We went for dinner. The food came fast. Our server was excellent. She offered great suggestions and was very pleasant. We have not been there in a while and to see the menue options changed with good tasting food. We will be back. It was noisy with a lot of young people, we didn't mind.

I want to give a shout out to the waitress we had, Hailey. She was so awesome! She's very attentive, engaged with us and just was a great waitress over all. She recommended the brisket burger and it was very good. She offered to refill our chips even when we were going home. Hope her manager knows what a gem she is!

Brooke was attentive on a very busy Saturday night. We had everything we needed and she was super helpful!

I am a whiskey drinker. I go out to eat alot and never find a good whiskey drink any menu. Went to Chilis and was blown away with their Jack Margarita. I believe its BlackBerry lemonade or something. Man oh man was I tempted to buy like 3 of them they were so yummy. The service provided was great. The food mediocre spicy which is great because I cant handle too much spice. The skillet meal was amazing. I have nothing bad to say about this visit. Def going back.

A couple nights ago I ordered for delivery from the Chillis website and DoorDash totally dropped the ball and wouldn’t give me a refund after a driver canceled on me after picking up my order. The manager Shana I think her name was, was so nice and went over and beyond to make things right. She started the process to give me a refund and sent something extra with my order to make up for a mistake that wasn’t even her or her crew’s responsibility. She sent a note apologizing also. Tony and I split the Trio Appetizer with Nashville Hot Mozarrella Sticks, Cheeseburger Sliders and Southwestern Egg Rolls with Ranch! Noki went with a Trio Platter also of Regular Mozarrella Sticks The Cheeseburger Sliders and Nashville Hot Chicken Fingers! She had Root Beer and I had a Non-Alcoholic Arnold Palmer Iced Tea and Tony had a large draft beer The waitress was extremely nice and attentive! Definitely recommend and if in area will go again!

I usually love this location. I am not sure if they were understaffed but something felt off with our service and those around us. I will definitely come back as this is usually not the norm for this location. If you order the Bacon Rancher Burger be aware it is A LOT of food, but it is delicious!!

Being from the UK, we had never visited Chili’s before and so didn’t know what to expect. We visited with friends on our recent trip to the States and were impressed with the quality of the food and the value for money. The “three for me” deal in particular is really great value. I had the Cajun chicken pasta and loved it. I also really liked the 2-4-1 deal on the beers, especially as I wasn’t driving!

Tonight we dined with 30 people .. including 12/14 children. Hailey was our server. I can not say enough about how fantastic she was! She was attentive, friendly and calm. Disappointed that Chili's has dropped their best hand held from the menu - the chicken bacon avocado sandwich. This was a great sandwich and every Chili's that I visited said it was a top-seller. We have not been in a while had the 2 for $25 Charlie had the Burger and the dry rub ribs. Ribs were great well seasoned moist and fall off the bone tender. The burger was very good only gave 4 stars because when asked how wanted burger done said medium. The waiter responded pink or no pink. Basically telling me the kitchen only had two ways of cooking it some VARIATION ( no telling what)of pink and a hockey puck. Appetizer we got the cheese fries that were pretty good and the desert was a warm fresh baked chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of ice cream that was pretty good as well overall was a very good meal and for $25 can't beat it

They get 3 stars because the service was good. The food was terrible. Appetizers were small and overcooked at best. The meal was sub par. I ordered a Chili's Philly. The strips of beef were few and far between, while there was about a half cup of runny cheese sauce poured on it, and literally a whole top of a green pepper...stem and all. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Went to this place after getting off of a flight into Stewart, (my family was there) honestly was a bit disappointed because the food was not the best and tasted cold and undercooked (i ordered fries and chicken tenders) the drinks were good, the service was decent i was just expecting better. My family’s food was alright but was a little cold and undercooked a bit, keep in mind it was a Friday night also so they were packed which i understand but the quality of food could’ve been better al-together honestly. Delivery driver here for Uber Eats went to go pick up an order for a Johnisha and was told someone already picked it up. Customer contacts me and says I was the 3rd person assigned to their order. After I was told the order was picked up, the person behind the counter chuckled. Don't know if they knew it was stolen and nothing is being done about it. And I know it won't be remade because that doesn't happen in this situation so I didn't even bother with it. We went in as a group of 8, I understand that’s a large amount of people but they sat us in the middle of the restaurant at a normal table meant for 4. We Had to steal another chair from one of the tables next to us bc they only grabbed 7 chairs for us. We were so cramped and had no room to put our plates or drinks. 1 person on each end and 3 on each side. At one point my plate actually fell in my lap as I was trying to cut my food. I Ordered sprite but they brought out lemonade at first. No salt or pepper on anything, had to ask for shakers at our table. Ketchup was empty, asked for ketchup, waitress pointed at empty bottle and we told her it was empty so she grabbed us a new one. Not the worst experience but definitely disappointing.

Chilis as a whole is great. We’ve never had a problem with their service and I honestly feel bad leaving a negative review but their Nashville hot crispers and Nashville mozzarella sticks were not good. So many people raved about it but honestly it was just very salty. The boneless BBQ wings are always great and would definitely recommend them.

The chili is very thick almost like a meat paste, and needs some tomato sauce or something. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were made from a box. The broccoli texture was microwaved. They do offer black bean veggie burgers. The fries were super salty. Overall everything was so salty. The drinks were fine. The service of our server Brandon was very good, he deserves all the tips.

Food was great. Service sucked. The waiters talk amongst themselves so much, that the lack of attention to its customers was horrible. I asked for a take out box 15 minutes later, I had to interrupt. I was told, I was preparing. Preparing what? So now you make homemade take-out boxes. For Real. Never going back, because I hate to leave tips if you suck at your job.

We had dinner around the six o'clock hour. We were seated right away. The restaurant was fairly empty at the time with there being people in the bar area and a hand full of tables in the restaurant area. Our waiter was good, but overly enthusiastic. He came for our order three times before we could even actually finish choosing our entree's. He was too attentive at first with diner, then not around shortly after when we actually needed something. He wasn't bad, more like Okay. The food was again, okay. Not bad, but average at best. Don't get me wrong, we ate our dinners without complaint. But it also was nothing to rave about. Now the bad part. This place is extremely loud considering there were only a few tables. There is no buffer between the restaurant and the bar. And the dozen people that were in the bar were pretty loud. Going by the volume with small amount of people in the restaurant. I cannot image how unacceptably loud it might be when more crowded. Or even just the bar. Then there was the sun. As the sun starting setting (October 2022), the sun just blasted through the unshaded windows directed at pretty much every table in the restaurant, for a half hour or so before the sun set. Maybe longer since it was like that when we were seated. I looked around and pretty much every table had the same problem. Unfortunately, I had the side that faced the sun. As such, I could see nothing and had to try little tricks to shade my face. The place has no shades, so there's nowhere to hide. So avoid dusk on a sunny day. All in all, the food was Okay. The atmosphere was for the most part, friendly. The staff seemed decent. The sun is probably only an issue at dusk. And if you like loud environments, you may be comfortable at this Chili's.

Customer Service on the phone ordering take out was good. I ordered the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo with The Jalapeño Sausage, smoke Brisket, and cheesy Bacon BBQ Chicken. The sausage was good. The smoke brisket was dry and the BBQ chicken was store bought frozen chicken breast with BBQ sauce in-between the Chicken and Cheese with Bacon. It was what it tasted like. Frozen store bought chicken breast. It was not good at all. I know this are hard times. But if I am paying over $19 dollars not including tax for this meal. I feel it should be better than that.

We were seated, and I asked the host to let my server know it was my brother’s birthday. I had sent my brother to the bathroom. I wanted it to be a surprise because his birthday isn’t until the following day. She agreed and I thought we were set. My friends and I work in the restaurant industry so we know how things usually work. First, our server came off with a little bit of attitude when taking our order. I tried ignoring it but she obviously was more interested in whatever customers she had sitting at the bar. On multiple occasions, we had to ask other employees for things, and she either stayed behind the bar or came by minutes after asking if “everything was okay”. Tips are for the server specifically, but I didn’t even feel the service was worth it. We were waiting for the birthday dessert for at least 15 minutes. I told my brother to wash his hands so I could tell another employee I wanted the birthday dessert to come out, since Grace was still laughing and talking to her customers at the bar. When it finally came out we were trying to split our check on the tablet (like we usually do). however the tablet was glitching, and like usual grace was nowhere to be found. im sorry i usually don't complain, but it was one of the worst experiences ever.

literally the worst. staff was so rude and didn’t help me at all. all they want to do is argue and cause problems. spent almost 80 dollars by myself to for beyond mediocre food that i can literally almost assure was made worse because i complained. Was told that it would be a 20 minute wait which was fine until we noticed that other large groups were walking in and being seated right away. We asked if we forgot and were told that they text the given phone number so we triple checked and there was nothing at all. Once we were seated after waiting for 45+ minutes we ended up waiting another 30 minutes for a server to even take our drink order while the couple of small tables around us were being served. The waiter was friendly, but our table was only checked on 1 time and it was at the very end of our meal. It genuinely was not busy at the time, but you would think it was. Not a good visit at all.

I will never order from thes chilis ever again some one had the nerve to bite in one of the lil burguer patty that’s very disrespectful and nasty never again

We were really disappointed with the lack of transparency at the front desk. If the receptionist had been honest about the long wait time, we wouldn’t have wasted our time—we would have gone elsewhere, especially with cranky kids in tow and considering it was my husband’s birthday. It was a frustrating and stressful start to what should have been a special day. Definitely a poor first impression.

Almost ate a long hair and waiter said my triple dipper would get deducted from the bill but wasn’t and when the manager came out she told us that it wasn’t going to be deducted in a very rude way. The least they could do for me finding a hair in my food was removing the dish from the bill.

Honestly a disappointing experience at this Chili's Our waiter was honestly booking it, he had a lot of tables and we could tell he was doing his best. He was waiting a lot of tables. I'd say he did pretty good for the weight he had placed on him. I don't believe it was his fault for the experience we had This place was clearly understaffed though. It took quite a while to place orders, and one of our friends didn't get his food till 50-60 minutes after he ordered while the rest of us finished our food. Payment was another mess as well It was around a two hour order, eat, and pay here and wouldn't recommend it. Food was mid as well tbh

Not like how it used to be. Customers don't matter here anymore. I honestly won't go back if I was starving...smh.

I was in shock when I received my food & my rice was in the paper that is placed on the tray; disgusting & unsanitary (see picture attached). I could only think that I was served like a dog on the streets. My sister order soup & was served below half of the bowl. We spoke with the manager named Riley about it. She seemed annoyed with a short fuse when responding. If that was the correct amount of the serving, we understood but not her attitude. Thankfully, our waiter Devin was pleasant, apologetic & made the rest of our stay pleasant. Hence, he was the simple reason why we stayed to finish what we started. Would I ever return? Absolutely not!

I just ordered Buffalo wings and they came almost close to regular chicken wings. It is as if someone sprinkled hot sauce on them. I'm very disappointed. I order buffalo wing not watered down Buffalo wings. I don't give bad reviews unless I'm really unsatisfied and I am. I'll eat them because I'm hungry, but come on son. I feel disrespected. ALSO ONE WING IS A CHICKEN TENDER.

If I could give zero stars then I would. Had to send my food back twice because they forgot the main 2 toppings on my burger (avocado and jalapeños) and then changed my order to a chicken sandwich. The kitchen “forgot” about my order and we waited a half hour to not get my food. I also found a piece of metal from the top of a container inside of our guacamole. We will never be going there again.

Fajito Trio - steak was practically inedible as it was way overcooked and dry. Beans were eh, so long as you like them swimming in brown, unflavorful liquid. Shrimp and chicken were edible, but definitely not noteworthy. Ribs - no fall-off-the-bone here. It was over-sauced to compensate for the poor, tough texture. Mac and cheese - dry, dry, dry. Pasta was overcooked and stuck together in clumps. Mashed potatoes - also dry and lacking of flavor. We dined during a very slow lunch as there were maybe five other tables in the restaurant. This gives zero reasons for the food to be so terrible. Spend your money elsewhere.

The server on duty was the worst! We arrived 25 minutes before the kitchen closed and only planned on getting quick appetizers. They rushed us to order and repeatedly stated that we only have 12 minutes to put orders in, drinks also because the bartender is leaving soon. They were sweeping and closing around our table, turned off the music and most lights at exactly 10 PM even though we had just started eating. We paid the bill and the server left immediately with the bartender rushing us out the door. Such poor customer service! We gave minimum tip and decided we will never return again!!!

The food was good. The customer service on the other hand was bad. The waitress who sat us down had a whole attitude. She treated other customers fine . She would recommend stuff to other people - without them asking. She was more polite to others. My boyfriend asked for napkins and she threw them on the table with an attitude. She unfortunately ruined our date.

Use to be a great place and great experience. Current management running this location into the ground. Still the company is good. Decent food for reasonable prices. My suggestion just avoid Newburgh till there is a change in management. We had an extremely minor complaint, over a slice of cheese, and the manager turned it into this big scene for no reason in the world.
