Amazing service. I planned a work event there for a party of 11 and we preordered four orders of Thai dumplings which is their specialty and I made a last minute reservation change that was carried out perfectly without any issues. The decor, service, food and ambiance was absolutely sublime especially considering it’s a Thai restaurant. The prices are also very reasonable and I would definitely go back.

A well decorated and tasty modern Thai restaurant. The place stands out in terms of decor. It is a good looking restaurant. This also extends to their dishes like the purple blossom dumplings. Luckily the focus on aesthetics does not detract from the food as everything we got was quite delicious. They also surprised us with a free collagen drink shot. Would definitely come back.

We booked and found this place through the Seated app where you get Amazon rewards to dine in here. You MUST dine in at this place solely coz they have these artistic purple blossom chicken dumplings. They are really a work of art yet so tasteful. I made sure that I place the order in advance while I was doing my reservation coz sometimes they go out of stock. This place is on the expensive side and the food options are alright. I got shrimp pad kee mao- it was definitely tasteful even the shrimp felt fresh and well grilled. The ambience is very cozy and intimate. Their cocktails are strong and well made. All in all it’s a must visit restaurant. Women’s restroom is interesting as it has a tap at the top and the water runs through flowers as it finally reaches to clean your hands.

Really liked the food here, one of the best tasting Tom Yum I've had (a bit on the salty side though). Portion is a bit small but overall very tasty.

Next time you are here, try the Thai tea. It's delicious. The food is great too and the place can easily handle groups of 20.

Delicious Thai cuisine, not very standard Thai fare but they made their own spin on things. Not very expensive especially for Manhattan.

Really high quality Thai food that goes behind the basics you see at Thai places across the city. Service was attentive and friendly, decor was really cool throughout the restaurant, especially one piece on the left side toward the back. The short rib was tender and delicious and purple dumplings were special to look at, I almost didn't want to eat it, but they were good too. If you're looking for upscale Thai in midtown east, this is the place. I think they have a Michelin star too.

This place was perfect! We went for our Babymoon and it was Romantic, the decor was modern but relaxed as well and the Food was awesome! A great modern twist on normal Thai. I Have the steak special that was to die 4, and we did the sea bass pot, humm. Definitely will come back next time in NYC. Loved it! Great service as well. Work the dew dollars more than your neighborhood this place but still very reasonable for the over all experience!

Best Thai food I've ever had!!! I regret waiting this long to write a review as we have been coming her OFTEN (lunch..dinner...mothers day..prix fixe lunch and dinner)...this place is beyond good and has a great happy hour, lunch prix fixe, dinner prix fixe. Not only is the food delicious everything even dessert, but the service is impeccable. Came here with my eccentric family and they cater to all your needs. The BF and I always have a wonderful time here. To think the crap they serve at places like Tao and the price they charge when you can get MUCH better food, better presentation, and nicer environment for a quarter of the price. Lived in midtown east for many years now and so happy to have just discovered this wonderful place.

Delicious Thai food, just a little different than the rest. The interior is gorgeous, decorated week interesting woods and golden accents. The food is great, much more sophisticated than the usual Pad Thai and summer rolls you get elsewhere.

C
Christin Harris

Amazing food!! The soup has a great presentation and the Pad Thai is unreal. Highly recommend. The service was very quick and staff were so friendly too.

S

Classy Thai restaurant fit for the UES. Perfect place for those long ladies lunches or intimate weekday dinner, or boozy business lunch. Honestly, cannot go wrong with anything on the menu and service is top notch.

B
Brendan Smith

The service was excellent. The food was incredible. I would recommend it to anyone. Good atmosphere too if you're someone who cares about that. Everything we got was great, and they had a happy hr until 730 on a Saturday, which was great.

C
Craig Cheng

Modern thai restaurant with a distinctive take on classic dishes. Curry portions are generous while protein dishes are tasty. Effective usage of spices to add a kick to flavors.

D
David Cerny

The Nuaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Has a very cool almost-steampunk vibe to it, and serves excellent Thai food. Recommend the quail eggs appetizer and the crab curry noodle as a main.

C
Christina Burke

Lovely decor, wonderful staff, delish food and yummy cocktails. A definite go-to in the East 60s! The Cu-Cu-Cool cocktail is heavenly. :-)

Both my favorite new cuisine and restaurant. Incredibly tasty food alongside a sophisticated, mature, and relaxed ambience. Can't ask for more.

S

Great interior, friendly staff. Personally, I recommend Thai tea, Thai coffee, and the soup with shrimp inside. The noddle has too many spices so I don’t like this dish(I think Thai Villa did it better) Overall, a little bit pricy. I will definitely come back for Thai tea! I think this place has the best Thai tea in the town. Just the right sweetness;)

Excellent lotus dumplings!

Great food! One dish, the prawns special, was excessively small given the price, minus 1 star

Legit spot right here for Thai food. Friendly staff, fresh ingredients and everything is delicious. Portion sizes are perfect. The ambiance is great and decor is unique and crafty. Def a good spot for UES. Some of the best fried rice in nyc.

Food here was really good. We stopped unexpectedly before going to the comedy show. Very good stuff! The staff was very attentive. The decor cozy.

J

Everything was way too sweet for my taste. Well made though if that's what you like

If this is the best Thai food in NYC, it's kinda sad.

Food is good but expensive for what you get. Upscale place, so might be nice for a date. I'd skip it for takeout though.

K
Kat Leone

The plates are incredibly small and food is overpriced. The duck was too fatty and hard to chew. Otherwise, the dishes are interesting and you do get to come in for a new taste, but you will not be full unless you order five or six dishes. The appetizers tasted amazing regardless and had it not been so expensive for such small portions I would go back.

V
V K

The decor is trendy and nice but service leaves you wanting more. The food is average, not had but definitely have had better Thai food.

K
Kotaro Okumura

Nicely decorated dining room, the restaurant serves a somewhat modern version of Thai cuisine. Sometimes I was let down expecting a more classic/authentic dish.

Gone waaaay downhill. Nuaa was our go to Thai for years. We enjoyed every aspect of the restaurant. Our last two visits the food was mediocre and the service was worse. The meals were slow and the staff indifferent. Nonetheless, we decided to give the delivery service a try. We were told 40 minutes for delivery, After an hour we were told the food would arrive any moment. After 1:15 minutes the staff said the food was almost at our home, but there was scarcely an apology. After 1:20 we sent the food back. We won't be eating here, again.
