They have been delivering us food at our jobsite every week and always on time. Rozy has delivered our food and even made sure to find us when she was given the wrong address. Great service. Definitely recommend this location.

Love my witches here. They always make the orders to perfection. All my customization specifications have been religiously applied every single time. Great staff... very courteous and extremely hospitable. Just in three or four orders they get to know you as a valuable customer and start paying attention to your like and dislikes. This is one of my most visited spots for lunch in the tunnel. The line may seem long during the rush lunch hour... but trust me... they are usually fast. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes even during their worst days in all my visits so far. Try them, if you haven't yet done so! You'll enjoy the experience.

I absolutely love to go to this location. For one it is right by job and they just have the best customer service. They make your sandwich with efficiency and it always taste great. I am pretty sure they will be around for quite a while.

I just ordered a sandwich off the menu and added one extra item. Didn’t know that I had to mark all the items on the bag for the sandwich I ordered. So I got a dry sandwich with gyro meat and banana peppers, the rest of the ingredients left off. I thought that was the point of ordering something off the menu if you are okay with what’s listed that is supposed to be on it…

This location seems to have a 50% defect rate on sandwiches. Over the course of 6 feet they mix up the sandwiches from the order. How can a deli shop employee look at tuna and think its an italian grinder?

$17.50 for a small sandwich that was supposed to have five meets and three cheeses but was so thin it seemed as if I was only eating bread. Never again.

I received a gift on my app from Valentine's Day and today was the last day to redeem it. I came to the store at 1001 Louisiana tunnels to get some assistance because I don't know what it covers or how to use it. While the staff were polite and courteous to me they didn't understand how to use it either. Why doesnt staff know and understand the promos? I spent 20 minutes of my lunch sitting there trying to figure it out by myself. No one checked on me no one even attempted to try to help me after my initial questions. You can't click on the promo and it doesn't give you any information not even in the email I was sent. Thank you.
