Great option if you have kids! Weekdays are usually slow in the dining area which I prefer with little ones. The strawberry lemonade is soo good. There’s something on the menu for everyone. Our waitress Anna was fantastic but the food takes awhile to come out sometimes. Overall, great time here.

Over all it was a great visit...Our waitress Kayla was so soooo super friendly and nice! So was the greeting staff. Always love to walk into a place and they are all smiling. It was semi-busy for a Friday night at 8:30. Our food was OK, nothing was over the top amazing but it all had a lot of good flavor. The drinks were very good too!

Come in 11:10 I asked the guy to sit us down. He told me let me see because kitchen, but they close maybe you’ll take it to go. I remind them. We have another 40 minutes. He real realize he said something stupid. He called somebody that person said us down the waitress came. I guess she was rushing to go home and she told me I might have to take it to go I told her the guy said us down, cause we still had time from that moment she started giving me attitude. She had no patient about helping me ordering anything. I really wanted to leave, but I was hungry.

My experience was disappointing. I ordered at 8:42 Pm. And I got my food at 9:30Pm. Food was cold, told waitress she brought me another plate but the food was not good. Im sorry but I won't came back.

Paid for onion rings was given about 4 for $6.49. Less food for the amount of money. Person who gave me the food was nice. There was not enough food for the amount of money I spent. Disappointed!

THE WINGS ARE ULTRA SMALL HERE! NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!! We're truck drivers and eat at BWW all over the states. We were so disappointed at this restaurant. The hightop was sticky, so the server moved us to the next table over. We ordered 10 all flat wings. I couldn't believe they actually served 10 itty bitty baby wings for$14!!! There was no celery or carrots served, just some "kiwi" wings on a plate. The cook didn't even throw in a few more, knowing how small they were. The only positive is that you can ALWAYS count on a cold beer at BWW. Won't be back.

I always go to this place and i order traditional wings, but this time the wings were too dry and it takes about 45 minutes to be ready, it supposed to be lemon pepper

The manager here is the least helpful human being on earth. Every time I’ve ordered here it’s consistently an issue every time. Do yourself a favor and go eat the Poughkeepsie location.

Horrible once again for about the 4th time.... I don’t understand how this place doesn’t change with professionalism. I got my wings without any type of mild sauce on them, asked the waiter(Kayla) to get them redipped & she brought a side of mild sauce after about 6 times walking pass me that my wings were cold. She asked a guy next to me what he wanted to eat before even bringing me a SIDE OF SAUCE... not napkins or anything. As a consumer I expect to eat what I’m paying for and not having to do it myself or eat food cold.

Delivery time was excessive and the order was incomplete. Food was mediocre and there was no sauce at all on one of the orders of wings. Probably the worst delivery experience I have ever had. Not sure what’s going on there, but something has gone terribly wrong today. Also, when you order via ApplePay from their site, it doesn’t allow tipping, so be sure to have cash on hand for the driver.

I had a very bad experience during my last visit. The next day, I realized I had left my wallet behind. When I called, they asked for personal information and details about the wallet and said they would verify and call me back, but no one did. I went back to the location in person. The staff member who assisted me asked several questions and then called the manager, Mr. Darrel. He also asked very specific questions about the wallet, such as where I was sitting, which made it seem like the wallet had already been found. However, he told me it was not there. I asked them to check the security cameras, but I was told they do not have access and that a third-party company handles it, with no clear timeline. This explanation did not seem reasonable to me. I then mentioned that I would contact the police. Three hours later, I was informed that my wallet had been found and placed in lost and found, hidden under something instead of being taken directly to the manager’s office. When I went to retrieve it, it was handed to me without any verification or apology. This situation raised serious concerns about professionalism and credibility.

630 on a Saturday night. Restaurant wasn’t full. Maybe 15 random tables empty. My party of 4 was told 30 minute wait because the kitchen is backed up! Hostess wasn’t seating anyone because of the slow kitchen. I said that’s normal for this location anyway. 3 other customers walked out after hearing this. How do you stay in business! I could manage this restaurant better and I have zero restaurant experience.

Management needs to step it up in this newburgh buff wings. The barmaid took my order then tended to her in boyfriend in corner forever. Got my food and one more beer then mia. I saw 2 ladies walk in front door. No one sat them. They looked around and sat themselves. Then 2 mins later came up to bar and asked for help. The 3 people i seen working there including the bar maid seemed irratated. WHERE IS MANAGEMENT. I seen no one come out and check when i was there. I was there from 11-12. This place is gonna go under w this manager. If there is one. THE FOOD WAS AWESOME. Hats off to the cooks. They deserve a raise and praise from management. If there is any.

I put in an order through the app that said the order would be ready at 5:20pm. It was not ready till after 5:40. The counter person assured me the entire order was there and once I got to my parents the order was missing an entire 20 piece wing combo. I had to spend more time and money ordering wings from pizza place when I should have already had them. Once I called all I was offered was a refund for the items I didn’t receive or for them to make the wings and I’d have to drive an hour round trip to pick them up for their mistake. I was put on hold twice, hung up on and finally after explaining it to a third manager all he could off was a refund of the combo or for $30 wing credit. This was a terrible experience and I won’t be going back. I have frequented this restaurant since they opened this location and now that I see how they treat customers when they make mistakes they have officially lost a customer
