This is arguably the best fried chicken spot in NYC. We ordered the half chicken with soy garlic sauce, and it was absolutely worth it given the generous portion. The chicken was incredibly crunchy and crispy. I loved it. We also tried the dirty truffle rice, which was delicious. The truffle flavor was mild, but the rice was well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. UPDATE: Ate here for the second time. And it still is very delicious. We tried the sweet gochujang flavor and it was good!. But I still prefer soy garlic. Prices here are great! Value for your money 👌🏻

If you are a chicken lover or looking for a chicken experience, this is the place for you. We tried a couple of the signature dishes such as wings, the original waffle sandwich, the fried rice, and the salad with tenders, and everything was super tasty. The chicken was crispy and juicy, the salad was super fresh (a great option for vegetarians), and the fried rice was filed with flavour Korean style.

THE BEST and TRUE Korean style chicken and chicken sandwich ever! The moisture and the batter is just right to call it as Korean chicken wings and drumsticks!! I was very surprised to experience Korea here. Definitely going to try everything else. Fun note, the owner has first store which is ramen place in UES. So I guess their ramen is good? They have it here l, included in the menu. Please try!!

A+ ok hear me out, perfect spot after Central Park. Make reservations or do the food delivery/to go. We dined in and what an experience. Upper west side Manhattan dining experience for great price. We had too much food so had some to go and had a late night snack! Chicken wings weren't soggy, Mac and cheese were great! I'd say the chicken strip, chicken wings, and Kim chee fried rice were a good choice. Kids (4,7,9) loved the wings and Mac&cheese. Once we got back to our hotel(NJ), the wings were still good !!! BTW the wings aren't small , great size!! So that's why I say if you show up and it's full, take it home! Servers were great and cooks were great. Bussers worked their buttons off!!! I'd sat 5 star dine in or to go!

As I was heading home my eye caught this cute place around the corners of Amsterdam Ave. After checking the menu I decided to go in and have dinner. The staff was warm and welcoming. They sat me down, offered me water and handed over the menu. I knew what I wanted. The KSG chicken sandwich and the chick chick fried rice. The chicken tasted clean, crispy and flavorful. The fried rice was good although I found the pieces of sausage in it a bit heavy. Overall a good experience to take a friend and have a casual and quick dinner.

Really liked this place! I had the sweet and spicy waffle sandwich and a side of truffle parmesan fries. The chicken was tender, juicy, and delicious. The other toppings and the fries were also excellent. The sandwich is absolutely massive - I had to eat it with a fork and knife and could barely finish. Could easily feed 2 people. Planning to go back and try the wings sometime.

The chicken was huge, juicy and flavorful. Service was super fast, takeout until closing. I got the Nashville and Korean BBQ. The sauces were not huge flavor, was hoping for more of a punch with the big piece of chicken.

My visit to Chick Chick was a solid 4-star experience overall. The atmosphere was a perfect 5 stars, creating a fantastic vibe for the meal. Both the food and service were consistent and met expectations with a 3-star rating.

Crispy saucy delicious chicken and sides. Stopped in randomly and got myself a half chicken with gochujang sauce paired with a crunchy pickle. The sauce and crunchy breading on the chicken was delicious and the chicken was flavorful. Wasn’t thee most tender chicken but it was still great. The street corn was pretty good and easy to eat. The kimchi slaw was really incredible especially pairing a bite with the chicken. Sooo good.

Absolutely delicious! Reach in flavors. Great mix of spices. Def 1 of my fav fried chik places I've been to. The only thing is that it is smelly & very uncomfortable sitting. Other than that, I highly recommend it. Staff was friendly. Quiet tho. Overall ok service.

Now I understand why you lost your Michelin star this year. I cannot believe you served me cold stale fries. And these aren’t I walked home in the winter and my food got cold, they are these fries were made earlier and you thought you’d get away with serving them cold. I eat at Chick Chick at least once a month. I’ve had less than your best before, but when a woman orders fries on a Friday night it’s because she needs them. And these are as disappointing as a Bridgette Jones sequel. Please do better next time.

I should’ve figured that because it’s Michelin starred It would be fatty like a proper chicken thigh. That would be fine if it wasn’t covered in mayonnaise sauce and cheddar cheese and glistening out of the fryer still greasy.. the jalapeño slaw disappeared quickly and didn’t make it through my last bite although I did take the bun off. My server kept referring to me as Love or honey or babe. That just comes off as completely unprofessional. I’m not your love. I’m not your honey and I’m not your babe. If I were in the south it would be a different story and that would be common.

Good service and good food. Price is absolutely outrageous. $17 for a tiny chicken sandwich, and $11 for a handful of fries. Spending $30 is laughable for the tiny amount of food you get. Want some sauce on the side for dipping? No worries, $1.50 for a tiny scoop of ranch. LOL. Wanted to like this place and honestly the food was pretty good, but paying $30 for a sandwich and fries at a takeout spot is wild haha

$11 for maybe 20 fries? That were soggy? I also found the gochujag sandwich to be overly sweet, overwhelming the whole $17 sandwich. In whole just way overpriced for mediocre food. Poor experience was exasperated by rude service.
