Kids much larger than the posted age and height were running wild in the play area. Going up the slides and running over the Littles. When brought to the attention of the staff, they just said it's complicated. They did nothing to help monitor the play area. My 2 year old was ran over by a much older kid climbing the slide and the but kid never stopped. Very frustrating.

Ive never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A, but the food at this location was not the best. The food was cold and I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip combo and literally got this (see pic). They also got my drink orders wrong.

Love this location but they actually ran out of the breakfast menu. Never been to a fast food that ran out of their main menu items.

bad Service I ordered a perpermint coffee and they gave me a simple coffee that because it takes more than 8 minutes and I told him to wait and they left me outside waiting 20 minutes and I went in to ask them and they gave me an American coffee without sugar and without milk and I asked for the milk and the sugar and they tell me to pass me and I grabbed it is absurd for the simple fact or that I made a line with my car to order

Placed a breakfast order on the app around 10 AM. Arrived at the restaurant about 1025. Line was moving very slowly. Order taker confirmed my order and directed me to the window. When I arrived at the pick up window, they informed me that they were no longer serving breakfast and could not complete my order. Tried to explain that I had placed my order well before the cutoff time and was in line by 1030 but they couldn’t have cared less.

I keep making an attempt to eat at chick fil la. The quality of food is horrible. What makes it bad is this location is the worse. I began getting the grilled chicken and kale salad at other locations and it’s been bearable to eat. For some reason when I visit the one in New Caney - Valley Ranch my chicken is always undercooked and the service is horrible. For the price and my health I will will killings try. It’s unhealthy and horrible to serve undercoooked chicken.

Order a muffin get a biscuit and no care or efforts to fix that I have driven 20 minuties away before noticing the wrong sandwich. Not even willing to call another store to help fix it. I was a 4X or more a week customer. No more.

Just got home with chicken noodle soup and the order clearly says chicken tortillas soup. I decided to call this location which was not busy when I left and got no answer 3xs. Clearly even Chick fil a is starting to reflect the standards of our awesome new president. Let me not mention we spelled the guest name for the person taking the order, and my name is not “Denway” The worst experience ever.If there is another Chick fil a bypass this one they don’t exude the standards I’m accustomed to.

The fries had mold all over them green and white furry mold. Tried calling them and no answer, just a voicemail. They need to make sure they are looking at the food before serving their customers.
