Simply Thai is a great family friendly place. The food is great and was customized to our preference. I wish the number of people servicing in the restaurant would increase as very little number of staff were serving so many tables. The cashew chicken curry and Tom kha gai were my favorites. Totally recommend it!

I've been coming here since I discovered this place back in 2021. It's by far one of my favorite Thai food places. When you get take out you get a generous portion and the flavor is so good. Our favorites are: Chicken Pad Thai (medium spice) Beef Pad Thai (medium spice) Beef Pad See Ew (no spice) Thai Tea Medium spice per my mom and boyfriend is pretty spicy for them and they have a higher tolerance for spice so pick the level you feel you can handle to try. Or get one level below what you normally like in case it's super spicy. They close online orders on Sunday and Mondays due to insufficient staff but it states that when you try to order. I've eaten here in person too and the staff is super nice and helpful. Go support them ! (:

This is my go to Thai restaurant. My favorite dish is the lunch special "Red Curry Prawn". I like the prawns simmered in coconut milk with red curry, and pineapples, tomatoes, bamboo shoots, peas, bell peppers, Thai basil. The red curry with coconut milk has a hint of sweetness, which I like it very much. By the way, you can choose the spicy level based on your preference (default spicy is medium). I like the Lunch Special version because it also comes with salad, fried spring roll and sour soup.

Update: 01/2023 - tried this place again after a long time. The food was delicious and well made. Plenty of vegetarian options and quick takeout or done in service. Soup, rice and tofu dish are very delicious. Update: 04/02/22 - their front desk person has changed and messed up our order. Had to wait extra 20+ mins to get our missing items.

Online ordering so easy. Pickup easy. The ladies are always smiling and kind even when they are busy. I love how I can order and pay online and my bag is waiting when I get there. Best Thai food in the area if you want something fast. Mango rice and pad Thai here is delish.

Simply Thai serves some of the most authentic and flavorful curries I’ve had! I ordered the Yellow Curry with Prawns, and my friend had the Roast Duck Curry—both were rich, well-balanced, and packed with fresh ingredients. The restaurant has a clean and relaxed atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, which made the dining experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone craving real Thai comfort food.

I ordered a thai fried rice but received a pad thai. I didn't say anything, ate what I received, and did not complain. But, I would've liked the thai fried rice. 😆

I had pad ke maw & tamarind chicken from here. Ambience was good. Neat place. Food was tasty. The only thing that I didn't like about was waiting for to go box, waiting for check and waiting for the card back. I did a lot of waiting that day !

Delicious food.. Seafood soup is simply fresh.. Good dishes and appetizers .. Cozy place to dine-in with family friends.

This place has good Thai food but it doesn’t handle volume well (maybe lack of employees?). Most recent visit was on a Monday evening around 7pm and there were only 4-5 tables seated. We made a take out order and the woman at the front, although nice, was not very proactive in helping us place our order even after we said we were ready to order (she just went on to do other things and then looked at us slowly and suddenly remembered). It also took over 30 minutes to get 3 items. Honestly I would probably just go across the street to Simply Thai for faster service 🤷🏻‍♀️

Nice cozy place but very expensive for what they offer and service took way too long for being semi busy. Food was pretty good though so I do recommend trying it out.

It’s mostly coconut cream and barely taste the fragrance of the spices. The eggplant is also overly saturated with oil and barely has good flavoring. This was extremely disappointing on top of the portion size for $15-17 a dish.

Good food and taste. Quick service. However I have a feedback. The portion size is very small. You are charging 20$ for a Panang curry and the quantity is small. Go to another Thai restaurant and see the box size. I see you have gotten similar reviews around small portion size from other people. You should consider the feedback

The sweet and sour prawn is all vegetable and soggy when complain about it there was no refund or offer to remake or switch the item.

I've been coming here for several years for their crab fried rice it use to be 🔥🔥 full of crab and flavor . However today I went for lunch and was terribly disappointed it was full of flavor but crab barely none. I had to turn on my flashlight to look for it. If I hadn't been on lunch at work I would have definitely taken it back. This was my 1st time coming since they reopened but if this is the service I will not be back. For 17.00 I expect MORE!!2

Food was okay, service was NOT. They didn't greet when I approached the counter. The cook from the back came out and acted with disdain as if they don't serve black people. The manager who took my order acting like I'm from a different planet. Customers weren't friendly - weird energy as well. I was polite as always but I never will recommend. Never will give them my money again and will encourage others I know not to patronize. The Korean restaurant next door was over the top polite and I should have eaten there instead. Noted for next time.

The food was to our liking and we started going here a couple times. The last 2 times we repented we shouldn’t have gone there. First time we had a piece of plastic in the soup & when we complained all we got was an apology. This time (today, 10/4/2024, 8 pm), the person that served our table was totally rude from the beginning we ordered our food. He seemed annoyed and was behaving very very rude to us. He was not ready to listen to our preferences for avoiding fish and oysters sauces and egg in the food. He then swapped our order and got something that we didn’t order . We were offered an apology by the owner but didn’t swap the food for the order that we made. Then there were no napkins and spoons offered and when asked was mocked by the service person. I then complained to the owner cum manager cum cook and all offered again was an apology. And gave us a cold drink as an apology that we promptly denied to take. We left the food as is and paid the money and came back. I said you lost a customer today and he said “thank you” . So please Beware when you go here .

Rude, incompetent servers who constantly make customers feel terrible. The service is genuinely the worst I have ever seen. Staff is undertrained from thailand, and some barely speak english and are extremely rude. For a thai restaurant who should be very hospitable and respectful, the service is angry and cranky all the time. I cannot tell you how much I do not recommend this place for anyone if they want a decent dining experience. High prices, low quality of service make me hope this place gets shut down. I will be filling out many petitions to hopefully get it closed for good. DO NOT COME HERE

Ordered vegetable noodle option for healthy option but minuscule amount of veggie : like 95% noodle perhaps 5% veggie. Only upside is food tasted ok. There is no refill offered. I tipped decently despite bad exeroence though.

OWNER INTENTIONALLY UNDERSTAFFS!! I’ve been coming to this place on and off for five years, and unfortunately, the service has consistently been terrible. The staff are often extremely rude and slow, which makes every visit an unpleasant experience. I spoke to a server during my most recent visit, and he seemed completely exhausted. It’s no surprise, given how the owner appears to treat both customers and staff. The owner’s behavior seems to be at the root of the problem. It’s clear that nothing has improved over the years, and it’s deeply concerning that employees are being mistreated. Something needs to change. It might be time to protest and ensure the owner is held accountable for how poorly they manage both their staff and customers. Until things improve, I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

This is the first time we visited this restaurant. First of all the attitude of the waiter wasn't good. He was very rude. He had taken some customizations that we ordered but none of the customizations were accommodated. The taste of the food wasn't good too. I am not happy with this restaurant. Will not go ever again.

Ordered Pad Kee Mao Chicken. I can hardly count 5-6 thin pieces of chicken, 2-3 broccoli/carrot. Generally in other restaurants, ratio would be half noodles and half protein/veggies. I got 80% noodle and just 20% of protein and veggies. I ordered food from this restaurant for the first time and I am very disappointed. Probably, I will not going to visit/order food again.

I asked for Veg Pad thai it was way too soggy. The veggies were drenched it oil and over all it tasted nothkng like pad thai. I couldn't eat it and went to counter to pay they said we have a new chef and cannot do anything about it other than charging me for it.😂

Service is Horrible…. so horrible i paid for my coke and got up and left. after i started ordering and the waitress started to make fun of my order and commented like wow more and then when i asked for spicy she would say how spicy and I had to ask twice. which she got frustrated about. so I walked down to Craby Craby was Greeted seated and fed with no attitude. I had a very bad experience with my recent online order with Simply Thai. After I came home, found one of the items is missing, and I tried to call the restaurant but they picked up and put me on hold for about 10 minutes without even say anything. Trying after multiple times, they didn't even care to realize their mistake, and ask me to drive all the way back to pick up the missing item which I didn't want to do. There is no way on their website to get a refund as well. Worst ever customer service!!!!

Gosh! Just because this place has been here for a while doesn’t mean this is good. We went for business lunch , the service was rude , the food - they couldn’t make simple roll, we ordered their roasted duck , beef and egg plant - all of them was way below normal Thai place. If you have a choice then pls go to another Thai place.
