They're suddenly sending the wrong orders; apparently, their menu isn't updated on the delivery apps, and they're just sending whatever they feel like. Instead of contacting the customer and asking how they can replace what they ordered if it's out of stock, the service leaves much to be desired.

Subway Oaxaca y Subway México (país) deberían poner atención en el servicio, estas chicas que atienden lo menos que tienen es servicio al cliente, abruptamente te gritonean "sino no te vendo" como si un favor nos estuvieran haciendo, que lamentable que un inversionista ponga su dinero en manos de personas incapaces de atender.

A real disgrace. We found a pigeon feather inside the fries in our Subway order. It was totally unhealthy and disgusting. But the worst part wasn't just that: the customer service was terrible. Instead of offering a responsible solution, they only refunded us the money for the fries and didn't even offer a real apology. They treated us with a rude attitude and zero professionalism. We find it unacceptable that a chain like Subway doesn't take hygiene and respect for its customers seriously. Not only should they have refunded the full amount of the order, but someone should have stepped up with a formal apology and a real solution. I won't be returning, and I certainly don't recommend it. If this happens to other customers and is so easily ignored, it's very worrying.

Horrible service, I've never been served like this at any national or international Subway. They didn't want to give me any spicy food because they only have the ingredients listed on the menu. I told them I would pay for it and still didn't. I then asked them which Subway had spicy food and they told me none, so why do they want spicy food? The worst thing is that they're super mean-spirited. They even asked a foreigner who was behind me what he wanted. How infuriating that they're like that. I paid for it too, and they didn't give me anything. 😡

I visited this Subway a few days ago and had a lovely sandwich, served by a friendly and warm member of staff. I decided to visit again today, and had the misfortune of being served by Claudia. Not only did her customer service skills leave a lot to be desired, I received a sandwich consisting of 90% lettuce. Sauce and other salad were refused, for a sandwich costing 155 pesos? My advice - stay away.

Terrible place to eat. They ration too much of what they serve, even taking away vegetables. They don't provide any answers regarding billing. They should file a complaint with the Tax Administration Service. Not at all recommended.

The bill never arrives, they just limit themselves to sending you an email but they never send you the bill for your consumption, so if you buy there you already know that you will not have any way to prove that expense.
