This place has really went down. Every time I go there are different children working the window. Must be different cooks because the food is disgusting from a few years ago, even beginning of last year. We ordered chicken fried rice on Saturday. There was no chicken, peas, carrots or eggs. Just hard dark rice with only onions. I didn’t notice till I got home. Close down y’all don’t want business. Children can’t run a good joint. Change please.

The food was not worth it at all, I got the fried rice it had no flavor. My boyfriend got the combination lo mein and the lo mein was very disappointing. They have a busy line at night time for dinner so I was hoping they would be really good but I was disappointed.

The place had a funny smell to it like a public bathroom smell. The fried rice was mushy and the chicken was nothing but bread. I don’t recommend to come here. Seriously don’t come.

I went today and ordered some food and when I received my orders the food was old and dried out. It was not fit for a dog to eat. As I walked inside to get my money back other customers were also inside returning their food and asking for a refund. The cashier was very rude and told me to get out and I told her that I will be giving them a bad review. This use to be a good restaurant to eat at but not any more. I will be calling the business Bereau in the morning.

I ordered sesame chicken with fried rice, two egg rolls, and sugar donuts. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The sesame chicken was completely drowned in sauce, making it soggy instead of flavorful. The fried rice was just okay. The egg rolls were still frozen in the middle, and when I mentioned it, the employee admitted the food had been sitting for a while. There’s a difference between cold and frozen! When I tried to speak with the manager, he immediately became defensive and had an attitude. I told him I didn’t even want a refund; I just wanted to share that the food quality was unacceptable. The only good part of the meal was the sugar donuts. Save your money and try another restaurant that takes more pride in its food and customer service.

PLEASE READ!!!! Prior to the current owners taking over this establishment I was a devoted customer almost everyday. Today my son purchased his repeat order of General Tso's chicken. I asked him why he was spitting up and he said this is not right, it taste like old grease that looked like motor oil, the chicken was half-cooked, and burnt on the outside. I took the oder back which was barely touched. The server saw that the food looked bad and said "I cook this everyday this is not bad". I pointed it out and tow customers saw the bad grease. He refused to own up to the bad order and said I was not getting my money back. I refused to accept this man telling me the food is bad so what you are not getting your money back!! End of story I wasn't leaving and have been there many times for the convenience. NEWS FLASH!! They don't care if they give you bad/old greasey, oily food, they will tell you to leave and they don't care, you are not getting a refund. Please show them this is unexceptable service and do not let them get rich off very bad service and awful food. Thanks for listening!

This place is known for hot and delicious portions. However, I ordered the Pepper Steak with fried rice. I counted about 5 pieces of steak. It was mostly half cooked veggies bc I had to find the meat. I got steamed brown rice instead of the fried rice. I was really disappointed. It will be a while before I go back. Wasted money. I shouldn't have to ask for extra meat to get more than 5 pieces of meat.

The food is great but the presentation and packaging needs to be fixed. There is always a mess in the bag and the sauce get all over the place. Maybe use different containers. Update: this food made me sick. I’d what’s going on in that kitchen.

So I found this piece of wire in my food obviously I couldn’t finish it, but it sucks this was my favorite place in Lancaster I do t think I’ll go there again not to mention that ugly attitude of that man that talks so rude on the drive through.

First time here and will be my last time, the egg soup don’t even taste like egg it taste nasty and the noddles it was nasty to much soy sauce, it was more sauce than noddles and veggies, horrible. Don’t know how this place has a 4.0 .

This is the 1st time I have been disappointed with Wok Express eve in Lancaster TX.r. I have going here for years with no problem but today they broke my heart. I asked for mixed meat on no my broccoli beef and got and pad for it. They told me to bring it back for a refund. I just wanted the extra meat I asked for...I will never darken their door again now...They also gave me more foof for my money. The actual plate was a very small portion. They lost a faithful customer in me...so hurt...
