Terrific experience! We placed a catering order using EZcater. The order was ready on time, arranged in 3 big boxes with handles, and all sandwiches were labeled. They even provided plates & napkins as a courtesy. The variety of sandwiches offered for the boxes cannot be beat!
We've tried different Panera branches but this is my favorite by far. Bonus that it's close to home. Great staff. They're friendly & always greet us with a smile. Food's good, although we miss the pizzas they used to offer. Love their Sip club! We always order their bagels & sourdough bread. They're sandwiches are huge & they use fresh good ingredients too. Clean store & they're quick to clean up spills & messes.
Came during a slow time and food was great. Cashier brought all of our food to the table for us.
I literallybgo here everyday as I am addicted to their green tea. The staff is always friendly and polite. I've never had a bad meal here.
I stopped in this location for a day date with my spouse, and was super impressed. The staff was super friendly, and the tall dark haired manager was very helpful. This location was also very clean. We will definitely be coming back!
Wonderful service from Zach this morning, such a kind soul. I greatly appreciate all your hard work. Thank you!
Was visiting a friend who moved and figured we would stop somewhere to eat for lunch and catch up. The customer service and staff were really friendly and helpful. We both ordered a half sandwich and soup, and her 2 kids had the grill cheese sandwich and strawberry smoothie. This was the first time I decided to get a strawberry smoothie, and I'm glad I did because it was delicious. Highly recommend a smoothie and smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich. Fast service and clean dining area and kid friendly. Will definitely be coming back to this location.
This is the best Panera in DFW. By far the cleanest. They also have the friendliest and most attentive staff. Jessica always looks for ways to go above and beyond for me and greets me with a smile. My food is always hot and fresh.
The panera bread we went was great we had nice service clean areas and awsome food we hope they keep things up like this and thank you.

The screen ordering is perfect if you wake up feeling like you want to eat out but aren’t in the mood to talk to or smile at a stranger. Thanks, panera.

Clean LIKE station to order independently. Like extra roll with soups and option of no creamy soup. Problem of curb on southern side. There is no walk or wheel ramp but rather step up on curb then rocks. Difficult for anyone with walking issue or todlers or whechairs.
Big, open spacious dining area unlike other locations I've seen. I usually get a cozy vibe from Panera but this one has a very large vibe, feels very modern and accommodating. I got the sensation that if I wanted fast and efficient, this is the spot to be; I don't feel like I'm in the way, or like anything is in my way. The service was great, friendly staff and cool manager. They smiled and made eye contact and were genuine about their jobs, not something that you see very often today in any establishment. The food was alright, the croutons in the salad were all stale so it left a lot to be desired. The drink was watered down but that was my fault - I put too much ice in it! The unique drinks were actually pretty delicious, and don't forget to check out the Sip Club if you frequent Panera.
Open mouth watering great taste pleasant hungry to the senses. All different varieties cute looking different 🥪🍞 breads. Nice open wide view looking to outside. Light and bright. Very clean and organized. Located on the corner easy to find. A plus restaurant with pleasant designs. Open fully available parking. Food especially bread skillful and artistic prompt temperature made mouth watering.

This was the first time I ate at this particular Panera location in Murphy, Texas. The people working there were very friendly and readily available and willing to help. The eating area was spotless, bright and comfortable. The food was fresh (large salad)and delicious. The only reason not 5 stars is that they forgot my bagel, but the staff was quick and apologetic in remedying that situation. Will definitely go back to this location.
Everything we ordered was not good. The only good experience we had was the smile from the front desk girl, who was so friendly, and the stars I gave to her only. I will definitely not come back.
No attention to detail. We’ve been here three times and each time our order has been incorrect. There were no utensils given in our to-go order that had soup and salad. When ordering a salad with no onions, we received it with onions. With my lactose intolerant mother, we asked for no cheese on the breakfast sandwich and … there was cheese.
To go order of a Ham and gouda sandwich paired with chicken and rice soup. The sandwich was nice and hot but mostly bread. The ham was a little sparse. The soup was very runny and thin. Not the best meal despite how good it looked. 😕 Also order a 4-pack of cinnamon rolls. They too looked great but were beyond stale. The outer portions had to be thrown away. The inside was mostly edible after it was heated in the microwave. Not impressed with this to-go order at all.
Details, details, details! The lack of attention to detail and managerial oversight was apparent. Can we not have higher expectations for our restaurants and employees? This location is almost average, and I would like employees to have pride in their work environments. The young employees at the register needed to be more responsive. There needed to be more urgency and care to maintain an environment of excellence. There's only one trash/return dishes area which fills up very fast with used dishes. One young employee was on her phone while dirty dishes piled up. I had to ask for our table to be wiped down and for the napkin dispenser to be refilled.
Ordered in app. My order was correct, ready on time, and the food was good. However, the drive-thru attendant didn’t respond when I asked how they were, and when I said thank you, they mumbled in return. A little friendliness goes a long way. What we ordered: soup, salad, sandwich, cookie, cinnamon roll, and cherry pastry.

Too expensive. And ordering was confusing. The people did their jobs well, with kindness. But l was surprised by the bill.
Ordered strawberry poppyseed chicken to go….when I got home—-no chicken. Their salads are good but too far for me to drive back and get chicken on my salad.

Walked in for dinner and found a very dirty floor, including a fingernail on the floor. 3 employees standing around and doing nothing. Food was mediocre but was ready quickly.
Cheap, cheap cheap!! Ordered sesame bagels, received plain bagels with a lick of sesame! Should be ashamed!
This is now the second time my sandwich looks so sorry that I had to post this. For the price you should not have sandwiches coming out Panera Bread like this.
girl was very nice but i asked for no cheese and you can clearly see that they picked off the feta 😭 i am unable to eat cheese so im sad
Only a few months old but running downhill. How can an order clearly printed HERE be packed in carry-out bags? No espresso drinks!?? Service was very inattentive; couldn't get the attention of anyone because they were immersed in their chores and couldn't spare a glance at the customers.
Either employees don’t care about food quality or management doesn’t either way it’s a failure of leadership. Clearly rotten food gets served.

We love Panera.. but what the hell happened to the portion sizes? They’re tiny.. disappointing.. probably will not be coming here much in the future

Early morning employees are rude and dismissive. I waited at the counter for five minutes before finding the Doordash order I was picking up. There was a young girl with a black bun and headphones who kept looking at me, each time I smiled. Nothing. She was not taking an order, so I am unaware of her issue. When I located my order I said "Hi, good morning, thank you for your help, have a great day!" and waved as I walked out the door... nothing. I won't go back, not even to pick up a delivery order.
Over priced Large bowl of Mac & Cheese with cold bread. I requested more Mac & Cheese because the large bowl had barely any Mac & Cheese & the worker refused to give me more when I asked nicely to put more in the bowl. Then I asked her to at least warm up the bread so she told me to microwave it myself. $11 for a barely filled bowl of Mac & Cheese & cold bread. Drink not included. I guess the customer is never right. Thanks for robbing us! :)
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location, largely due to Jessica( who actually lied and told me her name was Janet) the general manager. After a 12-hour shift, I stopped by for dinner, only to find multiple mistakes with my order when I got home—missing items, an incorrectly made sandwich, and no drink. When I called to address the issue, the staff seemed confused, and after being passed around, I was told to come in for a resolution. Upon arrival, I was ignored for several minutes before Jessica—who I later learned was the GM—angrily barked at a staff member to assist me. When she finally came over, she was immediately dismissive, aggressively snatched my order from my hands, and slammed the items on the counter while reviewing them. When I pointed out unsanitary practices I witnessed in the kitchen, she shrugged it off, claiming gloves made it acceptable. (For the record, I have this recorded and will be reporting it.) Janet ultimately refunded me but couldn’t even process it correctly—refunding me more than I paid. When I pointed it out and asked for the exact amount, she refused to fix it. If a general manager can’t even balance a register, that’s a red flag. Throughout the entire interaction, she was rude, hostile, and unapologetic. By the end, she even told me I was no longer welcome at this location. Honestly, no problem there—I wouldn't return anyway. Customer service should be rooted in professionalism and kindness, and Janet demonstrated neither. If this is the kind of leadership Panera tolerates, I strongly suggest they reconsider who they put in charge.
I typically love Panera Bread but my food had a foreign object in it! I spoke with one of the staff members — I believe who was the manager -- last week and he refused to remedy the situation, and on top of that was rude and condescending! It is no wonder this branch is rated lower than all of the other nearby Panera Bread locations. Go to the Garland, Allen, or Plano location in Central Expressway location.
The worst location ever, it smells bad. I asked for an ice coffee , she handed me plastic cup saying it is in a container. I went up there and it was empty. She told me pour hot dark roast coffee , add ice to it from soda machine and make your own ice coffee . She said she makes it the same way . I am sorry but I don’t work there and I am paying 5 bucks for a small ice coffee which I am asked to make myself. She was extremely rude. Never going there again
I ordered a pick up with uber eats at 720 pm. I gave the store 10 minutes to get ready which that's usually how long it takes other locations. I pulled up to drive thru and the guy looked confused and said they just got it and he'll bring to my car when ready but that it had a pick up time of 745. Well obviously I'm here!! I waited in car till after 745 then walked in and they said it was still not ready! They said that people that came to drive thru or ordered via panera app had priority which makes no sense. The manager was rude and she even showed me her computer screen saying they only had my order for 2 minutes but it was NEGATIVE 2 and a half minutes because it was past pick up time. She thought I'm stupid lol. 30 minutes for what? And still wasn't ready. Anyway, I canceled my order with uber, I will never go to that location again.
This will be the last time I will ever step foot at a Panera. I came through the drive through and received an incorrect order with items missing. I did not realize my order was wrong until I got to my destination, so I called the location and I am then told that due to the inconvenience I would get a full refund but that I would have to drive back bc the order was placed in person. So I drive back 30mins + to then be told by GM Jessica that I would only be receiving a $10 refund. This is poor customer service. Y’all messed up my order, wasted my time & gas to then change up the compensation because “that’s all you can do” as per Jessica said. And to top it off the attitude that she was giving me by slamming the drive thru window in my face was so uncalled for. I hope this comment gets viewed bc this was the worse customer service ever. The mistake was not mine and Panera needs to make it right.
What an awful experience this was. As you walk in the door, the menu to choose what you want to eat is located right where you place your order and you have nothing to look at while you're waiting in line, as seen in the picture. Secondly, the little kiosk where you can place your order is flawed to say the least. It only lets you order for one person. When you're done ordering an item there's no option to choose a second entree or anything else. Just a checkout button. REALLY? So since we were forced to place an order at the cashier, we were told they were out of sausage for my pizza which made me rethink my whole lunch as I had my mouth set on some pizza. Really? Out of sausage at noon on Sunday? Next, they offer no sort of veterans or senior discount. Then there's the dining room. At noon on Sunday even with the shades pulled down it's still far too bright, but one of the shades was broken so whoever gets stuck sitting in that area gets blinded and baked. Then, the order window where you pick up your food is far too congested with people waiting on their items that are supposed to be ready but aren't. They need to hire a couple staff members to bring your food to you like they do at Hawaiian Brothers. Lastly, the food was a joke. The chicken sandwich that you see in the picture cost me 12 bucks. It was tiny and tasteless, and I could have gone to Arby's and gotten TWO much better chicken sandwiches for 6 or 7 bucks. I will most definitely NOT be returning to Panera bread.
I will never EVER eat here again. Not only did I have to repeat my order 3 times to the drive thru associate, but I also got rotting lettuce with my sandwich and the bread had a dark brownish spot about 1/2” in diameter on the edge of the bread. When I called to speak with the manager, I was told they were too busy to come to the phone. My receipt and Order #1317835 says to let a manager know if my order isn’t right. But calling the manager at 1:45pm on a Monday must not be a good time to speak with a paying customer. Alrighty then, I will always be too busy to stop and eat at Panera Bread ever again.
This little buddy ruined my wife’s lunch today. The manager was expressionless, as if this is a common occurrence at this location. She didn’t offer an apology, a refund or anything. She just said she’ll make us a new salad and asked if I can throw the salad out for her because she can’t touch it over the counter. Zero customer service skills.

I had a really bad experience with regard to being unsanitary and uncleanliness at Panera in Murphy on FM 544. I found a long stran of hair that nearly made its way into my mouth. I hav a real issue with unclean food. I keep imagining having swallowed hair. I've been unable to eat at this particular Panera since. I reported the incident to Panera's corporate office and asked that they have the entire stall wear hair nets including management whenever they are involved with food preparation. I haven't returned to this restaurant, but drive miles away to dine at Paneras that in my opinion take cleanliness serious.
This place has become so damn crappy. I picked up chicken noodle soup and a sandwich. It was a small bowl of chicken broth and 2 bread pieces for $23. Had to cook food at home.
The food is good but their unsweetened tea is like colored water. I also asked for easy ice so that it wouldn’t get watered down. 🤷🏼♀️
I’m a regular sip club member here, so this isn’t a one time experience thing. The staff is generally friendly, but the managers seem quite disinterested in being helpful. Multiple times the soap has been out in the bathroom. And when I ask about it, and check even an hour later, nothing has been dealt with. It’s said that a bathroom says everything about how a place values it’s customers. Secondly, there’s some maintenance issues. Every time you walk in, the door has an ear piercing screeching sound both when it opens and closes. I’ve mentioned all of these things to them and nothing is done. The floor is often very sticky because of spills that aren’t cleaned up very well. Altogether, it isn’t the worst Panera Bread in the world, but some easy customer service fixes would go a long way. I would love to change it to five stars of these things are fixed.
If you enjoy spending 8 dollars for a bowl of heated up bagged soup with day old bread, this is the place for you. Panera is awful. I've tried. I really have. The food is terrible.
