Busy at midnight but the wait was worth it. Very happy with a hot meal that tastes good in the middle of the night. Being on a flip schedule, midnight is like noon, good food is hard to find at midnight or later. It's not Texas land and cattle but you'll be full and happy.
The drive-thru experience is pretty great. Unlike other drive-thru restaurants where there are parallel order menus, but have a choke point at the service window.... Whataburger has one order menu, and runs the service window in parallel. Actually they have the normal service window in Lane A, and a runner in Lane B. Meaning an employee walks over with a tablet, takes credit card payment with the tablet, and returns with food. It's actually much smoother and faster than other restaurants. If you're like me, and appreciate a smooth running highly optimal operation, it somehow makes the food taste better.
Best hamburgers bar none. Unique taste which made Whataburger the go-to for good burgers for decades.
Never have to worry about any of your items being missing
Every state has their own "best" fast-food burger chain, this is Texas's. They have the classic burgers and fries, fried chicken strips, and so on. But they also have unique limited time items that rotate through their menu. The breakfast taquitos have a cult-like following and are very good. I like this location because they are usually fast, and my food is usually correct. I have had an order missing items from here once, but they are human and we all make mistakes.
My husband left his debit card at this location and they put it back in the office for him. The manager Dennis was very nice and even kept my husbands receipt because he had a survey to take for a free Whataburger! LOVE this location! The food is always fresh and delicious! Thank you for being so honest! I was already a fan but I will be loyal to this location!
nothing bad to say, nothing great to say always efficient while beeing constantly busy. never had an ordered messed up. i go out of my way to visit this location compared to the one closer to the house wich consistently takes at least 20 minutes through the drive through. Keep up the great work!¹

Ordered in the app and waited curbside. App had approx 11 min to be ready and it was out in 6. Fastest Whataburger ever and the order was perfect. Ordered a double double with jalapenos. Yummy!! Thanks to your whole team for a great job.

A good Whataburger compared to some in the area. Quick, clean, nice people, consistent menu. In and out quickly and no issues with parking or the surrounding neighborhood. The drive through process took about 3 minutes total.
When I walked into this What a burger I was greeted with a friendly and warm welcome! They got our order 100% correct and the manager on duty even stopped by to talk to us. It wasn't a typical "how's the food"? It was a full conversation with my grandma talking about being from up North! The cashier who took our order was also wonderful as well. What a burger always goes above and beyond but these staff members went to infinity and beyond!
I'm going to try to be perfectly honest here. I used to love Whataburger growing up but I moved to North Texas and there were a lot of locations that just didn't care. The lines were long, the service was poor, and the food tasted disgusting. Now that they sell the ketchup in stores there really wasn't much of a point. I moved out north of Lavon to the country and work over near Murphy. That's pretty much where I hang out and go to places to eat and Shop. On a whim I decided to give the Whataburger a try. I've been in a few times since. The service has always been how I am rating it today but I had failed to put in a good review and the service here was exceptional yet again today. If you've experienced the same issues I have with Whataburger as a company lately and you live close by this location I implore you to give it another try. The food was excellent. The person taking orders at the speaker box did a fantastic job. Ethan was extremely personable. He treated me like I was not just another person in a line that he had to get past to get his paycheck. People in customer service positions do not tend to care like this anymore and when you find one you need to make sure that you appreciate them and show them that you appreciate them. I was equally pleased when I got to the drive-thru window and were greeted by Samina. She had a kind smile and finished my order quickly. I'm sure there were a lot of other excellent people back in the kitchen working as well who did what they could to make my order excellent. I just want to say thank you to this location for the excellent lunch break. It has been a hard week and this was exactly what I needed. Not the food although it was delicious. But instead the way I was treated.
I went here to pick up an order and I had ordered from a different whataburger on 544. Whole crew was super nice and helped me straighten everything out and get my food! They really went above and beyond and were great!

Visited 12/05/25, first time I ever visited this place...Very clean restaurant... great meal! Zach makes an awesome chocolate milkshake...one of the best shakes I've ever had!
Standalone restaurant with ample parking. Restaurant and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One member was cleaning tables the whole time I was there. Burgers and fries were excellent. Note they use mustard on their burgers instead of mayo. You have to ask for Mayo only. Hatch chilies are an optional addon. Awesome. Recommend.
I recently visited the Whataburger located on FM544, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The first thing that caught my attention was the warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant was well lit, creating a comfortable environment that made my dining experience truly enjoyable. One aspect that particularly impressed me was the cleanliness of the entire establishment. The restrooms were clean, a testament to the staff's dedication to maintaining a hygienic environment. It's always a relief to find a restaurant that prioritizes cleanliness, and Whataburger on FM544 certainly exceeded my expectations in this regard. 👍 Another thing I liked about their restrooms is the use of electricity saver. When I entered, the lights automatically came one--they were off to begin with. I ordered the patty melt, it was good. This was only the 3rd time I've been to a Whataburger, EVER! My melt was nothing short of delicious. I wasn't even too hungry but ended up eating the entire thing 😁 The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. It was clear to me that Whataburger takes pride in delivering a satisfying culinary experience. 💥 The combination of exceptional service, spotless facilities, a comfortable ambiance, and a mouthwatering patty melt made it a memorable dining experience for me and my family. This Whataburger was an awesome experience for breakfast. I ordered the breakfast on a bun meal and was well received with a smile. The food was baggage to go as I requested, and served for pickup at the counter with another smile. It took approximately 5 minutes at 10 AM to give my order and to walk out with my hot, great tasting breakfast. I highly recommend this Murphy, TX Whataburger location for the great service, polite staff and quick food preparation.

Consistently good quality and service. Noted often for somewhat longer wait time than other fast food chains, but also that customers expect it and do not mind the wait to get that quality. 24 hour dine in is a plus after a ball game or other late night event.
Food is always great and they always have something new to try love the shakes for sure and my usual bbq chicken sandwich on texas toast. Drive thru is usually a lomg wait and the staff seems to be stressed understandably when the line wraps around the building but they still pull thru and go above and beyond! Keep up the great work!
What could not be good about 100% beef cooked fresh to order with all the fixins just like you want it??!!! The young lady who assisted us was thorough, sweet and thoughtful. It was about 20 minutes before sunset in lovely Murphy, Texas!!! We both enjoyed our freshly made cheeseburgers, French fries, and even a malted vanilla shake for $16.42!

My husband and I were traveling from SC and were told this place was awesome so we decided to try it. We ordered double bacon cheeseburgers with no onions. My burger was correct, my husband's had onions on it. We sent it back and they replaced it with a single burger no onions. Not a pleasant experience. Burger was good but evidently the cook could not read.
The food is good. Tried use Whataburger app to earn Rewards. Cashier would let me. When I got my food I didn't get my shake. I told them when they finally got it out they looked at my recipe. I was just trying to get what I payed for. The french fries were cold and old. Talk to management and they offered to make it right. I'm not looking for free food. Just want to be right the first time.
Check your order peeps! More than once this location has shorted us on fries. Sucks when you pay for a large, it says Large on the receipt, yet they deliver a medium. Shows a lack of attention on their part. Get it right whata-people!

Food here tastes fine, for fast food. Order was taken well with it being repeated to me and it was filled correctly too. Only real issue is how long it takes to get the food. Chick-fil-A is right next door and they are 2-3 times busier, yet they actually get you through the line far faster which shows how incredibly efficient they are. So as long as you are willing to sit in line for a long time, this place is fine.
This used to be a good location for the last year it’d been incredibly difficult to get any food from here that isn’t stone cold.
The service was horrible. We said at the drive up speaker for at least 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged us. Then when we arrived at the window it felt like an eternity to receive our food. The food is always good but I only go there when my mom is wanting it. Not sure why the food quality is not good, everything made so cheap. Drink cups are made up of foam that my daughter's nail went inside it and the whole coke poured everywhere. One of the slowest locations in the area. Half the time food is warm at best, takes 10-15 min to get your order even if you are the only person there at 5am. Staff isn't the friendliest at the top of the morning. I would avoid this location.

This location needs a better drive through system. I've seen some that are almost as organized as Chick fil a. We waited about 10 minutes and hadn't even made it to the sign to order yet. Thankfully, I could still get out. Left and went to Burger King.
So instead of being very vague about a review and leaving one sentence, I'm going to elaborate on why I gave this particular establishment this rating. Well, lets start it off by saying that the service wasn't bad sometimes, but there is a reoccurring issue of inconsistent customer service and dishonesty that has failed to cease. My lady and I visited this establishment most recently on 12/23/2017 at 12:43 pm. We walk up to the register and begin to order, my lady exclaims: "May I please get a number one lettuce wrapped, or even just one piece on top and one piece on the bottom?" The cashier replies: "Sorry we don't do that anymore, my manager says that we can't do that anymore." I then add: "We have gotten it done countless times before and it never was an issue, even if the lettuce was put on the side, its just that my lady is allergic to bread and wants to have something in it's place." Cashier #2 says(while the manager who has happily granted the request is standing in background but cannot hear us): "Yep we can't do that anymore." I then add: " I guess food allergies aren't a thing anymore..." We then order and decide after leaving to not eat there anymore. My whole point is that I feel that there is a commonly reoccurring theme of non-empathetic behavior that is slowly becoming normalcy and I've caught that aura mostly from this establishment. I wish nothing but the best for any individual franchise who practices fundamental customer service, but when I pay 50 cents for my 2 cent slice of cheese with my 17 dollar order of 2 meals I don't think 2 pieces of leaf lettuce is too much to ask for...

The food is fine. It's the same as every other Whataburger. However, this is possibly the slowest "fast food" restaurant I've ever visited, and it has been that way on multiple occasions. I've been in the drive-thru line for easily 20 minutes a few times. Their curbside pickup service does not appear to be an option late at night, so if you order ahead through the app you are forced to sit in the drive thru line. It's horribly slow and they need to change their protocols and/or hire more people.
Went in today to order a burger and noticed they had some coupons on the counter. When I told the cashier I'd like to use one of those coupons, she informed me that I had to buy a $3 brownie for them to give me a coupon. What kind of BS is this? I mean REALLY? Bad service and okay food, your average whataburger experience. What more do you need after a long shift than to return to rude employees who charge 3$ for small water cups and tell us NOT use the chairs since they are “putting them up”.
Honestly, 72% of the time I get here I get attitudes from the cashiers. As I am making this review I am sitting here in the line. Come here before with no issue but this will be my last time. Went to drive thru and had to wait 20 minutes for my order. Sprite I ordered had no syrup, just carbonated water, and my sandwich had completely fallen apart when I received it. Go to sonic or chickfila if you want fast food, much better service
Disappointing for sure. I frequent this location at least twice a week, I guess I keep hoping the mistakes are a temporary issue but they seem to not be. Entirely too much Playing around and not enough paying attention to getting orders correct. Unless the guest tells you specific items to omit, the product should be prepared according to standards. Management please take note and correct this.
Just left this place after waiting 25 minutes for my food and watching person after person recieve their orders within minutes. They came out to the lobby to give a guy his food, that ordered after us. I loudly asking "did you forget about us?" And suddenly our food was ready. What a joke.

Seems like none of the workers want to be here or work. Same situation happened with my bestfriend in the evening. Managers don’t pay attention to what the workers are doing. Nobody willing to take the right orders. Long wait times on curbside. Whataburger used to be my favorite place to eat. But since the past few months, Im unsure of what happened why it’s going downhill. My friend came in and asked what’s taking so long for her curbside the young boy working in the lobby responded that they were short staffed and people are quitting after the owner changed.
Worst service in drive thru for breakfast times. And don’t even get me started on their “fresh” food, that tastes like was cooked yesterday. Eggs taste like rubber, hash brows taste like they have been fried 3 times to keep “fresh”.
Took 1 hour to get the food from the drive thru (the longest I have ever sat in a drive thru) I should have left but I was so hungry and it was the only place nearby open. The staff member went to hand me my card back but then dropped it in the street, totally not a big deal, accidents happen. But she made it super awkward by just staring at me and not saying a word, and I didn’t even know what she had dropped so I had to ask her if that was my card and she shook her head to nod yes and that was it so I opened my car door to retrieve my card off the street and she just stared at me wide eyed lol super awkward staff and incredibly slow service.
I have had the same issue multiple times and have reported it. I understand that what the app says is not necessarily this locations issue but it is very frustrating when I am told to just go inside when I am doing a curbside pickup. Sometimes when on my lunch break I do curbside to save time. The app does not have the option to add certain sauces to the order. I am willing to pay for it but when I get there they say I have to go inside or go through drive thru. I have already wasted half my break time waiting for them to bring out my order because it took longer than the ago said it would. Now they are saying to waste more time that I have to eat to go inside. Whataburger, you need to fix this issue.
Slowest drive thru... then they tell you the payment on your debit card was declined, only to find out it wasn't declined at all. The charge was processing when I checked may banking app. I drove back to the restaurant to ask what the deal was. The Manager stood there and argued with me as if it was all my fault and told me he could not refund my money. A day later they then went back and issued a credit to my card. How could they issue a credit if there was never a charge (ie the transaction was declined.) The truth is they did charge my debit card and argued with me that they didn't. All for a lousy order of biscuits and gravy. What I really want back is the hour of my life that I've wasted on this terrible restaurant.
This particular Whataburger has been nothing but a problem every time I order something is wrong. One order I did not get it at all and when I called to ask about it they told me I would have to contact Uber because Uber is the one who is delivering it I told them I did not buy from Uber I bought from them Whataburger and they said they could not help me and they couldn’t refund my money. This time I ordered and the food was cold and missing items I contacted the store and they told be to contact customer service. I did that and customer service assured me I would get a refund. I just got a phone call from Isaac the overall manager of Whataburger Murphy and he told me I would have to come to the store and pick up my refund. I told him just credit my card he said he couldn’t do that they weren’t allowed to. I said fine prepare lunch for me and deliver it and he and said he couldn’t do that either. So what good is customer service? I do not recommend this location. Whataburger has been a favorite of mine but I will never order from them again.
Every time I come here, there seems to be an issue. Latest trip: came in late and ordered 2x this burger, large fries, no drink… Get home and discover two burgers and one fry. Call up and the manager tells me she only heard one fry? A little confused, I asked how she only heard one fry when I ordered two of the same thing? She then hangs up on me! I call back and the “assistant manager” tells me she’s busy once I ask to speak to her again. She gets back on the phone finally and acts like we “lost connection.” After a back and forth, she pretty much tells me I can either come back and get it fixed or there’s nothing she can do. I usually run into problems at this location. This is also not the first time I’ve been hung up on while trying to figure out a solution. This location is two minutes from my house, and I’ll usually drive extra 5-10 to go to the location in Sachse.
Don’t go here. We live near this location and each time we’ve ordered, they’ve managed to mess up the order. Food allergies are very important and that’s something that should’ve been taken note of when asked for. Instead, they throw whatever they can in the bag and hope you don’t call to complain later. Same disappointment each time. I hope no one else wastes their time at this place. Even if another location is out of the way, go to that one.
I had a curbside pickup at 4pm on sep 13th Friday. I ordered a garden salad with spicy chicken. It was missing the spicy chicken so I called the store at 4:10. Delnaz the team lead answered my phone & asked for my order number which was 2044623. 9 mins later I was still waiting & called the store again at 4:19 she said she’s checking the cameras & she’s the one who made my food & the patty was on the burger. I told her I didn’t have a burger it was a garden salad she continued to tell me the same thing. I was on my lunch break she wasted half my break. The audacity she had to tell me that they didn’t have a salad order since this morning & if I have it I could bring it in to get it fixed. I told her the reason I did curbside pickup is so I wouldn’t have to come inside or go thru the drive-thru. She told me to come in again. Everybody else is nice the other TeamLeads Bobby & jasbir if I’m not mistaking fixed the order & we’re very helpful Delnaz sure has an attitude problem & needs to be recoached on customer service or maybe find another job if she doesn’t wanna be here or wanna be ridiculous all the time. It was a simple fix (put a damn chicken patty on the salad) instead of addressing the issue she wasted time checking cameras for the wrong order.
For some reason this place can never ever get an order correct. What is wrong with you guys it’s been literally 10 times you cannot read an order. Lazy!!!!!
I went here Friday night thru the drive thru. Waited almost 20 minutes to order. Ordered 2 burger meals, one with extra cheese and both with large fries. I asked to have my order repeated to me at the window and they had it all wrong. They changed it, charged me more money, then handed me the same order they messed up on and the burgers were just meat and bun, nothing else on them. And the employee was really rude to boot. Worst experience I've ever had at whataburger I've ever had.
I am absolutely appalled by the management at this location. During my recent visit, I witnessed one of the most unprofessional and dehumanizing interactions I’ve ever seen in a workplace. The team lead was openly screaming at an employee in front of customers, and it was clear the poor worker didn’t deserve such treatment. The tone and volume used were completely unnecessary, and the team lead's behavior bordered on outright bullying.
Had delivery made from here. Drink was missing , and bags where opened(tampered with a crunched up napkin on top of my fries) . I had ordered from Whataburger site and there is literally no support to get this corrected. Lady from this store says she cant help because the 3rd party delivered it and they gave them everything... while i got no other number or know of the 3rd party who delivered it. There is no number to contact in any of the order emails/receipt. This is a very frustrating situation you put your customers into. I paid Whataburger, not some 3rd party delivery that i have no contact for. Now i got to go to my bank to to open a claim.
Ordered taquitos. We asked 2 different associates for picante sauce and cashier for picante. They ignored us each time. Cashier was unfriendly. It seems no one here is interested in being customer friendly. Multiple tables were not cleaned. I had to search for decent table.
If I could give 0 stars, I would!!! This is the fourth time,at least, that something is wrong with our order. The shenanigans started about 2 months ago. One of The Times we ordered our drinks were absolutely terrible. They were all carbonation. There was no syrup in them at all. The next time we didn't get our order at all. Last time on a fifty dollar order everything was incredibly disgusting.... On this one, I actually contacted the store and online support to get a refund for the entire meal because it was so Terrible. After a very long time on the phone explaining what happened to 2 or three different people... I was assured we would be getting a full refund back to my husband's account back to the card that was used. And I even made sure that they knew which card was used. A couple of days later, my husband got seven thousand points on his waterburger app instead of money back to his card like it was supposed to be. My husband's a nice guy, he doesn't say anything about it. We ordered some more food this morning.... Part of my order is missing.... And I failed to mention the last time that we ordered breakfast. My entire large coffee was in the bottom of the bag not in the cup...... So this morning we have a partial order yet again..... I'm so irritated i'm just gonna go to mcdonald's. It's pretty sad when the whataBurger directly across the street from my house cannot get it together to even do a refund properLY. I'm highly disappointed in the service that we have received over the past several years. And really don't know what else to do besides not go back. I really honestly think the most thing that i'm upset about is the fact that we were lied to that we would be getting money back to my husband's card and it was refunded in points..... We don't wanna go back. Why would the hell would we want points
Honestly, y’all haven’t gotten things correct on our orders probably the last 15-20 times we’ve been there. We are pleasantly shocked if an order does come out with no mistakes.. it’s a shame bc we love whataburger.
Last night been our 1st and last stop. Husband and I had to wait literally 20mins for our order.To our surprise, we have been served in take-away bag when the receipt clearly says “Dine-in”. We ate cold burger and fries, other than that the staff were nice and polite. Require little attentiveness !
The past several times I have gone to this specific Whataburger it has been terrible. For example today the fries were not salted, the dipping sauce was not included with the rest of my order, the tea was old and tasted gross, and one of the burgers was made wrong. This was only the incidents it todays order, and the most shocking part was that the person putting out order together and checking if it was right was a manager. I have been about 4 times and had similar experiences. Let’s just say I will not be going back.
We visit at least 4x a week fries are always cold. Not fresh sloppy burgers to much mayo
When opened wrapper of burger when I got home there was tiny bits of lettuce and 2 skinny tomato slices. Meat tasted like it been under heat lights and the texture of rubber. Hotrible!!!
Waited 20 minutes for a sándwich in the drive through. They need more people.Service is horrible.
I placed an order with my friend around 3 am and it told me it would be delivered at 3:54 am. I checked the status of my order around that time and it wasn’t even picked up yet even though my driver had been waiting since 3:30 am (the driver waited 30 mins at the store) now it says my order is going to be delivered around 4:18 am. I just really don’t understand how it takes more than an hour for them to prepare an order of two meals. the service is so slow that it makes you lose your appetite while you wait and just want to cancel the order.
This review is very much overdue, but the more I think about it since these things happened the more angry I get about how incompetent and rude some of these employees are. A decent amount of time ago I was driving back from work and decided to get a bite to eat so I went to the drive through. When I didn't hear what the employee said the first time he started angrily calling me "lady" and yelling at me. Seriously!? Lady!? I have worked with children and I get that it's annoying to repeat yourself sometimes, but lady!? How unprofessional can you be!? And multiple occasions they have gotten my order wrong and once even gave me everything I didn't ask for, and none of what I DID ask for, I get mistakes happen but that bad? Not to mention they didn't give me my debit card back, which may have been my fault but I'm not entirely sure. I'm not exactly sure how I stayed polite considering I was fuming. Food is good, but train your damn staff, especially if they're calling customers "Lady"

this a and b lane idea is insanely stupid. been waiting for my food in the drive thru for 30 mins plus. at least nine cars plus people dining inside waiting for their food. didn’t give me the right size drink. these 2 lanes ISNT HELPFUL WHATSOEVER. EVERY CAR IS WAITING at least 30 mins just to get their order.
I waited in line about 20 minutes for an egg sandwich. When I got home I unwrapped it and I took a bite. It was covered in Chipotle sauce or some kind of nasty spicy orange sauce. It was absolutely disgusting. Thank you for wasting my time and ruining my breakfast. I won't come back to this location.
Check your order before you leave. I ordered a burger with bacon, and they did not add any bacon. I asked for spicy ketchup and received none.

Had a curbside order, I checked in at my spot and waited for over 10 minutes. They were not busy, I ran inside and my order was sitting there while the girls at the counter were just talking and not busy at all.
I usually love going to this Whataburger because it’s conveniently close. But lately it only seems like the morning crew is capable of making my order. My boyfriend and I have been here several times in the evening over the past month or so and they’ve gotten our order wrong several times. My most recent trip was a Sunday evening, very late at night. There were like 6 cars in the drive thru, so I expected to wait a little while, but I was in line for nearly an hour! I ordered a #1 with mayo and no tomato with a Coke Zero. They asked if I wanted cheese, I told them no. They even repeated my order back and got it correctly. However, I get home and I pull my burger out and it’s wrapped in two yellow and one white wrapper. I instantly know by the yellow wrapper that there will be cheese, because I’ve worked for whataburger previously. That doesn’t really bother me too much They all have “No Tomato” and “Mayo” stickers on the papers, so again, they KNEW what I ordered, but what I get is a burger with cheese and ketchup. That’s it. Just cheese and ketchup. I’m seriously disappointed and I’ve ignored this long enough. I give up. I’ll just go somewhere else. I’m done paying for this.
The manager needs to pay more attention to the workers in this place! The dude taking my order must've said "ma'am" 25 times during my order and kept interrupting me as I ordered by saying "what else ma'am, what else ma'am, what else ma'am". Enough already! I was the 2nd car in line at 4:20 pm on a Wednesday and waited 13 minutes before getting to the window. Once he opened the window, he spilled my large drink all over as he shoved the CC machine out for my card. Instead of trying to wait on me and get my order delivered, he spent an extraordinarily long time wiping up the drink mess, while I continued to wait.....now 16 minutes. He finally gave me my order and of course I drove forward while checking to make sure they had actually put all of my order in the bag. No - he did not include my onion rings. I drove to a parking spot, more pissed by now, and went inside. No one was at the front counter and I finally flagged the same guy down and told him that I did not get my OR's. He looked totally dumbfounded and said "oh ma'am, did you order onion rings, ma'am?" I said yes I did and he said, "let me see your receipt, ma'am." I said you didn't give me a receipt! He finally figured out how to print another copy and said, "oh, I don't see OR's ma'am." Do you want to wait for them ma'am? I said absolutely NOT and grabbed my bag and left. On the way out, I asked another clueless employee for the manager. He looked around the corner and said, "I don't see the manager." Wow - GREAT customer service! I will NEVER go to this Whataburger again. I recommend that if you want really crappy service, go here! Whataterribleexperience!
I had the worst experience ever at the Whataburger Murphy location because of this black and white mixed team leader who is so rude and mean towards the customers. Every time I have a deal for a free Whataburger sandwich with purchase of fries and drink and free fries deal this black and white employee always refuses to help me or give me the deal. She gives excuses such as the app is not scanning or we need to see the receipt to give you the deal. This black and white mixed employee is so rude and mean and provides bad customer service. She’s mean and she’s not helpful. She’s also not doing her job correctly. I have complained about her to Whataburger customer care, and they said it was bad what she did, but it’s hard to get rid of her. She’s wasting my time and it makes it a bad experience for me as the customer who’s always paying and a regular customer here at Whataburger. It ruins my day when the black and white mixed employee refuses to help me or to give me the deal. I wish they would remove this black and white mixed employee because she does not provide good customer service and is treating customers badly.
Went by there today I hadn't eaten all day got a Whataburger Junior to the drive-thru. When I got my burger it was only a bun and a piece of meat so I had to go back in and get them to make it right so it was a total of like 20 minutes. It was horrible service. I won't be back.
Ya need to try doing better ya don't add no napkins in the food no ketchup or anything even tho we ask for it I'm sure ya charge for it put it in the bag ya suck at this Whataburger
I’m giving 1 star. Today i order my food through the drive thru. Order a # 1 and # 7 nothing special. And when i got to the window and pay. They asked me to pull up front. Okay no problem. But when you watch 4 cars behind me got their food and drove off?! And still waiting?! What the hell! Terrible slow service!
Ordered online asked for no onions no tomatoes. Tell me why they put some in my burger. I'm so glad I'm no allergic and looked at it before I took a bite. We had no napkins nor condiments. I don't understand why they don't get things right if it's all in black and white.
the lady that took our order (nicole) was very rude. when we got our food, mind you we waited over 30 minutes for a burger. she started cleaning the lobby around us and cussing under her breath and saying nasty things about us. please hire better people who actually want to work.
My husband lastnight got two bbq chicken sandwiches we asked for bbq on the side. They did our order wrong we didn’t see until we got all the way home. It was late also a waste of gas to drive back at the time. So we figured to go today to fix the issue but threw away our receipt on accident. So the first girl is rude to my husband and the second girl is suppose to be manger but I don’t think she is, I called up there to talk to the manager and the girl picks up saying she is manger which I highly doubt because she was rude! Telling us well you should have came back up here why? When it’s late and a waste of gas also when it’s y’all’s fault for making it wrong!! They couldn’t honor to give our full meal back and done the right way! Which something like this happened before and a guy manager fixed the issue which makes me think that girl is not a manager she needs to be fired just like the other girl!!! I really hope they take some kind of consideration firing them!!! You honor your customers when your in the wrong for not making it right the first time!!!
October 14th update. We received ANOTHER burger with hair in it!! See new pictures. August 1st update. Added a new picture from last night's burger. There is a LONG HAIR in the burger. Further proof this location doesn't care and the second health code violation we've experienced. Consistently bad. Management does not care about food quality or customer service and neither do any of the workers. They have given us USED burgers, we complained and they didn't care. They screw up nearly every order. You order and pay for large size and they almost always give you medium. Orders are always missing something. They need to tell the workers that their Sweet and Spicey burger should include the sweet and spicey sauce. There are other Whataburger in the area. Go there and stay away from this one.
