I had no idea that Ding Tea was a chain restaurant, and I’m so glad it is. It’s the cutest little bubble tea shop I’ve ever seen. They have plenty of indoor seating, and many people were there studying on laptops, as it’s also close to a local college. They had so many options to choose from. I had never tried a lychee drink before, so I went with their peach green tea and, of course, had to add boba. You get to choose your sweetness and ice levels, which I really appreciate. I wish more places offered this option since I prefer my drinks on the sweeter side. The staff was super friendly, and my drink came out quickly. This makes it perfect for grabbing a quick drink on the go or hanging out with a friend. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Spacious, friendly staff, clean and good ambiance. I got Hokkaido Oolong Milk Tea which is not too sweet. Tiramisu foam is just okay. The quality is same as other locations. Will def come back
The tea was really good ! i got a passion fruit green tea with lychee jelly and it’s the best combo of sweet and bitter from the green tea. Everyone was super sweet and friendly! 10/10 would come again

I’m usually a taro milk tea person, but decided to try their mango yogurt w/ cheese foam and egg pudding (less sweet) - a risky order for a new place but it turned out perf. Would definitely come back. I also appreciate that they’re open earlier than other boba places in the area.

The customer service reps are sooo sweet here. Their boba is bomb bomb. So is their brown sugar milk tea. You can adjust the sweetness and everything else you want to change to your liking without feeling guilty like you're putting them out. They actually encourage you to order it how you want it, the way you like. The location is very clean and spacious.
Ding Tea is easily the best tea shop in the city...and at this point I've tried several throughout the valley and downtown. This location just opened and like the others, the service is friendly and quick, the shop is super clean...and the tea is of course excellent. Their menu includes iced teas, milk teas (cold or hot) and flavored teas. There are plenty of toppings from standards like: boba and grass jelly, to less common ones like sea foam and red bean.
Great service and nice and clean interior. I really love how they allow you to choose your level of sweetness on your drink order, as sometimes other places make drinks way too sweet. I will be revisiting here again!

Excellent tea!!! There are a variety of different types of teas, and your choices of levels of Sweetness. I love it normal, not added sugar because I'm a diabetic, but my son loves his tea very sweet so he added 50%. All teas are customized to your preferences, perfect for everyone with different taste buds to enjoy. I highly recommend this location, excellent service and a good place to hang with friends on a hot day. 🔥 They also have very delicious hot teas!!!
Wonderful customer service. The ladies here were patient while we were making our decision. Love the recommendations for sweetness level, the lady completely understood us. Kids said their drinks were DELICIOUS in the end. Very on point with the DingTeas in SGV.
Drove buy and was in the mood for boba, wanted to give this place a try and it was SO GOOD! I got the peach lychee tea and I’m already craving another one. It’s also really cute inside too - definitely give this a try if you’re on reseda

Just tried Ding Tea for the first time today. Staff was incredibly friendly and the store was clean. I ordered the signature milk tea with golden boba, no modifications. The milk tea was fresh and absolutely incredible, some of the best I’ve ever had. The golden boba was just okay, it doesn’t seem to be cooked properly because it was quite firm and more chewy than boba should be. I will be back to give them another try! UPDATE: I’ve been back many times since my original reviews. The teas are still incredible, their boba is an 8/10 for me but much improved from the first visit.

Some drinks are decent, and the boba isn't bad. But the consistency between different workers is not good. For paying $7-8 per drink, service really should be a lot better. It shouldn't be a crapshoot to have your drink made well.

This place sucks!!! Also the giveaway was fake and also a bunch inexperienced kids work here! Also the boba was poorly made. Not chewy very hard as well. And tasteless and tastes too artificial I'll go to Holy sheep it a long way but worth. This place is trash.
I’m very disappointed today I always come here for my matcha milk tea …..😡but today the person who’s made it he forgot the ice, he put water instead of Milk and I’m very upset. that’s the reason sometimes business loses customers.

I'm a fan of this boba shop but the baristas who work on Saturday 8, they were so rude, they asked me if I want toppings and I said sea cream, If sea cream is on the list on the menu, then why did they start laughing, and saying gossip?
