I must admit I’ve gone to this place on several occasions to do my eyebrows but never got my nails done there because usually the techs are busy so I go elsewhere. Today was the first day I did my nails there dip manicure and I’m blown away! Their technique is so much more cleaner neater than other places. My nails came out so beautiful even my husband complimented them as soon as he saw them which he has never done all the years I spent going to another place. I highly recommend Sky Spa if you want to pamper yourself. Ha does a wonderful job on my eyebrows but now I see she is a perfectionist at nails to so they have a customer for life!!

They’ve changed out the odd bench seats with soaking sinks and put in traditional pedicure chairs. I had a great, long lasting g pedicure for a good price. With so many options in Norwood, I would definitely recommend it.

Swan micro bladed my eyebrows. They are perfect. She took the time to map them out and confirmed with me each step to make sure I liked the shape and color. She really knows her skills.

This is my favorite nail place! I have been to so many places nail places and nothing beats Sky Spa. The pricing is amazing and the quality of service is unbeatable. I see Kim and she is always so thorough and detailed. I always leave happy. I have moved further away from them but I keep going back because I can't find a better place to go, it is always worth the trip.

Love this place! Everyone is so nice and friendly. The rooms are very clean. Great color selection for gel, dazzle dry, and regular nail polish. I've had my eyebrows waxed a few times and they came out very nice.

The staff here is excellent! Everyone I spoke with is warm and friendly. I just got a dip manicure by Linh she was fantastic. She did such a great job and took great care of me. Will be back soon.

So this review is coming from a very picky person when it comes to her nails . I made an appointment with Cindy and messaged swan to let her know what I want and how I want them and she was so patient, listened to my needs and assure me that I will be happy with the outcome . I got to my appointment today and I was greeted with warm welcoming greet from swan and she told me she will check on me before I finish to make sure I get what I want . I had Cindy she was so friendly and took her time which I love that . I can tell she was learning the Russian manicure but she did amazing . the part that got me was how swan came to check on me and made sure my nails are how I want them and encouraged Cindy and saying how great her work was and good job . Hearing a compliment from your boss on your work is huge and makes huge difference. Cindy did amazing and this picky girl loves her nails . I def recommend the place you wouldn’t regret it and you will never go any other place .

Mia has been doing my pedicures for a year, and she is amazing! I recommend booking her for the tropical pedicure. She takes her time and does such a great job!

This was my first time at Sky Spa and I’m so glad I went! Sofia did my Gel X nails and she was amazing—so talented, precise, and caring. She really listened to what I wanted and even worked with me until we found the perfect color. I’ve honestly never loved my nails this much, and I could tell she truly cares about her clients. I’m not from around here and needed a pedicure. I decided on doing a matching gel mani/pedi. The pedicure looks great (so far) but the gel manicure completely peeled off within 1 day. I noticed that compared to my normal nail salon, the nail tech had missed a few steps and didn’t cure the nail for the appropriate time. Very disappointed

Great pedicure! Manicure not so much. It was rushed with cold water for soaking. I was passed off to a second person to finish with the polish. After hearing and reading all the great reviews I had high hopes but was let down.

It's been a week 😪 low quality work and products.

It was a bad experience because the girl on the phone name Gabriela was being disrespectful and was bossing me and just being unprofessional she should be fired asap and also was trying to hurry me because she is very impatient and rude I do not recommend this place

I’ve been going here for 2yrs and this will be the last. This place was so good, i went today after a while of not going and is a crazy mess. The receptionist seem so young with ZERO customer experience. Called me twice with no professionalism, to go in earlier and then to go in late and blamed me saying they did not called me. They’re so unorganized now. Manager is amazing but need to change her employees and they way they work because they mess everything up.
