Was disappointed that they couldn't break a $100 bill so someone else in my party had to pay with a credit card and we sat outside to enjoy our coffee and pastries. We spilled a coffee outside and when reported that we needed a mop I was acknowledged by an employee but no one showed up to mop it and we had to sit there in our mess. Not good business.

Location Oakdale F & Yosemite. I had a mobile order with 4 items - they put 1 food item up then I watched as 5 drive thru orders and 8 counter orders were taken and fulfilled- they apologized and had the audacity to blame it on being behind - which was obviously incorrect when new orders were being fulfilled. I typically avoid this location specifically because everytime they my order is sidelined when new orders come in.

Came to the drive thru on Thursday 7/24/25 at around 9:30am, and all I can say is wow. Which manager decided it was a good idea to hire this specimen? What a complete mess. Rude as all get out. I literally ordered 2 lattes. One was rudely handed to me with a sleeve and the next one without. She was so unpleasant I was actually afraid to ask for the missing sleeve on my hot drink. I'll be going back to the new Sbux on the west end of town, where they seek to hire people who actually enjoy working there (or they are good at hiding their attitude).

This store used to be managed so much better. The cleanliness of this store is lacking. Last night my husband and I went there to kill time while waiting for the kids. The floor was so sticky where you order my shoes were sticking to it. The barista apologized. It was clear something was spilled but in the hour we sat there during the 6pm hour, not one employee grabbed a hot bucket of soapy water to clean it. If the store was busy…I’d understand, if this was a rare event, I’d give them a pass but it seems every time I’ve come here in the last year the store is dirty, whether it’s the floor or the tables. It makes me question the clean of the backend of the store. It’s also not a welcoming environment and the music was obnoxiously loud limiting one’s ability to hold a meaningful conversation without have to ask about repeating words. This is not a preferred location, I prefer the location down the street but they close early because of staffing issues.

The barista was not happy about my request for a pour over. He said it would take 10 minutes. When I got my coffee, it was over full and the lid was not on all the way so when I picked it up it spilled everywhere. I was not offered any help cleaning up the mess as the manager and 3 other baristas watched. Someone really needs to teach these people customer service.

This Starbucks must be from another planet. The drive through line is always super long and slow. I have sat in line for over 30 mins on the norm. As have many of my friends. Even when the line is short they take forever, that's even when the inside is closed. The drinks are usually not good. I have had to have them replaced a couple times because they weren't drinkable. I am not a picky person in general. Not sure what they are worried about, good customer service or quality products...doesn't seem like either. Hope things change, it is a convenient location. But if you are driving through town and want a starbucks go to the one further down F St, next to McDonald's.

Starbucks is an absolute rip-off, preying on caffeine addicts with their outrageously overpriced menu. A simple coffee costs more than a meal at some places—$5 for a small black coffee is criminal when you can brew better at home for pennies. Their fancy drinks, like a $7+ Frappuccino or latte, are just sugar-loaded scams with a side of whipped cream to distract you from the mediocre coffee underneath. The sizes are a joke too—calling a tiny cup a "tall" doesn’t fool anyone. They’ve turned a basic necessity into a luxury good, and the inconsistent quality across locations makes it even worse. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Extremely Rude, We will never go to this location again. Corporate needs to take a look and listen to this location, even the managers need some cs training. Unbelievable 🙄

I’ve been going for couple years, some good workers before but lately it’s not like it use to be. When I order something exactly how I’ve always ordered it don’t try and change it to something I didn’t ask for. Y’all want to ask for a tip but can’t even fill my cup up. Even the drive thru lady did a double take but still handed me my drink. Did y’all take a drink or something. Do better

Normally the staff is kind & considerate of people but idk what the deal was with the staff working this morning their attitude and rudeness was not what I wanted to be dealing with at the start of my day. Being rude and working in customer service is not a good combination and I hope that gets worked on.
