The workers are all nice I have not had a complaint. I would rather come to this Taco Bell then the one in Kingwood. The inside is very clean and the bathrooms are always spot on clean and smells good.
Good food, they get the orders correct first time around. They stay pretty busy but it's worth a little bit of wait to get your order. No worries, it's not a long wait.
Drive-thru is always moving. Good with special orders. Everyone here is consistently wearing their masks and gloves. This Taco Bell is my neighborhood location and they represent.
Honestly, out of all the Taco Bells I have been to. This has to be the best one. Our orders are always correct plus neatly packed and wrapped. People are always really friendly. They never forget to give us taco sauce and service is fast. Thank you!!!
I came here at 1:19 in the morning and wade answered, he yodeled her but I was very pleased. He was very nice and unlike other fast food restaurants was very very patient in me deciding and even pointed me towards a couple options. Best experience in a long time.
For fast food, Taco Bell is still a constant. It is still affordable too and they work to expand or change up their menu slightly and occasionally. Always a good standby stop!
First time stopping at this location, I used the mobile app to order. When I picked up my food, it was piping hot and fresh! The service was fast and the cashier was friendly.

Came back home from a long drive across Texas and cashier and Tyler were so patient with my husband and I as we ordered for our family. Food was fresh, and the service was fantastic!
Alan and Jocelyn had great customer service and very generous. Everyone had a mask on as well! At first I didn’t know what I wanted to order, then Alan offered his opinion on the new chicken sandwich taco. I had a few questions about the taco and Alan helpfully answered before adding it to my order. The line went by fast and in less than a minute I was already at the window. Jocelyn took my payment and was very sweet. I left satisfied with their service! When I got home, I ate the new chicken sandwich taco that Alan offered and it was just as he explained it to be, but better! It was so good that I wish I ordered two. I love this location.
Best Taco Bell I've been to. Professional & friendly employees. Very clean and well kept. Fast service. Makes for a great dine-in experience at a fast food place. You can tell the front dine-in staff take great care of keeping things maintained. Every detail counts. From the organization of the self serve condiment area to the cleanliness of the drink machine. Which is often a neglected area at many FF places, but not here. They go above and beyond at this location. Even checking with customers if the AC temp is comfortable. How nice! Way to go New Caney Taco Bell team!
Don't let the long line discourage you. They do a great job of getting everyone through promptly while keeping a cheerful and professional attitude. Great store. Shout out to Sara W for the cheerful attitude during a busy dinner rush!
Of course it always depends who's on shift, but the Sunday crew yesterday was on point! Our food was made exactly how we ordered; fat and fresh! No skimping on ingredients. I had no complaints and I'm so picky. :)
Food was actually made correctly which was very exciting as normally saying no lettuce no tomato is very confusing for some fast food chains. Everything was going great until, gross gross, a hair was found in the hard taco. If not for that it would have been great!!
Always good deals and such great service! Great service makes all the difference in the world and for sure, makes dining with the family more pleasurable. Kudos to this location for having such a great staff and especially for their professionalism and for showing such courtesy to the customers. And this location is always clean. Well worth the trip and we will definitely make this location our number one choice. Overall, 10 out of 10....for sure!! :)
The Taco Bell in New Caney made our food fresh and they are an exceptional crew, the store was clean and as soon as one patron was leaving, a crew member was right there to make sure area was clean and ready for the next guest.
It was a good meal. The tacos were full. A lot of times I have eaten at Taco Bell it seems like the shell is only half full. Today the tacos was actually filled. They were fresh and delicious.

This is the best tacobell location I have ever been to. I think a lot of people get the other location on new caney confused with this one. The one on 59 is the best.

Generally pretty fast drive thru and orders come out correctly. Can't say much other than it's your typical Taco Bell. The parking lot around it is pretty torn up though so be careful.
My food was great but my friend asked for beans/chz, and rice...2 sides. But she was given a bcr burrito. I was to have a grilled burrito supreme? And got a reg burrito beef/chz/sour cream ..but it was good. Just not big enough..haha. Used my birthday, 64yrs, gift card. Ty
I loved the food, and the service was amazing especially the front counter. However, I did dine in next to the window and the booths there are right next to the window for the drive through lane, so sometimes you get old white women staring at you weird while you eat.
Food was hot! We dined in just to take a break from driving. The service was great! Only giving it 4 stars because I ordered a rice and bean burrito and some pieces of rice were hard. But other than that all my other food was goood.
More than once, I've been charged more for combos and individual items than the price listed on the drive-thru menu. Be mindful of that. Drive-thru can also get fairly backed up during the lunch rush. Other than that, it's a good place. The day manager at this location is really nice.
Better than the one in Charleston, South Carolina! They're always out of something though. This time it was sweet tea. And they forgot my husband's chicken chalupa so we had to go back.
The wait was a little long, but it was Sunday afternoon, so that's to be expected. I used the mobile app, but accidentally put it in to be picked up inside. They quickly changed it and had it almost completely ready but the time we got to the window. I went to another TB and the manager came to the window to tell me I did it wrong. 🤔 I was VERY impressed by the service, especially when I asked for A LOT of Fire Sauce. He basically filled the whole top of the bag with it and then said "here is your fire sauce with some food on the side". Made me laugh, but more importantly, made me super happy to have that many packets. Thank you for being one of the only TBs around that isn't super stingy with the sauces.
My kids eat here all the time. Very fast service most days. They normally order in the app and pick up in the lobby. Using the app they always have free items or deals that are app exclusive.
Always quick with the orders. Employees always seem very upbeat and friendly. Not a 5 star because night time shift could be better at making sure all the items are at appropriate temperature. Received a burrito that was cold in the middle. Other than that food is always hot.
This place... Man I'll tell you, this place is pretty awesome. They are always courteous to me when I visit and I have never had any issues with incorrect orders or the like. The employees at this Taco Bell are extremely professional and eager to help the customers. They absolutely go above and beyond here and I'm glad it's so close. If I could change one thing about it, I would have them move just a little bit faster. The line in the drive thru is always really long and slow moving.

Normally I have a good experience here, but tonight, Chalupas were like bricks! Way over done! Nasty! Long lines and long wait for this slow food establishment. Luckily, there are other taco choices nearby. Food tasted 3 days old. Taco so old it was stuck to the paper!

As always, Taco Bell, I don't know why, is one of my favorite places to eat. One MAJOR complaint though.... I WANT MY MEXICAN PIZZA BACK!!!!!! There was no reason to take away the Mexican Pizza. NO reason!!!! So, until it is brought back, any and all ratings I do will result in a 3- star rating. BRING BACK THE MEXICAN PIZZA PLEASE!!!
It's ok for fast food but I love mexican food and there ARE better places out there. I find a lot of times they will get something wrong, like this last time I went they asked me if I wanted chicken or beef and I said chicken (I always prefer chicken over beef) and they gave me beef. My sister was even on the phone with me when I went and I asked her if she heard me when I ordered and did I tell them chicken or beef. She said I told them chicken.
So they put our napkins and straw in the bottom of the box. They didn't tell us that. The 1st things you need to use is a straw and I certainly need my napkin before I'm done eating. And I didn't get a receipt, so posting my complaint. The food was good though.
5 o'clock on Wednesday may 4th.two of us in drive through, it took three times to get my order. I was charged for the second order but did not receive it or the drink. This Hispanic woman is worthless and completely incompetent. The food was good but the experience was bad and if I had not gone behind her at the window I would have really been screwed around by her when I got home.
The food is good, I liked the chalupas. For what you pay, it's not bad. Service was terrible, the food took 30 minutes. They only started working on it when we went up there and asked. The atmosphere was average for a fast food place.
Drive thru is automated and done electronically, no humans. I went at approximately 2pm on a Saturday, and they were very busy. 5 cars in front of me and the line was moving very slowly. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, chicken cantina bowl, and dorito's tacos and the food was cold. Service was ok, I don't need a full conversation but I do want warm food.

Stopped by the Taco Bell on 59 in New Caney for a quick, cheap bite. The food was as expected, but I couldn’t help feeling frustrated watching one of the employees hanging out with friends and casually handing out free food. It was unprofessional and unfair—especially as I sat there paying full price. I mean, I would’ve loved a free 6-pack of tacos too! Management should really tighten up on accountability and fairness behind the counter.
Long line outside. Joyless plastic interior. I don’t think anyone smiled the whole time I was there. The kiosk works great yet it will not print a receipt for you. The drink station was more of a mess than this overworked staff could do anything about. My order came out correct and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
After my visit there tonight, and ordering a large order through the drive through, I was very aggravated. My son was trying to order but told the guy to wait a minute. The drive through guy was constantly asking him are you ready. Then when we finally were ready to start ordering, the guy was constantly saying is that all after every little thing. I dont know why he was in such a hurry but it was very rude and pushy.
Update: This location randomly closes early. Seen it twice now. Very inconvenient to have such unpredictable hours. And they'll let a line of cars sit in the drive-through all night if the lead car trying to order can't see the little piece of paper folded over in the wind with the announcement. At least have the courtesy to block the lane with a cone if you're going to shut down at odd times. Not a fan of the new sealed stickers. All they do is keep people from checking their orders. I asked for a lot of fire sauce last night. I received none. I specifically asked the guy is the sauce in the bag when he handed it to me. He said yes. Had it not been "sealed" I would have checked and saved myself a lot of hassle. Instead I didn't find out until I got home. Then I had to go all the way back. The stickers are stupid.
Apparently Taco Bell is not fast food. Ordered on their app, checked in with the cashier, and still took 20 minutes wait to get my food. Some of their fountain drinks were out or watered down on my visit. They seem to focus on making the drive thru orders first. Not sure if they were short on staff or not on my visit but visit service was slow for everybody. Other than the super slow service the food is actually better than the other nearby taco bell location.
This visit was a couple of months ago. I went inside because I couldn't find a particular it on the mobile app that I wanted to order. Just so happens that the item I wanted was a special that the no longer had. But it took a little while for someone to actually acknowledge that I was there for me to ask. They did not do counter service and I had to order at the kiosk. Also, the dining area was dirty.; Trash on the floor, dirty tables, etc.
The employees looked at me like I had 3 eyes when I walked up to the counter. They said "there is a kiosk for me to place my order. I responded with "no, I don't work here". After that their attitude was somewhere between wanting me to leave and wanting to hit me for not doing their jobs. They finally had a young girl take my order. It took them ten minutes to make two soft tacos with chicken and cheese only and two strawberry freezes....

Food was good, service was slow. Only one other person was eating inside the taco bell. Was very, very upset when a man approached me asking if I would like to buy makeup from him, I said no I'm not interested in buying makeup from him and I came into taco bell to eat and I don't want to be solicited by anyone. I got up and told the cashier about it and she said that the manager already knows about this man selling makeup, then that man said to me that he already talked to the manager about him coming in there and that the manager told him it was ok. I tried to put an order thru the drive thru. After telling a woman my order several times she complained she couldn’t hear me and to check my order on the screen which was wrong. Long story short i pulled up to the window to speak to her directly which she decided to argue with me about checking if my order is correct on the screen. I tried explaining to her that i said my order 2-3 times and if she couldn’t hear the screen wasn’t going to help get it right. Taco Bell missed out on about $15 and i will never eat there again. I barely go now and everyone i spoke to kept saying the same thing why eat at that nasty place.
Order thru the app or go somewhere else. According to cashier, you can't customize anything while ordering at the till. While obviously false, I wasn't the one picking up and friend didn't want to argue. I've ended up with food I can't eat yet again from this specific location because they can't do their job.

If I could give no stars I would because this place can not get a order correct for the life of them. Then when you take the order back the Manger wants to be rude and chunk the order in the trash with a attitude with the employees in the back laughing about the situation. This place will have you talking to 3 or 4 different people at the same time. Not sure what kinda system they have going on but my experience coming here wasn't the best. I was so frustrated by the time I got to the window I had a very large order and when I got home I realized I was missing some items that I got charged for but didn't receive. I was already home and didn't even bother calling. If you plan to visit this restaurant please come inside and double check your order.
The service was horrible, they got my order wrong, and I asked if they could fix my order at the window, the manager has a very rude attitude saying that it was my mistake for not checking the screen, the screen only shows it for a few seconds, it doesn't give you enough time to check and of course with a very long line of cars waiting their turn, I will never go there again. This place needs to change their management, it needs personnel with good people skills.

Can I give 0 stars? Maybe negative stars? I pull up at 3pm on a Sunday. 3 cars in the drive thru, 1 family dining in. No line. I walk in to order take out. Under $10 worth. I order. Soon after a lady walks in and orders after me. 15 min later all 3 cars are served. 3 other cars pull up and are served. THE LADY BEHIND ME GETS HER FOOD!!! The New Caney Taco Bell always has a longer than average wait time. I got trapped in the drive thru for over 30,THIRTY, MINUTES! I was then told the fryer was down but they could grill my chalupa. Finally got my food and the guy said he put. Some coupons in my bag. Five minutes later, I'm at my house. The coupons are only two, one free taco. And my chalupa was stone cold. They didn't even fry it. I will avoid this store like the plague!

The entire staff working on November 24 in between 1:45 - 2:15pm need some training on customer service. Yulicsac and the manager need to get fired because they make the new Caney location look terrible.
Food is good but they unfortunately changed how you order your food. They have a "self checkout" system that is difficult to use and no longer take orders for you nor show their menu on the back screen. It was so inconvenient, one of the working women had to go to the self-checkout kiosk and do it for them which is redundant when you see it with your own eyes. There was no line but instead a cluster of people trying to order while workers stayed behind the counter and tried to explain how and why lol. It was pretty silly. It looks unfortunate and inconvenient for both workers and consumers alike. 1*
12 70+ year olds in like for the kiosk when I walked through the door. 5 minutes later a staff member finally started talking orders the traditional way. 5 minutes later it was my turn to order. Food took almost 15 minutes. 2 of the tacos was wrong. The dragon icy was melted by the time I got back to the truck with our food. But my kids didn't really care so I guess I shouldn't either?
Wow the quality of food at Taco Bell has gone down. Bland, tasteless, and overpriced. The hot sauce taste like flavored water now. Staff was polite. Establishment clean. No need to reign on them for corporate's mishap.
Went into drive thru today, they forgot my dessert had to go inside for them. Got home and seen that I didn’t have no sauce which I asked for. I also had to repeat my self more than twice at the speaker.
Absolute worst location. Ordered online in their precious app. Arrived 30 mins after placing the order just to have to continue to wait another 20 mins for them because they hadn’t even started making the order. While waiting we watched three different customers have to come back to get their order corrected because the workers did it wrong. And when we finally did get our order, literally half the food was COLD.
I had a bad experience replacing 2 tacos I let get cold after I had an accident and had to go to an urgent care clinic. I was back at the Taco Bell within an hour because I had to get my arm wrapped and the Taco Bell was on my way home. I showed the woman at the front desk my arm, and explained what happened. I even showed her the receipt with the tacos still in the bag. I pulled the tacos out of the bag to show them they weren’t eaten. I ONLY WANTED FRESH TACOS! And the woman at the front desk was extremely rude, repeatedly saying it wasn’t her fault when I wasn’t even accusing her. She was wearing no name tag, so I asked her what her name was and she told me her name was Jazmin and then added with a smirk, “ don’t forget about your tacos again!” As she laughed with her coworker on duty. Man, I’m already having a bad day and she wanted to tell me she couldn’t give me a fresh taco!! That’s not cool. I had to convince her to give me the tacos I paid for. She said she would ring me up and I said no. I paid for fresh tacos and that’s what I’m going to get. Took me 10 minutes and she probably spit in em, but I finally got fresh tacos from this store. I do not recommend this place.

It's already bad enough that the front counter is never staffed and I have to order and pay through the kiosk at the New Caney Taco Bell. Drive through has an automated system now, (very annoying). My order is never correct either. Today I thought it would be different because there was a human running drive thru. But my order was wrong again., I ordered no lettuce or tomatoes I opened my taco to eat it and it was covered in brown lettuce which seems to be the normal lettuce for this location. So I proceeded to pick off the lettuce eat my taco and out of the bag sitting on the seat of my car a cockroach climbed out!!! I'm thinking wow seriously? So not only do they get the food wrong, only have an automated system for the interior and moving to an automated system for the drive-thru, now there are roaches coming out of the bag! Telling the staff wouldn't do any good because they're the reason that roaches are in there. I will never eat at this location again and anybody who tells me they're going there will get an earful!!! I was already almost home when I opened the bag and saw that roach and I just threw the food away! And I will never go back to Taco Bell again!
Ordered Baja blast zero sugar and it tasted abnormally sweet and looked darker than usual (and we've been getting this for years) so we tried to confirm with the drive thru worker that it was zero sugar but were treated rudely. My girlfriend has diabetes and it's important to know so her sugar don't spike and has to go to the er. This was definitely not zero sugar. Please do better. We went to Sonic instead and got an actual zero sugar drink and we were treated with respect #LoveSonic
We stopped by, the first Tuesday of this month and they told us that it was going to take 20 mins for our order to be done because they have alot of Door Dash orders....we were the only ones in line to top of that and it was around 8pm at night.
The ground beef here is always cold and dry. They don't care and I won't go back. Taco bell porter gets it right.

Well normally when you go to Taco Bell you know the service may not be great but at least you can count on the food being hot and greasy. Just picked up some tacos and steak fries all ice cold no taste no grease the lettuce looked like shredded cardboard and zero flavor so ok go to cover up hot sauce and the kid didn't put it in the bag ,now let me ask you who could even eat taco bell with out the cover up hot sauce. Any way very sad 😢
Ordered food on the kiosk in the morning time patiently waited started to realize that nobody was processing my order instead making preps on other products it wasn't until they started preparing a drive through order then I asked if they were making my order and then they started to make it
My mom went to go buy food here when she ask for someone that speaks spanish they told her to wait she waited 30 MINUTES! (Keep in mind my mom said they were not busy inside) And still nothing so she decided to go through the drive through after being behind 3 cars she drove pass the speaker to see if maybe at the window someone could help her but instead RUDE female employee told her she needed to go around and order through the speaker!!! Finally a male SPANISH SPEAKING employee comes to the window telling her the same thing that she needed to go and make line AGAIN! After knowing she had been waiting 30 minutes inside! Management needs to check cameras and see how their employees treat their customers. Horrible experience and discrimination. Employees are there to help and be friendly not rude and ugly to people who cannot speak english
I was picking up uber eats for myself... I went through the drive-through and I let them know which on any other day they would have given me the Uber eats. However, today, whoever the cashier was refused to give me the Uber eats even though I had the code it's not like I could've backed out when I was sandwiched between cars. Anyways, I had to go inside the store. To make it worse, mine was the only online order! It took me took 15 minutes to get to the window
Made order wrong. Ordered soft taco, gave me hard. Ordered two Hard minus cheese add tomatoes. Ordered Nacho Cheese Fries. Left off. Boni Cruz would not fix his mistake. He said we don't take food back, you confirmed it. Which I didn't even hear the confirm part. All I saw was the extra large 19.72. I had to order two more tacos without cheese for my grandson. Lady Manager told me that they are too busy and don't have time. The manager and Cruz were very rude. He told me I didnt order the fries. When I did . He asked reg or large, so my grandson was my witness. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL AGAIN, YOU NEED TO BETTER TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE.
Ordered ahead of time so that I could just pick up my food and not have to wait. Ordered food @ 1:55pm and waited inside for it until 2:25. Still didn't receive my food and was told that I had to wait for the drive thru orders before I could get my food. Well I had to pick up my daughter from school. So I ended up leaving without ever receiving my food. Needless to say, my family won't be returning to this location.
This is probably the worst taco bell I've ever been to, it's in bad need of some proper management, trash was old and rancid smelling like it had been sitting for days without being taken out, the service is always slow, my usual order is about 9 cheesy bean and rice burritos and it's usually a 20+ minute wait, there is no customer service anymore with having to order through a tablet screen in the lobby, they removed condiments, napkins etc. I hope they can improve, this place used to be better.
