Very delicious! Sometimes they’re late with food but they’re always very kind and do their best. The food is to die for and I’ve been loving the food since they’ve opened!

OMG, Absolutely delicious food! Had an empanada to start, was already looking forward to my next order. The pulled chicken with rice and beans was AMAZING!!! Most definitely making this one of our weekly spots. Not to mention the owners are the sweetest kindness people I've met in quite some time.

The rice, perniel, and other foods were yummy. 😋

Mofongo Restaurant offers a decent dining experience with flavors that hint at their potential to be truly exceptional. The food is satisfying, though some dishes tend to be on the dry side—just a touch more moisture or sauce could elevate the experience and make it truly hit the spot. For a franchise, it’s hard to complain, as the overall quality is solid and consistent. I’d definitely venture back to give it another shot, hoping for that extra spark that could make it shine!

Ordered doordash for the first time and got a pizza empanada. I ordered a beef one. Good job

I am very upset and disappointed. I just received my food and found a piece of hair deep inside the meal. I always order from this restaurant, but this experience was extremely unpleasant. My own hair was tied back, and no one else was around me while I was eating, so I know it did not come from me. This is unacceptable, and I am very disappointed given how much I usually enjoy ordering from here.

First time I ordered, through Uber eats. They forgot my beans, the canoa plantain was hard and uncooked, the yellow rice was so orange with sazon I could not eat it. Their potato bites was definitely a bite like a munchkin. We called to tell them they forgot my beans and they made us call Uber eats to see what they could do, knowing they where the ones that made the mistake. Would not fix it and I believe they did not apologize. No drinks either with the kids meals 😠 kids chicken had onion & peppers that we did not ask for. Very disappointed we ordered chicken empanadas and the inside was raw.

I had a really bad experience. We got the food really late, we got a completely different order, even items not on our list, missing items and a HAIR IN OUR FOOD. I’m very upset with their service, and noooo oneee answers the phone. BOTH NUMBERS, no answer. They answered one time and I kept saying hello, and no one answered, they were having a full conversation with a customer on the phone. If you check my receipt, I ordered 3 pasión fruit juices and I got strawberry juice which tasted like koolaid. In our huge pernil family meal, we ordered white rice, a side of beans, all toppings and pork chop, which we never received. We never got our papa rellena bites nor our Pepsi’s. And as you see the flan, there is a hair IN the flan, not on top, meaning it could not have been us. It was cooked in the flan.

Why would this place be closed before 8pm when is says it closes at 9pm? This is a waste of time for people, if you’re going to be closing that early you might want to change your business hours and save some driving and time to people isn’t? This was going to be my first time coming here and now tbh i don’t even want to go back because im afraid I’ll be closed…

Very rude & terrible customer service. I placed an order on door dash & my order wasn’t as described & I was told that it wasn’t their problem. That my order wasn’t fulfilled as it was supposed to because they were out of stock so I received what I received. Instead of just cancelling my order or offering a substitute, they continued to fulfill the order KNOWING they didn’t have all of the ingredients that were described for that item. On TOP of that, the food i received wasn’t even fresh. Woman on the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Gave me an attitude the entire time & didn’t even offer to compensate for their mistake. I absolutely got my refund from door dash & I’ll never support this business. It truly takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch. Disgusting.

I made an order through Uber Eats and thy messed my order, I missed a lot of my food order and they still charged me for everything. When I called the restaurant they said if I can come over to pick up the rest of food. When I already paid for delivery. It $72 it wasn’t cheap for what I order plus delivery fees. And they couldn’t fix the problem.
