DD is the best place for donuts, hands down, if you like fluffly light insides. Not a big fan of sweets so it helps that they offer food options too! Not either a big coffee fan but they have different types of teas also, especially at different locations.

Larger DD with ample seating, friendly staff and very clean. Very convenient location and if you are heading to the north fork and need some coffee or a snack. The is also a Baskin Robbins at this location.

Ordered snacking bacon. The guy tried to tell me it's only 4 pieces. No it's not. It's supposed to be 8. Got ripped off.

Not a fan of this location. The manager is very, very nice and super dedicated but nobody knows how to properly make a latte. Everytime I come here there’s either a ton of grounds in my latte, barely any milk, or it’s not sweet enough. I go to Dunkin’ Donuts very frequently at several different locations, so I know what my order is and how I want it, but for some reason the people who work here cannot get it right (and it’s not even complicated). I went back today after several months thinking, “oh I’ll give them another chance” that was my first mistake. Latte was bitter and crunchy because it was full of grounds. Please train your employees better - Disappointed DD lover

My kids had to go to the bathroom. I needed a coffee. They don’t allow paying customers to use their bathroom. Management has no accessible phone number to let them know. The chat on this site app was “down for service“.

Never again! Can’t get a bagel with Cream Cheese right, and bacon on my wife’s egg sandwich which was not requested. Guy behind claimed they can’t even get his coffee with 1 sugar right. The employees don’t seem to give a crap and look like they haven’t been working there or in the country long.

This morning and many mornings before this one, the staff continuously doesn’t care about the quality and accuracy of the drinks they serve to people. I’ll ask for cold foam and less ice and get a drink handed to me that’s a literal cup of ice with no cold foam in sight. My friend and I mobile ordered this morning at about 6:30 and walked in at 6:45 with no drinks made for us to pick up. Then they proceed to tell us after 10 minutes of waiting that there is no chai left to make our drinks. Then to top it all off we order something else for them to completely butcher our order and hand us something we both didn’t ask for in the slightest. Please help this dunkin and get people who actually want to work.

We were vacationing near this Dunkin Donuts and everything was fine. I had stopped their twice during our stay in the area once for donuts and coffee and again when my daughter wanted breakfast sandwiches for her and her two friends. A couple days later I received alerts from my bank app for double charges made within a minute or two from my initial purchase. Both times it was not for a flat $20 or $25 rounded off, but the second charges were for $11.49 & $18.56 close to what my real charge was for. This tells me that they've been doing this for a while and now made the illegal charges look like a real charge. Avoid this store. I will be sending all my information to the FTC for investigation. Sooner or later they were going to pull this on a federal employee. A felony. I went to read some reviews after posting this and there are other people being over charged and double charged over a year ago. This needs to be fully investigated. Its also clear that locals are treated differently.

I had the worst experience ever at dunkin donuts wading river location 6346 NY-25A, Wading River, NY 11792 . The manager and staffs are very rude, unprofessional, did not know how to handle their own system. Be very careful when you pay. They overcharge you and all they say was they do not know how to give me refund or credit.
