Deep Lagoon - Naples

Went for a birthday gathering and they did a wonderful job accommodating everyone! Food was fresh and delicious! Served was very kind and friendly! And the chocolate cake they had for birthdays was to die for! Not to mention the size! It was huge!

Took my girlfriend here for a birthday dinner and I have to say it was fantastic. The food had tons of flavor and the service was prompt. Probably one of the top seafood places when in Naples as far as snow crab and lobster tail goes. Could be the biggest lobster tail I have seen in person. For the non seafood folks like me the burger was great (8oz) perfect char and grilled bun. Bread was delicious especially the honey butter.

The place was great and the server was amazing. The food left us full and we we so pleased with the experience and the atmosphere! The drink also did not lack alcohol :)

Our server Michelle was friendly, knowledgeable & helped us choose an incredibly delicous meal & the best deals! The causal but striking restaurant/fish market was evocative the beauty of Florida! The background music was perfect for atmosphere but didn't drown conversation. Highly recommended!

Excellent 1st time experience. Loved the small plates specials and the Flo-Rita was perfect. I sat at the bar and Michelle and Starline provided excellent service. I will be back!

We went here friday night. We thought they were open til 11pm like google suggested but they are only open til 10pm. We got there at 9pm and they allowed us to finish eating way after 10pm. We had the stuffed hogfish, the Alaskan snow crabs, grouper bites, and gator bites. Also the key lime pie. Overall the food was delicious. Definitely would come back and do recommend.

Fantastic spot, wonderful food. My wife and I were surprised with the quality of food. This is a great spot, sat on the patio with our puppy and can't say enough about this place. Very pleased with our Valentines day decision.

First time and won’t be the last! Bartenders were great, food was delicious. We stopped by for happy hour and had the sliders, green beans and tuna, odd combo but very yummmy! Highly recommend.

This is a hidden gem 💎 Newly renovated, beautiful fish tanks and great atmosphere. The servers are very knowledgeable and sweet. The food.. wow.. you won't be disappointed.

We had a fantastic experience. Drinks were very tasty, fish was fresh & well prepared. Service was excellent from Jackie & we enjoyed speaking with the manager, Lisa. Overall we were very impressed & had a lovely time!

Milan And Jonathan are second to none. I wish I could give their service 100 stars. We came in without reservations and were seated at the bar. I’m glad we didn’t get a table. Had an amazing time. I’m from NYC and this food is off the hook. It’s no joke. The staff, was incredible on recommending the food that we ordered, and they were spot on with everything we had, from appetizers to main courses. It was very refreshing that the staff absolutely knew 100% about the food they were serving. I love this place and we will be raving about it for a long time!!!

The atmosphere is amazing and I enjoyed splitting the jumbo stone crab as an appetizer. I had the seabass which is mouth watering. Sat in a cozy booth for two. I definitely recommend this place. Hidden in a complex. Great find!

Stopped here late at night, on the way from Tampa to Miami. Kickass food (loved the conch fritters and variety of entrees), server was a cool dude, felt right at home. Wish I lived in the area so I could dine here more often

I had an incredible dining experience at Deep Lagoon. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family. Yoni and Asher delivered exceptional service—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made the entire experience unforgettable. The food was absolutely spectacular. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can truly taste the quality and care that goes into every plate. Our server Gaga was one of the best waitresses we've ever had...food was great, menu was diverse, atmostphere was fun and the cake at the end was amazing. Paid extra attention to our 10-yr old daughter...she loved the "treasure chest" at the end as you left

A great dining experience. These people care about your dining experience and our seasoned professionals. I had surf n turf cooked as order medium rare steak 🥩.lobster tail was cooked and presented very well. Jason our server was helpful and courteous, with useful suggestions, and knowledgeable. The assistant manager came with pleasant conversation to check how we enjoyed our meal highly recommend.

First time there with long time Naples couple and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! Our service was excellent, food was delicious and came out quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality food and a more than pleasant experience with a staff that goes over and above!

We visited Deep Lagoon to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful experience overall. We started with cocktails, which were delicious, and enjoyed some small bites apps during Happy Hour. Great deals and tasty options. The seafood tower was impressive and fresh, and the two-course seasonal menu was a perfect touch. For entrees, the twin lobster tails were outstanding. The sautéed shrimp and scallops were slightly overcooked, and while the food was tasty, the plating could be improved. We also ordered brussels sprouts as a side, but were a little disappointed. We were told after the entrees arrived that the small plate was the one that came with bacon, not the side. The side also had a bit too much balsamic reduction. Transparency on the menu would be appreciated. Service was excellent. Our server was patient, friendly, and attentive throughout. The pricing is excellent for the quality and generous portions, especially for a seafood restaurant in Naples. To top it off, they offered a complimentary birthday dessert, which was a delightful way to end the meal. Overall, Deep Lagoon is a fantastic spot for food, drinks, and celebrations.

It was a bit pricey but the Grouper was pretty good, my wife enjoyed her steak as well. The green beans were really good and cooked perfectly (if you dont love them crunchy)

Overall this was a great place for dinner. The food was delicious. Crab and cheese dip, mussels, and fish dishes were tasty. Decor was beautiful. Our server was friendly but had tables all over the restaurant. That meant drinks went dry a few times. I think it’s a management issue more than a service issue for how tables are assigned. I’d still go back for sure.

First time for us. Party of 5 came at 5pm and thank goodness as it was packed 1 hour later. Service was perfect. Appetizers was a mix as some were meh and others were really good. Everyone liked there meals and would order it again. Prices were a bit high. We will be back.

Really really good food. Nice menu, quality seafood. Service was very good, however our server was not wearing a mask. I point that out because. Other servers were. Not sure what their policy is. But the manager, should be consistent with that. Overall, good experience. Highly recommend.

Braxton was a really great waiter. The main entrees were excellent and plentiful. The hush puppies and mac and cheese had too much chive/onion taste to them. The fish was very fresh and the size given was about 6-8oz for the main entrees maybe even bigger. Overall little pricey on the price but great experience, would recommend and go again.

Deep Lagoon is a nice seafood restaurant and market. As soon as you walk in you feel you are in a vacation. Very warm lighting and lots of pictures from beaches and sandy trails, etc. All done very classy and very inviting atmosphere. We were seated immediately by the staff which was very attentive and friendly. We came with friends and families so we were a large group. Staff was helpful in making separate bills for every family and taking orders was a breeze. Food itself was very good overall. Prices vary according to what you order as usual... but most meals range from 20 to 30 for main courses. We had delicious oysters from the east coast and from the Gulf. The ahi tuna was cooked perfectly just needed a little more seasoning. Aside from that everyone loved the food and service. I will try coming back here again when in the area.

Decent but not great. I enjoyed certain dishes while others were severely lacking. I started with the lobster bisque. The soup was well seasoned and very creamy. There was even a decent sized piece of lobster in the soup. I also had the poke appetizer. This was fresh and packed with flavor. A great combination of salty and creamy from the volcano sauce. The fish and chips were a big miss. While fresh, the fish had no season/flavor. On top of that the dish wasnt served with tarter sauce. The best part of this dish were the fries which were extra crunchy.

fried oysters were a little bit small. the clam chowder was cooked with a decent amount of clam meats. fried whole snapper wowed me. it's beautiful and delicious. though it's a little bit pricey.

We had a good time. Very nice atmosphere. Food? Eh someone said below average. I will agree with that. We was a party of 14 people I didn’t hear nothing special about the food. Mine was good. Coconut shrimp. But the salad dressing no flavor at all. Oh well. Let’s keep searching for good flavors around Naples Florida

Very nice dinner and would go again. The tuna ahi appetizer was excellent and as good as anywhere. Lousy draft beer choices therefore the 4 starts and not 5. Ours dinners were very good and served hot and correctly. Awful go again

Glad we made reservations as it got busy even on a Monday night. Service very good and helped with questions & recommendations. Menu large with great variety so worried about performance but successful. Appetizers of Conch Fritters and Grouper Fingers very nice. Not impressed by Oyster Rockefellers but tasted fine. Entrées were great: Grouper Oscar, Tripletail, and a grilled Hogfish. Well designed and prepared. Desserts delicious: chocolate cake and the pineapple upside-down cake. Worth another visit.

Great place to grab a Florida dinner experience…seafood, cocktails & coastal decor! A bit of an elevated, fancier dinner experience & prices reflect this too.

This restaurant is highly rated but I was not impressed. It's just another place with very good food, high prices, slow service, awkwardly over crowded, smaller parking lot and serving the typical 70+ years old Naples population. Not the restaurant's fault but feels like visiting a senior care center with better food.

Had a very nice dinner with a group of friends. Food was very good and the service was excellent except for one part. The restaurant was offering a 50% off a bottle of wine promotion so my wife ordered a bottle. She gave the name of the bottle and pointed to it on the menu. We didn't think anything of it when a bottle with that name came to the table. When we got the bill, the bottle we were charged for was twice as much as the one we ordered. Apparently there are 2 bottles of wine with that name on the menu and we were charged, and assume served, the more expensive one. I do think the server and restaurant should do a better job of clarifying which bottle you are ordering if you have 2 the same name and not bring the more expensive one when it's not the one you point at. Otherwise a nice meal.

We went there for dinner. They couldn't find our reservation (not sure whose fault that was) but were able to seat us. Service was attentive and helpful. The fried oysters were good from previous visits and three of us had them. One of us had the fried fish which was OK. The deserts are huge. Four of us had plenty from the one carrot cake order.

The food was very good and our waiter was very nice. However, the appetizer plate was not clean as well as the wrap my silverware was wrapped in. Please wash the dishes a little better in the future.

Let me start with appetizers were great! Conch fritters and the Oyster Rockefeller we’re delicious and the pineapple upside down cake too. Now the main courses were not as pictured and they were not that good. Plate presentation was not the best and the fish was placed sort of sloppy onto the plate. There wasn’t much flavor at all. We didn’t even eat our entrees so it was basically a waste of $100
