Opiniones de MUD New York
Came here on a Monday around 11:30 for MLK Day and there was a short wait for a table of two, which honestly felt like a good sign. Once inside, the space really opens up toward the back with more seating, and the big windows back there make the lighting super vibey and cozy ✨ They offer a prix fixe menu, which felt like a great deal. I got drip coffee, fresh orange juice, and the French breakfast plate with potatoes, a croissant, eggs, and sausage 🥐🍳 The potatoes were solid and the croissant was flaky and buttery. The sausage did throw me off a little since it came as small cut up pieces instead of a patty, but overall everything still tasted good. Cute atmosphere, good value, and a nice spot for a chill brunch or coffee date. I’d definitely come back ☕️💛
As a first-time customer I misunderstood MUD’s happy-hour drink selection. After receiving my bill — instead of charging me full-price; the bartender honored my happy-hour wine order. Misunderstandings do happen and in lieu of their honesty I will be coming back to try their coffees
Ok. This was an amazing experience. We loved eating here. The vibe is perfect, cozy Sunday morning, great music.. our food was delicious and our server, kind and respectful. Highly recommend! Will be back. For sure.
Great friendly staff with a delicious menu offering tasty breakfast and lunch items for all tastes. I had the MUD drip coffee with avocado on toast with a side of reach fruit and it was delish. My friend had the burrito and loved it. Plenty of indoor and some outdoor seats. Just walk through the busy front part where people line up for coffee orders and grab a table.
exceptionally friendly staff, tasty brekkie options that are sizable, yummy and don’t break the bank. americano was damn good. egg tacos — 2 corn tortillas, salsa verde, thick bacon, hash browns and purple slaw .. so delish .. and a lot of food! add the pickled jalapeños — it’s worth it. interior was a little dark for 9am but with a pretty spring morning and outdoor seating — it was a win. first time there, and will def will be back!
This is a great place to have breakfast or brunch. The coffee is delicious, not as tasty as the Ecuadorian coffee, but it is perfect. We got some eggs, salad, multigrain bread, french toast, and an avocado sandwich. The only thing is that we came on Sunday, and the place was very crowded, so the service was slow, but I undestand it was because it was busy.
I stopped by MUD SPOT this morning and was blown away by the quality of the food and drinks. The burrito was amazing - easily one of the best I've had - and I highly recommend giving it a try. The cappuccino was also really good and definitely hit the spot. What really impressed me was the reasonable pricing. I wasn't expecting such great food and drinks at such affordable prices. The atmosphere was also really nice, and it was a great spot to hang out with family and friends. Overall, I highly recommend MUD SPOT to anyone looking for a tasty and affordable meal. I'll definitely be coming back here soon!
Great coffee. Stopped here because I heard that it was one of the best spots. True to what I heard. I had a cappuccino. It was really good. The. I realized how big this place was and that they serve food! Need to come back. Space - it’s a small place but does have more space than it seems. Staff - friendly Prices - fair Outdoor space - yes
No avocado toast, so I got the closest thing which was the love salad. it was borderline 4 ⭐. The chai latte was nice though -- not too sweet. Clear 4 ⭐. I interacted with 3 or 4 different staff. One server, a young woman probably in early or mid twenties, was friendly. The rest looked to me like high school age boys and girls and seemed like they wanted the hell of there -- understandable given it was a summer weekend morning when they probably had a million better places to be 😄
There's more style in these parts than in most countries, and this place personifies it. Cool name, great fit out...even the mugs are more noteworthy than a rabbi in a mosque. The food isn't going to take you to the same place. No complaints, but you won't be stopping to marvel at the flavours. Similarly, the service gets the job done. All in all, it's a hot spot for a warm experience.
Warm inviting spot in East Village. From the unique door and high front windows, the hostess leads past the narrow bar walkway through a one cozy dim lit seating area through opening to a back covered patio. Seating is a bit snug but worth the maple coffee. Definitely a better brew then norms. I had the banana buttermilk pancakes on fixed brunch menu with Mimosa. The cakes had a Dutch Baby look and fits to plate garnished with mixed berries. My friend had the eggs something...we were starving. Wait time was minimal. Only minus here was the Brunch only menu on weekends with fixed price of $21. What if i wanted just the oatmeal and side of eggs? Great tasting food. Will come back :)
Party of 6 (with an additional couple of orders to go) that had a late lunch at MUD. While we enjoyed the atmosphere and the server/service, the food was mediocre at best. To encapsulate the food experience: bland. This was a one and done as far as the food, but the drink experience and overall vibe was better.
Waiter looks like homeless. Food was ok, specially sandwich. Nachos were so so, not warmed. The whole atmosphere when you stepped in looks interesting, but when you going further it’s like basement. I was open toes and I been scared that rat would bite me. I did not see any, just that feeling. Also when we stepped in it smells like they have a cat there and cat pee there. One of the vase was broken. Also I forgot to mention that there was no ac but they have that fan, but they loudly and did not give any results. While we were there rain started and because of the material of roof we couldn’t hear each other
