Aside from the renovation they did about 6 years ago, it's about the same as it's always been. The only 24 hour Dunkin (only 24 hour restaurant) in the area. They keep it clean inside and you'll find the same locals there.

Definitely my favorite Dunkin Donuts in my neighborhood. The employees are great and my order is always correct. I have a Dunkin Donuts in the shopping center across from my house, but i rather drive to this location.

There is a young man who does the window in the morning who is so full of energy and nice ( he wears a NY Mets mask) it’s so nice to be greeted in a happy way I’ll get his name next time, he’s a true asset!!!

I live in Norwood. I took my children and her friends to Norwood Dunkin' Donuts - they had no donuts and the place looked pitiful. I still bought half a dozen. They had strawberry sprinkles and chocolate crème and strawberry frosting donut and no munchkins. My husband wanted a pumpkin donut so I decided to go to Northvale dunkin in the hopes their selection was way better Their service was awesome and their donuts were stocked and they had munchkins!!! I also went inside, it's a much cleaner place and newer!!! and their donuts just looked fresher, not like all beat up. Worth the extra two minute drive from Norwood.

I have never been a "fan" of DD employees. For whatever reason, they're not usually friendly people. Well, guess what? THIS location (The drive through) has the FUNNIEST, NICEST people working there! I love coming here.

PUMPKIN SPICE IS BACK!!! ☕🍁I guess they realized it's a big deal and released it early. It's the only time of year I'm eager to pay someone for coffee I can make at home for 60 cents. 😂😊🙄

First time visiting for breakfast. Food came out fine but the wait time was really bad.

TODAY - THIS place has some major issues with service and employee who doesn't know how to make the drinks. Ordered a signature latte iced and it was made by a young boy who was too busy with his phone and eating his food rather than a paying customer. Ordered the drink in drive thru, he didn't put cinnamon or caramel on top of whipped cream. I asked him if he could kindly add. He took cup and added the two. After leaving, tasted bitter, worst iced latte we've had. Drove back to gas station entrance and entered. Employee was eating and playing with phone. I asked him if he could remake or something. He refused basically and said "I'll add more syrup". He did not stir it after adding the carmel so I had to reach over the counter and take a spoon and stir myself. Took it back to the car. Tried it again. It was horrible, tasted like Carmel Water!! This Dunkin usually has fabulous young lady, but haven't seen her in a few months. And she knows what she's doing to perfection. Unfortunately, today was a disappointment. Only reason that I gave 3 Stars is because usually it's a fantastic drive thru with people who know how to be civilized to customers. Time was 7:20pm

Told me to pull up to the parking lot to wait for my food, then it’s been a while we came in and they didn’t even start making the food. A manger needs to be there in the afternoon.

I just encountered a not so smart cashier named Archie. My suggestion is that he doesn’t deal with the public. I asked him kindly if he would throw away a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee cup that was empty and he said no he could not do that, I could see not taking another company’s trash. I asked him if he could take it so I had room for my two new coffee’s. And to boot he forgot our straws, and didn’t get our coffees correct, so needless to say due to our incredibly poor customer service I will never ever give that Northvale Dunkin’ Donuts my business again.

There is a an old lady in the morning shift who messed up order at first gave Croissants instead of Wraps. Then when I corrected she gave me 6 croissants instead of 8 croissants which I did not count and when I told her that I am missing two she said that she gave me 8. Also, I told them to check cameras and find out the truth they said they don’t have the access.

Don't ever order from here, especially later in the day You will be given cold, rock solid bagels and watered down coffee by workers that don't care for their customers Spend your money at the Old Tappan or Norwood locations instead

Worst experience ever. Paid for the food I never got. I ordered one avacado toast with tomatoes and one hash brown. Had to wait for 15 minutes to get my order as they either forgot about my order or prioritized driveway and other customers. When I got the order it was wrong. They gave me avacado bacon sandwich and pale hash browns. I am a vegetarian and they served me bacon which I got to know after taking a bite. I returned the order and had to leave without any food. I have to spend my lunch time and rest of day hungry because of them.
