Went out with my friends the other night for a fun girls night out, I love STK. They have always been very consistent and the atmosphere is fun with an upbeat vibe great music, excellent cocktails. I had the filet mignon which was cooked to perfection. The shrimp cocktail was amazing and the shrimps were large. I love their bread with the dipping sauce. Our server Christian was amazing. He made sure we got everything we wanted and explained the menu and drinks very thoroughly. I found parking right out front, which was a plus can’t wait to go back. They even have a cool video Photo Booth at the front for your social media, which was awesome ! Oh and the bag of donuts with the dipping sauce or a must for dessert !!!

On November 14, 2025, at approximately 10:30 PM, I visited this location. The food was decent, especially considering the $200 price point. The atmosphere was lovely and cozy. However, the service was lacking. I had to ask multiple times just to receive water. After my meal, I ordered dessert to go and waited over 20 minutes for it. When I notified the assistant manager, he agreed to remove the dessert from my bill—but that never happened. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

Amazing New Year Meal! What a great way to bring in the new year! The food was fab and the atmosphere even better, which is crazy as the food was that good! Absolutely top-tier experience at STK Steakhouse. From the moment we sat down, the service was flawless and the energy was on point. The steak was cooked perfectly—rich, flavorful, and easily one of the best I’ve had. Every bite reminded me why STK sets the standard. Huge shoutout to our waiter Sergey—hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, great recommendations, and genuinely made the night feel special. That level of service takes a great meal and turns it into a memorable experience. If you’re looking for incredible steak, a great vibe, and service that actually cares, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back. 🥩🔥

My boyfriend and I came here last night for a fancy dancy romantic dinner date just shy of Christmas 🎄 I was looking at steakhouses that had very nice reviews and the STK franchise was a fan favorite. The Midtown location was more convenient to commute to and had reservation availability for Monday evening. Upon entering, it was low lit and purple and there were plenty of people seated and a few waiting to be seated. The indoor decorations were holiday themed and pretty and the music playlist was great; I heard a lot of songs I knew and haven't heard in awhile in a nice remix 🎶 The service was splendid, I believe our waitress was named Corin (I hope I spelled that correctly!). She was very knowledgeable of the menu, very attentive and overall pleasant 🤗 We even met one of the general managers, Edwin, whom was very polite and professional too. Now the food! I had the surf n turf with brussel sprouts and my boyfriend had the Australian flat iron wagyu steak with mac and cheese. As for the drink, I had the Dragon cocktail, it was very sweet, right up my alley 🍸 And the appetizers consisted of the lil bite burgers and the wagyu pot stickers. Everything was splendid, from the presentation, to the flavors and the portions. Of course nothing runs cheap here, but there are some nice menus for the holidays and the $69 per person fixed menu. There's also other options like Steak Night and such. I 100% recommend this place; the lobster tail and steak had me in a chokehold...and that lobster butter?? 😋🤤 take me back 🙏🏾 But yes! We look forward to going again in the future! ✨

I’ve been to STK sooo many times for happy hour but last night’s chef tasting table with my girls was honestly my favoriteeee experience so far. My favorite cocktail here is the Unchained Passion I order it every time sooooo strong and good . The chef tasting was amazing each course came out beautifully everything was hot and seasoned perfectly. We had Wagyu Lil’ Brgs, the shrimp cocktail, truffle steaks both NY Strip & Porterhouse, salmon, pasta… and the desserts really took it over the top. This was my first time at this wonderful establishment. Arrived with no reservations on a Friday night with my best friend and we were seated within 5 min in a very quaint area. (NYASIA) was our server and she was extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! Her recommendations were ALL ON POINT!! She checked on us just enough but not overly. The delicious good arrived fast, hot and well seasoned. It was a great experience for me and my bestie said she has never been disappointed with any of her visits there! Visited STK with a friend on my last night in the city. I was pleasantly surprised at the music 🎶 I heard coming out of the restaurant. It was a nice vibe. In the lobby of the restaurant they have a nice lighted signage and a stand that takes your picture. That is so cute to me. The waiter was cool. The vibes and food were great. We went for dinner on a Sunday night. Daria and her partner were great servers; they are knowledgeable of the menu; and was pleasant.. My daughter and I were satisfied with the service. The place is beautiful. We took some awesome pictures. The food was good; not spectacular but comparable to other spots in times Square.

Rahim was our server which made the experience so much better. I asked millions of questions before, he didn’t show a single sign of annoyance. He continually checked on us, and was just a very pleasant server. STK is the place to go when you just want vibes with good food and potentially meet people in the city. I recommend this spot!

Coffee was good, food was just okay. Was glad to see they had a selection of vegan breakfast options, including croissants! The coffee selection was unique, loved to see all the fun names and flavor combinations. Vegan deluxe is a good breakfast option for those on the go

Friendly staff, quick service, spacious place, seating seems available for work, various coffee beans on the shelf for purchase. We got a cappuccino and a latte both with oat milk. They are perfectly made and delicious. Would love to come again trying Love Affair.

We stopped in for happy hour on a Thursday afternoon. I love that happy hour starts at 2:30 and the menu was so plentiful. With the exception of the hostess who was really welcoming, service was a miss. While waiting for the lounge tables to be prepped, we sat at the bar with one other couple. The bartender dropped off a menu but never returned. After waiting 15-20 minutes we decided to move to the lounge area. Although we were the first seated, the two parties who arrived after us were able to place orders and recieve their meals before us. Weird. The atmosphere was comfortable and chic. Our drinks were amazing. Which made the bites even better. In ranking order, we ordered the Corn & Crab fritters, Wagyu Meatballs, Short Rib Quesadilla, STK & fries, Lil' Big & Truffle Fries (slider was over cooked for its size) , and popcorn chicken (the meat was not appealing). I would recommend and return. Hoping to experience better service.

Went here in morning as this cafe is one of tge early openers in manhatten. The coffee was average , however, the crossiants were amazing

I left my bag on one of the chairs and lined up at the counter. The staff was just organizing the pastry deck and did not recognize the customers at all. I waited for a minute and I just went back to my seat. I came back in a hour to order a hot decaf latte, but the staff did not ask for the type of milk and seemed tired of it. It took way longer to get my coffee and soon realized that they made a large size instead of medium. The latte was not too bitter and probably it was the best latter so far in New York. I'm not sure about the staffing, but the tables were not clean and there still were some used cups.

We were there on recent Xmas eve. The dj was blasting the music so loudly that any decent conversations seemed impossible. Although the food was acceptable, the whole atmosphere proved to be too much for us. I’d think that most people expect to have conversations on special occasions and the DJ could have been more choiceful with the volume and song choice.

Definitely NOT worth the hype. Ribeye that was ordered with 16 ounces what was served to us with something more akin to 8 oz. The manager tried to explain to us that it loses fat and water weight while cooking, but I don’t think it loses 8 oz of fat and water weight. I cook ribeyes all the time this was way overpriced for what was served. The Waygu potstickers were reminiscent of Trader Joe potstickers. Mac & cheese was OK. The manager gave us free dessert and the cheesecake tasted like something I get at cheesecake factory. You’ll have better luck at Gallagher’s, Maestros or capital Grille. I’ve had much better meals at these places. And STK is more expensive. Do yourself a favor stay away. It is a very lively atmosphere with the DJ playing. So it could be fun for a group. I like more of a classic New York steakhouse scene. If you want to throw your sweatsuit on and go for the jams, then enjoy it.

We came for happy hour around 3:30PM, the bar area was full. We were offered tables behind the bar area, which were good. However the service was not good at all. There was only one server for about 12 tables or more during busy happy hour. It took forever to get drinks or get the servers attention. Server kept disappearing or attending other tables. We had to ask for napkins and utensils. The happy hour food was very good and tasty. To get a second round of cocktails took extremely long. By the end we just wanted the check, then a mistake was made charging one card twice, instead of splitting it. The restaurant didn’t even bother to call back to apologize for the mistake or clarify the issue after speaking with a manager. Overall service 2/10, cocktails 6/10, food 8/10. Seems overhyped and service is certainly lacking. They also offer shots for 5 Star reviews so be aware.

The flat white tasted like lukewarm milky water. The inside of the cafe was dirty and disgusting. The only saving grace was that the staff tried to correct the issue, with a poor attitude. Premium prices for a subpar experience at best.

We came yesterday to grab an iced coffee before a long drive. I specifically asked for half the amount of sweetness in the psl and a caramel latte. He repeated the order back to me as I had placed it. When I got to the window I asked if the drinks were made and if not could they do light ice. The guy at the window said yes of course and just asked for payment. Did not turn around and tell the person who was making the drinks to put light ice.. strange. When we got the drinks the psl was unbearably sweet. We checked the tag and there was no mention of half sweetness or less pumps etc. Very disappointed. The ice was my mistake but he didn’t even do anything about it when he said he would. My drink came filled with ice. Long drive and not enjoyable coffee.

I am writing to share my recent experience at STK, which was very disappointing. I had always wanted to dine at your restaurant and was excited when the day finally came. I brought my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday. We had a reservation for 7:00 PM but were not seated until 7:30 PM. When we were finally seated, the restaurant was extremely crowded, and our table was very uncomfortable and placed too close to other guests. We attempted to slightly adjust the table for comfort, but our server told us we were not allowed to move it at all. In addition, the music was so loud that my boyfriend and I could barely have a conversation. For a special occasion like a birthday, this was very frustrating. Our bill came to approximately $300 after tip for two people, including only one drink. The portion sizes were very small, and we were still hungry afterward. While the food itself was good, the value did not match the price. I have dined at many other steak restaurants and spent the same amount for three people with much better portions and service. Overall, although the food was good, I was unhappy with the portion sizes, the seating, the noise level, and the overall service. This was not the experience I expected for such a highly regarded restaurant, especially for a special celebration. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration, as I truly wanted this visit to be a positive one.

The lady who took my order was super impatient. When it’s half way when she’s making the drink, she told me they don’t have the foam and I will have to go with it. But I paid the full price and excuse me? When I got the drink, there is no foam and the drink tastes completely different from the description(salted yolk etc). One min after I get the drink, the matcha powder start to clog. Cannot recommend this place at all

on Dec 25th the lady got upset we got there at 5:15 pm we were no allowed to move chairs knowing that the store closes at 6:00 pm. she started to yelled at the customers “ why you come to get coffee in christmas day just go home”. she took all the pastry and put it away at 5:30 pm. people keep entering the store and she keep telling them there were not food. worst people working here.

Shut the store 1 hr earlier than advertised. When we arrived 30mins before even this earlier time they weren’t doing any espresso drinks. Service=Rude. Also, totally inappropriate music being played for a family place. Much better places close by…

I visited this place on Veterans Day for their Veterans Day deal. I made a reservation through OpenTable, but when I arrived, the host said she couldn’t find it. I even showed her the confirmation on my phone, yet she still decided to seat me without mentioning that she had actually put me on the waitlist. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes for a table. Once we were finally seated, my girlfriend and I waited another 20 minutes without anyone coming by to serve us—not even to offer water. We eventually had to flag down a waiter ourselves to start the service. Honestly, this was the worst restaurant experience I’ve had, especially for a place that calls itself a high-end steakhouse. While I appreciate the Veterans Day promotion, the service made me not want to come back. We ordered the blue cheese salad, which was definitely overpriced. The truffle fries were far too oily, and the dry-aged porterhouse was mediocre and not worth the cost. The atmosphere was also disappointing—it was extremely loud with club music. I didn’t realize this was more of a nightclub than a fine dining restaurant. Thank you for the promotion, but I won’t be returning. STK “Steakhouse” is definitely not for me

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at STK Midtown. I had planned this dinner to celebrate my birthday before undergoing surgery — a moment that meant a lot to me both emotionally and personally. I reached out ahead of time via email, letting the team know it was my birthday, that I’m a psychology student taking time off school due to surgery, and that this dinner would be especially meaningful. I requested a customized menu (which STK is known for) and even offered to pay extra. My email was read — but never acknowledged or replied to. When we arrived, we were given poor seating, and while they did give me a free dessert for my birthday, it felt rushed and obligatory. There was no effort to personalize the experience despite the clear communication beforehand. Honestly, they could’ve kept the dessert — it didn’t feel special at all. To make matters worse, a fight broke out in the restaurant during our dinner and escalated to the point where police had to intervene. It completely killed any sense of celebration or comfort. We spent over $500 for three people, and for that kind of bill, I expected a high-end experience with attentive service and a respectful acknowledgment of the occasion. What I got was chaotic, impersonal, and disappointing. I would not recommend this location for any special occasion. STK promises an upscale experience, but they do not deliver — especially when it matters most.
