drink. The guy handing out orders does not know his job. I wont go again anytime of day.

Between the time I walked in and the time I walked out, without completing my order by the way, 5 different employees could be heard cursing loudly from behind. If you have a family you might want to take them elsewhere. However, since they get my order wrong 100% of the time when I order through Uber Eats I get free food all the time. 10/6: another messed up order. 12/7 they forgot the cheese on both happy meals 6/72020 This place has messed my order up so many times that Uber Eats won't let me order from it. So i switched to Door Dash and they forgot the kid's toy in straight orders. 3/28/2022: they forgot a whole happy meal and then replaced it with the wrong type. 6/8/23 See the awful quality of their burgers. Just straight up lazy.

This is the third time I have gone to them and order a large fries, just for them to barely fill the container, the lettuce is beyond wilted it should not in the restaurant let alone put on customer sandwiches, manager must be incredible stingy. Now I ask, is this severable, this is not the first tim they gave me food like this, but it is my last time ordering from them.

I don't write reviews for fast food restaurants but my goodness I have been to this place 3 or 4 times in the past 2 years. They have been consistently serving old, soggy fries. The chicken has an after taste, cheeseburger is dried out. Quite possibly the worst franchise location.

We came around 3:45 pm and most of the tables were dirty and when I asked for help at the kiosk to order, the employee barely acknowledged me and walked away without helping me. This place needs some serious management training. I will never come back to this location again.

I placed a mobile order last week and when I arrived the front counter person told me someone else had taken it and it was somehow my responsibility to stop that from happening. No remake and no refund. Literally the worst mobile ordering experience I've ever had with McDonald's. Update 10/01/2025: A manager did follow-up with me after this review and offered to put my name on a list for a free re-do. The only problem with this was I came in the store today and without said manager's name they refused to do anything. So much for a list. That's on me for not getting a name and believing people at face value I suppose. Still 1 star.

I go to get a frappe with my order and I ended up with something that tasted like chocolate milk coffee. It seems to be impossible for this store to make a basic frappe that's fully blended without melting it to the point of a milk liquid instead of a frozen drink. The worse part is the horrible attitudes from the staff. It took me 40 minutes I'm drive through and I'm still waiting on my food. I can't drink the so-called frappe.

Paid for a 20pc got 17 nuggets, Spicy Snack Wraps were sloppy as heck with literally just a sliver of chicken in the wrap. This crap is too expensive to not get what you pay for and to be prepared so poorly. Worse still I can't tell if it's genuine incompetence or malice for the sake of numbers.

My husbands burger was legitimately raw, luckily we caught it, mine was also a bit pink, but these fry’s are soggier than a wet sock in the Texas sun and yet somehow undercooked. Also the workers got my order wrong the first time and then I had to wait 20 minutes for THIS to come out. And I don’t even want to bother going back and getting a refund because the wait won’t make it worth it. :(

Update 11/16/2019: thought I would give them another shot...failed miserably yet again. Ordered two meals with large fries and...well I’ll let the picture speak for itself.... I went there tonight after Wendy's messed up my order. Kid at the drive through said that they were only accepting cash due to their systems being down. I said no problem and ordered two premium chicken wraps. I pulled up to the window and it took a solid 5 minutes for anyone to come take my money. I saw the kid using a calculator to figure out how much to charge me. Then another 5 minutes later he hands me my food. I get home and the chicken tasted horrible. You can tell that they hadn't changed their frying oil in a long time. This location always seems to have problems. I know not to expect much from fast food restaurants but seriously?
