I love the store’s layout, both inside and out, it really draws you in, and the cozy atmosphere makes you want to stay longer. The coffee is fair for the given price. Service is good, but expect a long line during busy hours, so come early, especially if you want to dine in. The merchandise is super cute. Overall, it’s fun to visit, especially for a tourist.

What a fun team serving up some delicious coffees & pastries at this location. Although their was a line forming from the entrance, a wonderful young man came out to check on those wanting a table...THAT WAS US! So we went right in a sat down. Service was quick & friendly. My specialty latte was creamy & full of flavor. The Lemon Cake was moist & my Chocolate Croissant was flakey & rich! Great place to sit, sip & people watch! 😎

Overall a good experience. The staff is welcoming and cheerful. They're helpful too. We wanted to sit inside but weren't sure about the line, and they asked if we wanted to sit and helped us find a table quickly. The coffee is okay. Not to my flavor, but I enjoyed it nevertheless. The staff on the shopping side is also welcoming. Overall the theme of the store is nice too. Idk if I'd repeat it, but it's an enjoyable experience to try.

Such a cute little spot with really pretty vibes! We had to wait in line for about 10 minutes, but the staff were super polite and kind. We showed up with a group of seven (yep, no reservation 😅), and they still managed to find us a table without any attitude—major points for that! It was really busy though—lots of noise and chatting, so not exactly a chill or quiet place if that’s what you’re after. One of our coffees was forgotten, and we had to remind them a few times. It finally arrived when the rest of us had already finished our drinks… but at least they didn’t charge us for it. The good news? No one rushed us out, and we could sit and hang out as long as we wanted. Loved that. The coffee and croissants were tasty, and the iced matcha lemonade was surprisingly good! Refreshing and just the right amount of tangy.

Ralph Lauren's coffee shop is undeniably a stunning space, beautifully designed and embodying the elegance of the brand. The atmosphere contributes to a lovely experience. However, after ordering a cappuccino and a flat white on two occasions, I can't extend the same praise to their coffee drinks. It's clear that this place primarily serves as a Ralph Lauren store, with a coffee shop that complements the retail experience. The coffee is actually quite good; however, the exquisite design and prestige of the brand set high expectations. While I'm sure they use high-quality coffee beans, the cappuccino and similar drinks fall short of the standards one would expect from such a chic and stylish venue.

We went to have breakfast at Ralph’s Coffee at my girlfriend’s request. We are both big fans of the Ralph Lauren brand and really identify with its style, so visiting this café, which we had seen many times on social media, was something we were genuinely excited about. We arrived quite early, knowing that if you go later you usually have to queue to get in. Luckily, we were seated straight away. The staff was very polite, friendly, and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was exactly what you would expect from Ralph Lauren: elegant, classic, and very well curated. We ordered a coffee, an orange juice, and for food a croissant, a wrap, and a sandwich. The coffee was good, not the best I’ve ever had, but definitely more than acceptable. It’s served in a beautiful branded cup that perfectly matches the company’s iconic colors, white and bottle green, which adds a lot to the experience. However, the food was a big disappointment. Both the wraps and the sandwiches were served cold and felt like pre-packaged, vending-machine-style food. They don’t even heat them up, and the quality compared to the price is completely disproportionate. We understand that you are paying for the location, the ambiance, and the brand, but the food offering should be much better and more carefully curated. Inside the café there is also a shop where you can buy mugs, coffee, teas, hoodies, textiles, tableware, and many other products, all following the same green-and-white aesthetic with the iconic teddy bear logo. This part is very well done and definitely worth it if you want to take home a souvenir from such an iconic place. It’s also worth mentioning that this is the only Ralph’s Coffee where you can actually sit down, located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Other Ralph’s Coffee locations are more like take-away spots or food trucks. Overall, it’s an iconic place with an amazing atmosphere and strong brand identity, but the food offering is something they should seriously reconsider.

We waited about 10–15 minutes to get seated, which was expected since the place is popular. The environment and overall vibe were great and very enjoyable. My only downside was the mugs — they looked old and scratched, which took away a bit from the experience. With newer mugs, it would be even better.

It was an interesting social experiment seeing how some of the staff plainly refused to acknowledge you after you were seated. (If you’ve been there, you’d know how big the space is.) And take a look at my lemon almond cake, served to be eaten with bare hands.

Cafe drinks and cakes here are overpriced. The only reason for the 2 stars is that the pricing is ridiculous. The coffee was good, but it's not worth more than $6. The cake with icing was ok...but the price is double that of other places. Objectively, there are so many cafes in the area with coffee and cakes that are just as good but 20-30% less expensive. Totally overrated but my tourist friends from Singapore love it because one of them is a Swiftie and she was there just becauseTaylor Swift bought a dress from Ralph. Had to wait for seats. The cafe smells kind of stuffy on the day that I was there because one of the patrons had really strong & stinky perfume on. I would not have been here if not for friends who were here as tourists. I was able to obtain the items I wanted. They only allow about 4 people inside at a time and if you want to sit at a table ot will be an additional wait of over an hour. The small space was cutely decorated but I feel you should not waste your time as you can order merchandise online. Confusing wait system. Everyone waited in line thinking we were in line for a table, but it turned out to be a confusing setup for takeout, to-go orders, and the entrance. Once you’re “in,” you can order coffee to go and buy some repetitive merch (most of the popular items were already sold out). Then, supposedly, you can go upstairs to wait in another line for a table. Total joke. Everyone was confused, thinking we were already inside to be seated. The employee at the main door was rude. When I asked him about being seating, he just said go inside, no explanation on the table wait system. The employee’s attitude screamed white privileged. The coffee was okay—not outstanding. Solid, but the experience left a sour taste in my mouth. It honestly felt unwelcoming, like they only cater to a certain “taste.”
