All I wanted was ketchup. I had to take attitude for it. Another one bites the dust! Never again.

Had a customer drop a sit on me okay that happens I get it I asked for napkins from an employee the employee just stared at me like I was crazy and that I didn't need napkins even though he dropped a huge soda all over my pants in my purse. So now I'm going to work all sticky which is not what I was planning on doing their employees are rude and stuck up because all I'm asking for is a neck and I'm not asking for anything else how hard is it to hand over a napkin they're less than $1 a napkin. And if you didn't have napkins you could have just handed me some paper towels and then they just stared at the spill and didn't even move to clean it up. Won't be back. Not to mention my order was cold.

This place is a joke they are so unprofessional and rude. The use lots of profanity and yell at each other about stuff that has nothing to do with McDonald's. This is by far the worst McDonald's in the country. Good luck I can't amage how much money they loose from people not coming back and it's located in a Rich neighborhood.

I have not had a single decent experience at this location. Don't come here, the service is awful, slow, and they get stuff incorrect constantly

Ordered two 10 piece nuggets meals for the kids, got home and was missing, (of course) an order of fries. Way to go guys, you're always messing something up and it's getting too expensive to shop at McDonald's anymore

Why open at 6am / 7am if you aren’t going to to be ready to serve customers? This location is always about 30 minutes late “opening” and will tell you to come back later. Ridiculous

Manager in the morning is obnoxiously rude. Beepers have been beeping for alarms on the food for over 10 mins and she's just refusing to take orders and there is nobody in the lobby or drive thru. Was extremely rude to the door dash driver. Locked the lobby at 7am with plenty of staff. Order was over 15 mins delayed and I was the only person in the store. Which is a let down because all other food places in the area are so nice.

Ordered curbside, 30min nobody came. Door locked, had to queue in the drive through. Worst experience. Needed 50min in total to get my food.

I know this is McDonald's and you get what you pay for but stay away from this location. It is the absolute worst. Waited over 26 mins for a drive through order which still came out incorrect. Told them to keep it and left empty handed. That's ten bucks and 26 mins of my life I'll never get back.

I order JUST an orange juice while I was waiting for a doordash order to be made and the medium sized lady yelled at me claiming I couldnt order a drink while doing a delivery. I'm pregnant and just wanted a drink. Hope she got to be the one to clean it up. XD

Sausage biscuit was hard and old. I could have broken a window with it. Hash browns tasted disgusting. Lady working the counter was not nice and unhelpful. Overall everything sucked.

If you Doordash here, you'll be waiting for 15 minutes while the whole time your order is ready but sitting behind the counter. They see you, but they just don't care. They need to start converting these stores to fully automated.

I usually visit this place once a week but i will be going somewhere else now the service is getting terrible i they take 2 min before they even said hi at the drive thru than they make me repeat my order 4 times than pull to the window the girl ask me again i said 4 Mac chicken add tomatoes and ketchup she don't even print my ticket or nothing i get home and this is what I get tomatoes and ketchup only mc Donald's use to be good service but not any more

Absolute GARBAGE service. Friday night 2/15/19 @ 940pm. I was 3rd in line at the drive through, took 22 minutes to get my food. The person taking my money opened the window and just held out her hand. When I got my food 5 minutes later st the second window I asked the employee for Ketchup ( my order was a medium fry, 4 piece nugget and a Big Mac). When I got home the fries weren’t even close to warm, the Big Mac had no onions and no pickles. I got a singular packet of ketchup. Just 1. That’s it. So I made the decision to go to McDonalds over ordering a burger from a burger place (even that’s what Mcdonakds is) to save time since it was late and I got; cold fries, an order completely botched and a single packet of ketchup. I rarely eat fast food but thought I would get a quick bite tonight, I will never eat Mcdonakds again and definitely avoid this location. The phone rang for over 2 minutes when I called to complain. The franchise owner should be ashamed their business is run this way.
