Our order today on 5/28/23 was for two sandwiches and one order of Loaded tots. Order correct, delivery was prompt, food was hot and John our driver was on time and very nice.
The new manager went out of her way to help me figure out how many to order for a party and was so helpful and the food was amazing much better experience than months ago. Will definitely order again! Great customer service!!

Thank you for cooking my dinner and bringing it to me! It was delicious! I had the pasta primavera (yummy), the chicken parmigiana sandwich and delicious cinnamon twists for desert! It really was fantastic! Thank you, Mike and team! 🥰
I felt like my phone convo was a little rude, but didn't say anything. After the pizza was delivered I got text messages promising to do better and offering free pizza deals. Again, I said nothing! Dominos is still great. I'd reincarnate for their crust.
The new manager Abagail is really turning this place around. Local residents were un-pleased (myself included) however; this general manager went above and beyond personally calling me after I left my thoughts on my last order and offering her apologizes as well as to make the situation right. It was nice to know that instead of dismissing my criticisms, she embraced them. Please know that whoever orders from this Dominos if there is a mistake, they will make it right. I will be back, and encourage others to try them as well (they even deliver to Mohave County). Needles News Network Mark

Clean location, nice staff. Food is, of course, similar to every Domino’s location. They did a great job, within corporate bounds! Exceptionally convenient for a truck driver to grab a decent pizza without needing delivery! There’s parking within 150 yards! Recommended 🙂👍🏽
Good pizza, nice people. The order came out right. Not the best dominos I've ever had. Hard to see but it's in the corner of the shopping center. They should put some advertising on the windows or an open closed sign so you can tell it's open. The business looks closed from the outside.

Sure happy they were open at 800 on a Sunday night here in Needles, CA,.. but it also would have been easier to find if the lights were on... .. It was Really a Great Pizza, hot and tasty made fresh on the spot THANKS for being open when I was craving pizza!

They miss treat their delivery drivers unprofessional. We ordered dipping sauce and they handed the receipt to the driver not informing them of the sauce's and had the diver make two trips because of the error. If there is dipping sauce in the order then they need to deliver the pizza with sauce.

Always hot... only comment, is greet the customer coming in, ask your name, and see if order is ready. Don’t let someone just stand there! Keep the visitors/clients to one per family, Had been inside 3 minutes, when a family of 5 walked In, not one person was wearing PPE.... Happy to see employees, writing masks and gloves, Keep up the good work, stay safe. Wash your hands. Buy more pizza, and sandwich’s!
Just went in to get a medium 2 topping pizza..... $10! So I asked for a smaller size and that would have costed more?? Does this make any sense to anybody? So I asked what do I gotta do to get a $5 pizza? He says "order two". So I'm still paying $10 either way. Sure it's the better bargain for a large group or something but single?? Your better off with Little Ceasars... Man! $10 for one medium pizza.. Smh that sucked...
Everytime I order from here my order is messed up. Last night I had 2 orders and when I got there they had not even made my orders so I waited in my truck for 30 mins for it to be done and it was wrong. They made the same pizza twice and hadn't even made my 2nd order and said they couldn't find another order. Finally they found it but I had to wait another 20 mins for them to make it and they put garlic butter on my pan crust chesses pizzas again. It doesn't even come on that pizza. The only reason they get 2 stars is the employees are always polite and apologize for the mistakes even when they are busy.
They always take over an hour to deliver my food. Customer service is not great. Takes forever to get through on the phone. Don’t recommend. Spend the extra money and get River City Pizza.
The pizza was really good but my wing did not have enough sauce. I am used to the wings cooked then tossed in the sauce. It showed in the picture sauce on top only because as I turn the wings over no sauce I wish they would make them as if it was for themselves!

Service was great, but when we got the pizza it was very dry. Hardly any sauce. Very disappointed. Pizza tasted like dry bread with cheese.
This location needs to be closed down, unprofessional, disrespectful, unsanitary environment to make food. 0 stars If you want GOOD pizza go to Retro/Route 66 I think it’s called. Pricey but worth it!
They suck...customer service is horrible..was put on hold 3 times for 15 minutes never got thru had to order online which took another 30 min...got 80 bucks worth of food and they wouldn't let me pay with a 100 bill..had to leave fo get change....it was a joke.they also don't deliver to may apartments because someone threw a soda at them 2 years ago or something like that....but those people moved ..however the rite aide next door has a very nice manager who broke my 100 for me...
Waiting over 1hr30mins. Rang multiple times only to be put on hold immediately and wait over 5 mins. Finally told them to not put me on hold and then the girl was rude to me once. She also lied to me and told me that the delivery was leaving now. Still 20 mins later the delivery is still not on the way. My food has been sitting at quality check for 40 mins, probably cold already.
Kiss another long time customer goodbye. Placed a future delivery order, when it didn`t arrive I called. Was told "we don`t deliver to that address anymore". No explanation, no courtesy call, just cancelled and left high and dry. Come to find out ONE person at my apartment complex caused an issue, and the manager has decided EVERYONE who lives there is no good. I told them where they could go, and you should too!
I don't know how they get away with it. But a decent bit of times I try to order before closing which is 12, at least that's what Google says. But this place decides when and what time they take orders. I hope this gets looked into cause it's getting annoyingly routine that this is the standard for a corporation pizza place in a small town.
Don't eat here they will serve you rotten sauce then when you take it back to them they refuse to make a new one for you. We are very poor this medium pizza was all we had to eat whent hungry and they still took our money. This place should be closed down thieves not fair not right we had to go hungry for there mistake. This is the absolute worst Dominos I have ever dealt with… took an hour and a half to receive my food and when I called and asked if I needed to pick it up myself if I wanted warm food and was told “it’s fine it’s under a heat lamp” the worst part is that it was still cold when I got it and it was only 8 minutes down the road.
I just bought wings and got a free pizza with my points. This was on Monday I ate 2 wings and couldn't eat them they were horrible my pizza was very dry. Later on that night I got really sick and I was throwing I'm still not fully over getting sick. Don't order from this place the health department has been notified.
Rudest man I've ever encountered and he says he's been there years clearly we have a shortage of decent human beings. Not to mention closing hours before stated times. When asked they get extremely rude and say call and make A complaint. Wish we had more options out here.
I'm a local and this place has been terrible for a while. I thought new management might change things. But, the staff is just as rude on the phone and it is still 2+ hours to get a single pizza out the door. Terrible customer service over and over again. I'll never go to any Domino's locations again because this one is so consistently inept. If I could rate it lower, I would.

I get delivery alot. I use the pizza points and get a $10 pizza, have for about 2-3 years. They called and told me they can't do deliveries under $20. I've never experienced this before and saw nothing about it when I looked it up. This is just lazy and rude.
Ordered the pizza. 30 minutes later delivery guy shows up. I told him to hang on a second while I got my wallet with my cash. I go back to the door and he took off. He told his manager I couldn't pay for it when in fact had he waited I would of gladly tipped with my order. I called the store and they put me on hold. The manager picked up and hung up. I called back and he gives me a weak excuse. HE SENDS MY ORDER TO ME ALMOST AN HOUR LATER AND ITS NOT EVEN HOT OR FRESH ANYMORE. THIS WAS THE LAST DRAW FOR ME. NEVER AGAIN. IVE BEEN A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER AND THIS WAS RIDICULOUS.

Well not very good service i ordered for my husband daughter did call to tell them we are covid positive so they can leave on the chair. They have no connection with there drivers she calls hours later saying we put her driver in danger said no deliveries for 3 weeks. Well they have no communication what if there driver was in trouble and they could not reach them. The pizza wasnt all that very sloppy, salad all old and calling was hours later is not acceptable. Ordered pizza with bacon one piece had little bacon on it I wanted bacon on it even tapped the more button on the order and got whoever made it doesn't know how to read. I should have checked it but if I order again I'll check it right there in the domino's. I was pretty pissed but was already home

Ordered Large, hand tosses, ham, sausage, pepperoni with green peppers, onions and olives. What we got was a burnt thin crust with burnt curled up pepperoni and sausage. Ham, well we found 4 little pieces. Maybe 5 pieces of onion, no peppers and maybe a dozen olives. Called the store and someone claiming to be than manager said "Sorry mam". That's it. Absolutely garbage and that's where it went. Never ordering from them again. If it would have let me, I would have gave no stars.
Stupid how I order cinnamon bites and the frosting didn't come...the guy there said it's been like that for a year and a 1/2, and everything, nothing is free in California.So we don't give out the frosting with the cinnamon bites which is absurd to me.Why do they have it in a picture?And when did that change?I always thought when you pay for it is for extra sauces , dumb and the 599 delivery fee plus a tip bullshit

$24 for one medium, two top pizza? Did they double the price because there is a half off any pizza voupon this week? This location is the absolute worst. Absolutely ridiculous. I literally just watched the guy at the counter pick up the phone and then hang up on the customer. I watched him do this repeatedly. Thats why I came in in the first place, I've been trying to place an order but my call kept getting dropped. At least I thought that that was what was happening until I walked in. Every single person working here knew what he was doing and not one of them said a single word. They just asked if he wanted to go on a break. Which he did.

Order today, online picked up my order. Went home The one pizza was overly burned. I called back I got the GM that would not give me his name. He would not take the pizza back. He would not refund the pizza or remake the pizza. He basically told me tough luck i dont know what you want me to do about it but i am not replacing it and that he wouldn't do anything for me he said so not nice choice words to me and hung up on me. My husband called back and he did the same thing to him. Very rude, nasty would not give us his name. Extremely unprofessional. He would not give his supervisors name or info for us to file a complaint with, and he hang up on us 3 times and then threatened us with the police, so we are taking it to corporate, so if you do not have to go to this location, do not customer service and food Are terrible👎. The location in Fort Mojave up the Road is amazing and they are very helpful, this location is my new pizza place. Needles CA location is a BIG DISAPPOINTMEMT for terrible pizza and rude service that's what you can expect to find their.
We ordered delivery tonight and I waited 30 minutes to see if our order was coming out. I was told it would be at my house in 45 minutes. The lack of communication is unacceptable. Thankfully we have other pizza options that want to fulfill what customers pay for which we will be using from now on since they actually deliver food in a timely manner. 😀 I filed a complaint with corporate. I hope our food is fine and not awful. If it is, i will add that to my review.
.made a $46 dollar order, drove 40 minutes to my closest Dominoes to pickup carryout. Oder. They cancelled it because I started fillimg out the review. I the first question regarded how hard it was to murder on line. I gave a 2 star and isn't complete the it. Came to pick up order to find order was cancelled. Now I will never order from This store again. Stupid ads. Manager!#!!!!#
I placed an order of some pizzas and one of them was wrong, I called and I talked to the manager Logan, extremely rude and hung up. I called back and was put on hold. I called again and he continued being very disrespectful because one of the employees messed up my pizza told me I had to wait an hour and a half to two hours. I went to the store and pretended I was going to order a pizza and was told a 15 minute wait. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. (UPDATE) Corporate had him contact me to apologize, if your manager Logan is doing these types of things, it just leaves you to wonder what else is happening behind closed doors. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!

THAT WAS 9 MONTHS AGO! 12/5/2020 Our pineapple pizzas were made as pepperoni and worker “TRUE” argued that she’d repeated order on the phone. My grandson and I said no Mam, it was pineapples. TRUE was more rude when asked to politely remake the pizzas as pineapple. Then even more rude when I asked her name when picking up the pineapples and so I gave the pizzas back and asked for a refund. TRUE then blasted my 12yr old grandson and threw us out of “her store” when I called her out on her rudeness. I won’t be going back if she’s there PERIOD! I have never been treated this way in over 10 years of dealing with this Dominos location or I don’t think anywhere. Worst experience ever!
