Panera is always good when looking for a healthy option. Staff is always friendly, use the app to order ahead, and it's always ready. Ordered the avocado toast and added bacon and chipotle sauce. my only complaint. I wish they would toast the bread so it wouldn't be soggy.

I give four out five stars because there’s always room for improvement. April 13 2022, I had the you pick 2 special, Spicy chicken sandwich with turkey chili for $20.05 both were good and would buy again… I was highly surprised / disappointed that they didn’t offer military discounts here especially with the high military presence / residents that live in this community… I’ve done a lot of travels across this country and this is the first location that I’ve experienced not offering the military discount…

Typical Panera style food. Had the bowl of french onion soup and the blood orange lemonade drink. I thought the serving size was a bit small for a bowl but the flavor was very good. Fast service. They even have several self serve screens to order if you don't want to stand in line. The butter was very hard. They should consider not having it so cold so it spreads on the bread better. Lunch time was very busy but noted several people taking up seats doing work and not eating. Staff did table clean up quickly. Worth the visit.

The employees spent so much time silently beefing with each other and not being a team that they forgot to give me my free oatmeal raisin cookie bruh. I don’t like that

I had been here the week before and they had forgot the sandwich part of my order. I called and was told to come back and they would give me a free sandwich for the inconvenience. The guy I talked to said he wouldn't let everybody know in their store meeting. He asked my name I assumed he wrote it down. I went back the next week and they said no I couldn't get anything. No big deal I went ahead and ordered paid for it and they still forgot part of this new order. When I told them I didn't get my pastry. The woman behind the counter acted like I was trying to rip them off or something. I ordered sat on the bench and never left the building. She just never gave it to me to begin with. They used to check orders before they sent them out I guess they don't do that anymore. I won't be going back to this Panera at all.

July 2023: Fountain drinks not working. I asked if I could get a cup of water for my meal and was told the fountain wasn't working but I could get tea or lemonade. Chicken on sandwich was minimalist, as was the dressing for the salad. Add the fact that we had to clean a table because they were all dirty and the impression is strong that this place has issues with how it is being run. May 2023: No tomato for sandwiches and no lettuce for salads when last visited. Add a somewhat unkept dining area and it's just okay.

Recent orders, at least 4x, I have asked for extras and paid for those. Extra veggies on a sandwich, extra bacon which I paid for. Nithing difficult. Not one darn time were the orders correct! I guess I should have learned. What the heck is wrong with the staff making the food? Do they not read or pay attention or give a rip? So frustrating and stupid. Panera's food is not cheap either! Oh, and I always, always tip 20%.

Alia (or however you spell it...) is the most disrespectful incompetent manager and customer service representative for a business I have ever met. I don't even want to give her more time for this review, because I'm sure there are tons on how horrible she is. I will be calling their district representatives tomorrow and make this absolute joke of an employee become well known in the upper management. Alia, you will never amount to anything. Just quit.

This location has consistently gotten my order wrong every single time I’ve gone. Forgotten bread, forgotten soup. Today, I got a grilled cheese instead of a chipotle chicken avo melt 😪 so don’t forgot to check your bags if you go through the drive-thru!

What happened? They changed out the salad bowl and amount of salad given for a whole size. The whole looks like the half size in a bigger container! The amount of the salad was so minimal like the portion is for a child! Would you pay $13 bucks whole size that's a portion for a child?

Ordered a lot of food which I drove to pick up. One of the 5 items was a full sized steak sandwich. The ciabatta bread was not available so replaced with sourdough. The white cheddar wasn’t available so replace with fresh mozzarella. Received no steak. Tried to call to speak to a person. Called 5 times over 20 minutes. No answer and it hangs up after ringing approximately 10times. Poor customer service. In order to get what I paid for, is to drive back to ask in person. I get it, everywhere is short staffed. But the order was clear. Paid a lot of money for cold food and not what I paid for.
