This is my home place, I will always recommend Street Taco to anyone. Their food is so delicious, the drinks are amazing, every week there’s a new Margarita on the menu, the customer services is like no others. Honestly street taco is my number 1 restaurant to go, everyone that knows me, know I much I love this place.

Cosy neighbourhood spot. Excellent! I came here by myself and sat at the bar. Extremely attentive bar staff who were able to guide me through the menu. This might be one of the best restaurants in NYC. I know that it's the best one I've visited in over a decade of living here. The food was incredible. I cannot only communicate how great this place is. You'll have to try it for yourself. It was the best salsa I've every had, and the corn pops were incredible. Each bite had layers of different flavors that you're not used to getting at most restaurants. We also loved the desserts (and we tried all of them). Honestly we kept talking about how we can't believe there wasn't a line out the door. Don't walk. Run.

Reliable, classic place. Sometimes can be a wait around dinner time on weekends, but for the most part it's ok. The margs are strong! Just how I like them. I recommend the blackened fish taco

I really enjoy this place. Not only does it have a savvy name, the food is pretty good. We had the carne asado, fried shrimp, vegan taco & pork belly taco. Very tasty. Oh and the best yuca fries I have ever had. The atmosphere is nice and gets pretty busy.

Absolutely AMAZING food and drinks. We stumbled upon this place randomly for the happy hours (every day 4-7pm). Truly the best loaded tortilla chips (loaded with cheese and guacamole and the chips were fresh) and the mini tacos. All of them were amazing but the crispy brussel sprout tacos were so good we immediately ordered 3 more. Overall truly 10/10 and the happy hour deal is VERY good value for the price

One of my favorite places in NYC, I come here at least once a week. I recommend their margaritas, When in Cancuns, and carnitas tacos. The bartenders create a friendly environment, and Hannah was so welcoming and attentive. Overall, the service and hospitality is amazing and fun, and the decor is so cool.

Street Taco is definitely the place you want to come for tacos in the city. The prices for the tacos are cheap, relatively speaking for NYC. There is a wide variety of choices- yes, some vegetarian options. My friend and I went on Cinco de Mayo. We called ahead and they were able to seat us,no problem. Other days, they will take reservations in advance.

Had a fantastic weekend brunch here! Opted to do bottomless and enjoyed all the mimosa flavors. For food, we got Pico de Gallo Guac, Cheese Dip (sooooo good), Roasted Cauliflower tacos for me, and an order of the French Toast at the end to satisfy a sweet tooth! Would definitely come back here.

I’d been meaning to try street taco for a while. Tried to go on at brunch in the summer and it had a significant wait. No worries as this is a good sign and means great things for them. I finally came back in the Winter and ordered a hang over burrito via recommendation of a friend. I was very impressed with the flavor of the food and thought the portion was great. They had some great chipotle sauce and I would absolutely come back and try more stuff. I loved it.

Very nice ambience and great tasting tacos. The waitress was kind enough to give a sample of Chips and sauce to try it out before you could that dish.

Doug at Street Taco went above and beyond to remedy a problem with my delivery order! Food was delicious and the staff were incredibly warm and communicative! They turned what could have been a real disappointment into a really positive experience. I'll be ordering again soon!

I really love the tacos from this place. I tried them several weeks ago and it's become an addiction. Now I want tacos every day. They're the best tacos I've ever eaten, and the staff are very friendly. They understand my broken English when I call and tell them how I want my tacos, without spice. They're very kind and attentive, thank you guys for being so attentive and care for your clients.

Came here last night and got a few tacos and some drinks. The tacos were lovely! The birria tacos had tender, succulent beef with a crispy outer shell and a flavorful dipping broth, the blackened fish taco had nice flaky fish that paired really well with some lime, and the pork carnitas taco had a really distinct porky flavor that I loved! All very delicious! The classic margarita was solid too, and I enjoyed the black widow cider I got. The server was attentive and efficient, and the atmosphere is nice and cozy. It's great that they're open late. A wonderful spot, I would totally recommend it!

Came in with zero expectations, and the experience far exceeded them. The service was kind and prompt. I grabbed a seat at the bar, and the stools were top-notch comfy. I ordered chips and salsa, and the salsa was delicious—I wanted to take home a jar. The birria tacos were so, so good. Not too much cheese, and they didn't skimp on meat or juice. 10/10 recommend. I moved here from Los Angeles, where good Mexican street food is literally on every corner, so I'm always excited to try new Mexican restaurants here in NYC to compare quality. This taqueria is one of my favorites in all of NYC and would easily be a hit in LA! The tacos are fresh, meaty, and flavorful. They have a unique menu featuring traditional Mexican culinary tacos like Carne Asada with contemporary options like their must-try Brussel sprouts taco. You MUST get the Brussel sprouts taco. I loved my experience here, and I can't wait to come back! Side note, their spicy salsa is truly extremely hot. It's delicious but dangerous, so make sure you have a strong spice tolerance.

Really delicious tacos and amazing. Will definitely revisit. The tacos are extremely flavorful and with loads of filling but cost only $4-5, making this a great stop for a nice snack or if you aren't that hungry as well, especially late night since it is open till 1 am. I had the chicken tinga, chorizo with guac and the blackened fish and all three were really good. Their coconut tres leches desert was heavenly and the passion fruit creme brulee while quite good was a bit small. They also have a great collection of margaritas and other drinks. Ample seating is available both outdoors and indoors but indoor seating requires the vaccine pass.

Great tacos! They have a lot of different options that are about $4-$5 each. They taste great - I personally really liked the pork belly one. It is a nice environment inside the resturant. They have plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. My only criticism is that the cheese dip was SUPER chunky (not queso) so it was very difficult to scoop with the chips and solidified when cooled down. Overall a good meal though so I would come back.

I didn't dine in so I don't know about the service or atmosphere. I took almost an hour for our DoorDash to get delivered. But we were pleased with the food once it arrived.

This place certainly does pass the vibe check, but I cannot say this is the best mexican place I have been too. I admire the kitchen that resembles a cart and the lively colors and plentiful outdoor seating(yes dog friendly and walkins welcome).I came here with my husband for some drinks and tacos, and while I love the street food concept and a rather large menu, it is hard to say that this food has a wow factor. The chips and guac were mediocre, yes the guac was fresh but it was small portion and could of used more lime. My husbands fried chicken taco was tasty but it should of had two taco shells, it falls apart easily. My pork belly and carnita taco has good seasoning but it was too tender on both tacos, they could have shredded and chopped the meat better. I did see double wrapped tacos for this entree which was a plus. For the drinks I had a jalapeño margarita, it could’ve used more jalapeño. My fiancés chilli margarita was super spicy, like too much chilli ( dont eat it you will passout lol) . Each taco is $4-$5 which is good for city prices and drinks were between 10-13 bucks, also great for manhattan. Service was good, waiters was very attentive to all our needs and bathrooms were clean. I would come back here to try the rest of the menu.

Shrimp tacos were overly breaded. The chicken taco meat was dry. The tortilla chips were too thick to enjoy, but the nacho toppings were helpful and enjoyable. The service was absolutely stellar and worth a second chance, but only due to the wait staff.

Taco shells a bit tough for some reason. The meat was good, but the steak was also tough. The chicken taco was definitely the best, the others were lackluster. I can't comment on the other food, but the spicy margaritas are delicious!

Have been on my list ever since it opened. Casual and a typical happy hour place. Definitely have their margaritas esp the classic ones- strong and legit. I had like 5-6 of them. Their happy hour starts at 5 and goes until 7:30 which is quite a lot of time. For tacos, the blackened fish is good but what’s best is the very flavorful and juicy chicken tinga. You cannot miss out on it. Didn’t really like the tuna tartare one. Their guac is good but quite basic.

Great bar and Mexican restaurant. The bar is great however the food menu is somewhat limited. We went there several times over the last week, but quickly got over the menu. You can basically try almost everything on the menu is one sitting. Service is fantastic in the restaurant and bar (shout out to Shane in the bar). Favourite drink was the blood orange and jalapeño margarita which we had during happy hour for $8.

Great authentic tacos new and old school styles and flavours. Great selection of beer as well. Kinda on the pricey side but still worth checking out

Good spot for a casual dinner. Really good chips and tacos. We loved the Popsicle prosecco cocktails. It is inexpensive which allows you to indulge as much as you can.

Coming from California, for street tacos outside of the state these are a great choice. I got the 2x birria tacos. Great flavor and amazing quality, the only thing I would get on is the quality of tortillas. They are good but not homemade (at least it doesn’t taste like it). If you are from California/mexico and missing a taste of home, this is a good place to go!

Food was decent but I was honestly hoping for a little more flavor. I got the fried shrimp tacos. My bestie got the brussel sprouts taco and he really liked it. He also said that he appreciated the wide vegetarian options. I loved the prices! And I really enjoyed my drink, it was very tasty. I liked the fake truck set up where the food was, the colorful walls etc have this place an authentic vibe.

Wanted to check them out because I saw a pic of their margarita flights *which I ended up not getting * Several pro's and only 1 minor con. The prickly pear margaritas for happy hour were strong and delicious. The 3 cheese dip was probably the most flavorful cheese dip I've had in the city , absolutely get it ! My fiance and I got 6 tacos he got 3 carne asada and I got 2 carne asada and 1 chicken. My only complaint was that the tacos were room temperature. Considering the 3 cheese dip was piping hot the change in temp of the tacos was not the greatest but they tasted really good. The waitresses were attentive and the decal was lovely !!

Went here for brunch to celebrate my best friend’s birthday. They have few breakfast items in their brunch menu, the tacos were good. The drinks were okay. They do have good prices though. It does get very full there fast.

It was pretty busy, so I would recommend reservations - we were fortunate in that our table, though initially only held for an hour given other parties, was ours for two-ish hours or more! We shared a large nachos order among 4 people and otherwise each got a mix of happy hour mini tacos or tacos off the main menu. Portion-wise, I would say 2-3 regular tacos are probably plenty for one person. Overall, the food was decent - not necessarily outstanding but very good for a quick, last-minute meal. The ambience is great - colorful and vibrant and presently, covered in holiday decor! We'd give a last shout-out to Matt who attended to us for his great service! I would also plug the butter cake and donut churros because the more butter, the better!

Great tacos but service is lacking. After ordering there long wait time for the salsa and the tacos. Also long wait time for the check and for them to collect payment. Salsa ended up being free because of the wait. I guess they forgot about us. Also tacos sheets are single layer instead of double like most places.

Me and my partner been going here for a while but unfortunately the menu has changed, they removed the yuca fries and the keto skillet to replace them with these nachos that were cold and not cheesy and not flavorful at all and when we went during happy hour that’s when they decided to clean the frozen machine? Don’t go during happy hour because these nachos would’ve cost us 16$ on its own which is not worth the price at all :/ unfortunately this is a change that I cannot back as they’ve changed prices and just got rid of so many things that made them original and fun to go to won’t be coming back
