We had an amazing experience at Pappasito’s Cantina thanks to our waitress, Delia! She was so down to earth and made us feel completely welcome from the moment we sat down. She got our order exactly right, checked on us regularly without being overbearing, and her customer service was outstanding. It’s not often you come across someone who truly cares about making sure you have a great dining experience, but Delia absolutely did. We will definitely be coming back again because of her. Five stars all the way! 🌟
I had ordered a few sides dishes to go with my homemade grilled chicken from DoorDash. My order was delivered all wrong. I called Pappasito’s and spoke with a manager, Nick, he was understanding and was apologetic to my situation. He acted swiftly and professionally. He was determined to make me satisfied. This was our first time dining at Pappasito’s…I totally understand the hype!!! The food was sooooo good and the servings were huge! The staff was some of the best we’ve ever had, super attentive, cups were always full, genuinely acted like they cared about their job. We had 2 dishes that had carne asada on them and it was unbelievably tender. Everything was super fresh.
We had a great experience here. The food and drinks were fantastic. Drake the bartender gave us rockstar service. Everything they suggested we try was amazing. 10/10 would recommend!
Had an amazing experience. Service was fabulous .. Thank you Juviyah H. (Jay) ... She is new as a server and got everything perfect. Huge smile on her face and kept on checking back on us. Such a great asset to Pappasito's! The beef and chicken fajitas were wonderful.
Sat at the bar. Bartender was extremely helpful as we navigated the menu. Gave us a free queso dip because we were from out of town. It was sooooo delicious, just like everything we ate. Don't miss the Diablo shrimp or the fish tacos!

Good portion of Food everything was on point and taste awesome 😋 They vibe is great. The waitresses were very polite and on top of things if you needed something. The drinks were good we got the zombie margaritas, they were hitting the spot. Mostly definitely going back again.

I had my retirement party there on March 20. Service was fantastic, Pierre and Ari took great care of our party of 20! The food was awesome, management stopped by to make sure all was going well. Overall a great experience! Thank you for making my party memorable!

Haylee was our most excellent waitress! She took care of us! The Coronado combo dish my husband rated at a 3.5 stars-I had chipotle shrimp on-top of a pile of rice…served with black beans. My rating is about the same as his (3.5)! The salsa was just so-so. I highly recommend you get the salsa verde -it was only an extra $1.95 and definitely worth every penny! I truly wanted the redfish meal but $37.00 is a bit over priced!!!!!!
Our server was Chris and may I just say he was super polite and attentive. This was my first time coming here and everything was amazing. We got the Medium mixed fajitas and it was more than enough for two. The meat was so juicy and tender and so savory! 😋 The flour tortillas were out of this world! So soft and fluffy and delicious! To finish off we got the Tres Leches dessert and it was perfect. It was just the right amount of sweetness and had a generous amount of milk. This is my new favorite place! 😍

The food was delicious, especially the beef, which was flavorful and cooked perfectly. However, the chicken was on the dry side, and the side portions were a bit small. Overall, I enjoyed the meal and would consider returning.
It was my first time eating here with a friend, and we were just unsure what to eat. I wish there was more pictures of the meals or a tablet that has images of the various meals to choose from. Our only cons was the guacamole wasn't fully chopped, and the tortillas had hair on them. The Manager Alex stopped by our table before we left. We respectfully informed him of the good and the unfortunate things about what we ordered. He immediately apologized and spoke to the waitress. He walked over and gave us two $25.00 gift cards due to the slight issues with our orders. We will be back again due to Mr. Alex and the delicious food. See pictures with my posting.
This carryout visit was ok except a bit long of a wait. I had a big order so I guess it's understandable. The host was super nice. The place was clean and people were socially distanced and masked up. I received the text message updates while I waited in my car. A nice guy brought my order to me and I'm gone. I was here last week with my family. We love the food so we try to dine in when we can. This establishment has terrible management and leadership. I watch the servers get treated so disrespectfully and it’s allowed. Management has no backbone. These guests are extremely rude and entitled and guess what? They are allowed to stay. How is that? So my dining experience is ruined because I have to listen to them yell at servers as if their jobs aren’t hard enough (positive they don't tip) so what’s the gain? And where is management? Nowhere to be found. These guests should be permanently banned or asked to leave immediately. I guess money means more than the wellbeing of the staff. Do better Pappasitos!
My experience at this restaurant was terrible. The service was extremely slow, the staff was inattentive and unprofessional. The food arrived cold, poorly prepared, and badly presented. On top of that, the place did not look clean or organized. It is definitely not worth the money or time. I do not recommend it to anyone and I will not be coming back.
