Excellent place. Very clean, and cared for. A little too cold for my preference, but overall, this is a goo, reliable place to get some fast food on the run.

Love McDonalds, Classic Big Mac, golden fries, ceeamy milk shakes and fresh hot cookies. Lately I've enjoyed their Iced Coffee! Guaranteed great meal, any night of the week!

The drive thru perfectly

Very nice interior, quick drive through. For those of us with sensitive tummies the bathroom code is on the bottom of the receipt. Code 10299 when I was here, but a receipt should be readily available from the top of any trash can. 👍

We always stop here halfway to the Hamptons! It's always clean and not very crowded.

Excellent concierge service, always very generous when we come here. Only thing is the hand drier is busted in the men’s bathroom. I tried about 20 times to dry my hands but the thing won’t work. I guess I’ll just eat my 3 Big Macs, 4 large fries, and 2 cokes with wet hands.

Best service ever in the world McDonald i’ve visited. I’m on a vacation with my grand family. except me is not used to order using Kiosk and not easy to understand the ordering system in English. The guys, crews help me everything a lot, so friendly, serving foods to the eldery instead of me being busy... short time but I can say these guys are also so good and nice comparing to other restraunt servers. I should've given some tips but i had only credit cards how sad. In this case i thought this McDonald is supposed to show up tip button on Kiosk for them like other to-go stores recently do. Thank your services guys.

The workers here lately have been better and super friendly. My boyfriend and I always order on the app which has awesome deals and it's so easy! The food here at the Manorville location has been awesome, especially compared to how it's been in the past. Today in particular, the fries and mcnuggets are the best we've both had in a long time!

The food was just what one would expect but wow the service was really nice! I even tipped one person. Clean and kind, a good combination.

Very helpful friendly staff. I had a problem with the app so I had to go inside. The manager kindly and attentively listened to my issue and honored my app deal. My meal and others were completed quickly, and correctly.

The best McDonald’s I’ve ever been it. It’s the perfect blend of old and new McDonald’s decor and I was served simply the BEST quarter pounder I’ve ever had. It could have been featured in a commercial. The staff was super nice and efficient as well. I’m still in shock at how good my experience at this McDonald’s was.

It's a great McDonald's in the context of McDonald's. The service was friendly the place was clean and the food was fresh. (Although prices may be going up, these are people no different than you or I whose circumstances brought them there. I could not possibly have more support for a pay increase for these workers whether or not it affects the menu.)

It wasn't too crowded, so we got thru the drive-thru quickly. The food wasn't all ready at the same time, so we had to wait a few minutes for it to be brought out to us. But it was all nice & hot when we git it, so it was worth a few minutes wait time

This McDonalds has the nicest management out of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Their food is always good and the staff is so amazing. Nothing but good experiences every time.

It is always quiet here. But then again, I’m always here early morning. Never any issues. I do want to mention that they used to be an older gentleman that I guess was a janitor here quite a while back. Used to have so much energy and always greeted everyone. And it was great to see him every morning. Not sure what happened to him. Guarantee I’m not the only one that still thinks about him. I wish I knew his name.

Not much to say McDonald's are basically the same everywhere. You like them or you don't. If anything the people at the drive thru were noticably not loving their jobs.

Busy Bronx McDonalds. 3 bus stops are in front of it. Hunters Point , 6 subway stops are across the street.. You all can imagine the atmosphere at this McDonalds. 😉

Obviously this place does not want anyone to enter the building to order or sit down and dine. 90% of all parking for dine in customers gone. Nothing but mobile and drive through parking except for 2 handicap spots. If you are going to pay 10 - 12 bucks to eat in your car may as well go to a eat in restaurant for maybe 2 bucks more and get served

New, clean McDonald's location primarily focused on drive thru with a small, clean interior with limited seating.

Fries were hot, fresh, and salted. Chicken nuggets were fresh as well. No errors on my order. Drive through wasn't the fastest, but it was busy when I went.

Bad habits are hard to break. If I wake up late and traveling to NJ or CT, I always stop at McDs and get a Mcgriddle or the steak bagel with coffee. Talking 20yrs

It is a standard McDonald's but the staff is very good. The manager here was exceptionally helpful when we needed special help.

The cashier was very accommodating and having me wait and she was very helpful in making sure my food and everything was put in properly I'm very informative in my waiting time and very accurate and how long I was going to wait one of the best McDonald's I've been in

This is a McDonald's. You know what you're getting coming here. The store was clean, spacious, and the service quick.

Tried the new chicken sandwich. It was an attempt to take off chik fil a. Same kind of bun, two pickles, no sauces, chicken filet. Dry, overcooked, salty. Two bites, threw it away. Three stars only because the people at the McDonald's were really nice and friendly and the place seemed clean and safe. Just get something else if you go.

Ice cream is not thick enough. Melts very quickly. Burgers are cold fries are bitter which indicates the oil they used is old or expired.

This place is super convenient to go to, that's the only reason I stop by. Otherwise the quality of their food is trash, the cheese on my burgers was unmelted, the slushy was mostly liquid, and the wait time is average.

Went for breakfast which I never do but decided to that day get some. I got the 2 for 5 and one chicken mcgriddle and a bacon egg cheese biscuit. The chicken was dried out on the one sandwich and the other I took one bite but the biscuit was so dry I spit it out and that was that!

Would've rated higher but the last time I went there part of my order was missing. Today, I ordered ahead on the mobile app and waited 17 minutes for my order. Whatever happened to fast food? Your order does not go in until you arrive at the restaurant, unlike every other app for anything. This makes zero sense whatsoever.

Food was good but they tend to forget something from your order here. I just ordered a bacon quarter pounder to only find out, after i drove away, that they didnt include any bacon at all…

Three stars for good service and clean rest rooms. This is a high rating for a fast food restaurant. Unlike many other area McDonald's restaurants, this one does not seem to offer self service kiosk options with table delivery service. Also, this location may not be not as busy as others due to a lower population density for this area (compared to Brentwood and Hempstead). Pleasant experience due to the unhurried atmosphere. My two visits were during breakfast time on Saturdays.

Menu is awful. No grilled chicken no salad anymore makes our visits there very few. This one is outside a Stop and shop so we go there for food instead.

Every time I order nuggets here, they are never made right. Every time I order a McChicken, there is a piece of bone in the patty. This is one of the worst McDonald's; the nearby Center Moriches one is so much better. How can this be? Get new management or something!

The people are nice which it is a two star but there are constantly mistakes. I live in the area and have been there well over 100 times all at varying times and season because summer is so busy but they get my order completely accurate less than 50% of the time. From nuggets with no sauce and no katsup or napkins to an order that was nearly completely wrong. Sorry guys but it's true.

I ordered a large meal, fries and unsweet tea, no pickles, no onions. I received medium fries, a sweet tea, I'm diabetic, and one of the burgers had pickles and onions. The manager is the one who prepared my order. So, not so good.

I stopped at this McDonald's because it has always been one of my favorite. I don't normally eat at McDonald's. But I have work in the Hamptons for the last 2 years and I always stop here. Tonight at 10:05 I stopped for a burger fries and drink. The men's bathroom was the nastiest bathroom I think I have ever been in. I live in the city of New York and I thought I had been in dirty bathrooms I'm saying this because in the past this has always been a five-star McDonald's and I was truly disappointed tonight the food was excellent but when you have a nasty filthy bathroom in a restaurant it makes you wonder about the people preparing the food I was truly disappointed I will never ever eat at this McDonald's again.

Ordered bundle burger ok, fries old, large frappe mocha like water, asst mgr replaced a small frappe mocha as a replacement to ordering a large that I did not drink, well self explanatory. A SAD SITUATION // NO ETHICS WHATSOEVER

The girl who took our order was incompetent and needs to be retrained. She completely messed up our order. Asked for spicy nuggets received plain. Every once and a while I get it because everything else is closed. Total garbage and should not be eaten on a regular basis. For the same cost or less you can get a couple pieces of pizza, a hero with quality meats or anything that is more healthy. Honestly, this food should be banned.

Went to bathroom b4 I ordered. There was no toilet paper or paper towels and sink was clogged. Asked at front for toilet paper at the counter the guy pointed behind me and said there's napkins or there. Chose not to eat here and prob never will very dirty.

Its like y they do not want you to come in the building. The only parking in the area requires you to walk thru the drive thru to get to the door. The bathrooms were locked unless you purchased something, then when we did the staff had to run to find the code. Not great when your teeth are swimming. I get why, but it was not the best setup

DO NOT order a side of bacon at this location! A side of bacon at McDonald's is 2 full slices. This scammy location gives you one slice cut in half and will argue with you about it also. When the manager got questioned about it she KNEW what they were doing was dirty and was obnoxious about it. I went to the McDonalds drive thru and my whole order was wrong! When I drove home I realized 20 minutes away and I called since I received someone else’s order I was told to drive back with the food to get a refund !! This is a total disgrace and inconvenience to further inconvenience your customer who will NO LONGER eat at McDonalds or recommend especially the Manorville NY location! Do better with your employees

When you’re getting food, make sure you’re getting the right amount specially fries. They tend to cheap out and even for a small fry or a large fry they will cut down the portion so you don’t get the full packet. I travel for work. I ordered a large fry quarter of the package was made missing this happened four times.

Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. A line 10 people deep, and all of a sudden the only person taking orders decides to work the drive through. And that was after I waited so long at the drive through that I gave up and went inside. Stay away from this one
