I've been here several times and have never been disappointed with their service or food! The atmosphere is always friendly, music playing, food tastes amazing and you get a lot for your money. My favorite thing is that every waiter/waitress are always and I mean always available to assist you whether they are assigned to your table or not.

Found Ben's while searching through Google for an all seafood place that serves crawfish, lobster and crab legs. My husband and I decided to try them out and we love this place! The food and drinks are amazing, the decor is really nice and the atmosphere is great! Great food at a great price!!!

It’s very rare when I write reviews while eating , but man this place is awesome. There is certain things can be better like (corn) but definitely worthy and price is good . Also I do have to mention guy with tattoo on left arm also nice lady with him ,who was eating his clam but since we was waiting for long time he checked 3 times to ensure that we get out seats . Thank you

Love, love, love this place!! The food was ON POINT! Oh man!!! The decor, the selection of music playing in the background the friendly and kind staff; all contributed to one of the best outings I've had all year!!! Kudos to Donny and his team!!! AQ in the building!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We went on a weekday so it’s just me and my friend in the restaurant. We got boil seafoods and strawberry margarita. The drink was very strong and i love it! Its not the same on a weekends tho. The seafood sauce is salty and thick. I will try other flavors next time.

I ate here recently with my family because we really wanted seafood. So the pluses are that it’s a large restaurant with easy parking, lots of seating and great customer service. The food was delicious but the only reason for four vs five stars is the quantity. The portions could have been a bit bigger, but overall an excellent restaurant.

Nice place. Good drinks, good food and good service. The only issue I have is I told our server June not to add the tip on my card and gave her $40 cash tip. When I went to sign my bill and $40 was added on my bill with my credit card as well. But June did take care of me and my bestie very well.

We enjoy oysters and cocktails as well as full meals. The food is really good. Cocktails are potent. It may be a little loud, especially on Friday nights but the DJ makes it fun!

Really good seafood. The service is outstanding. Our waiter, who my cousin and her friends know, was really friendly and on point with everything. He kept offering us drinks and even some on the house. The food is outstanding and delicious. The whole place feels like a shack house with the decor. I'd love to go back again, but I live too far. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

A friend kept on talking about this place and said I should check it out. From the outside, I was not impressed, but I reserved judgement until after the experience. The first thing that stood out was the elevator. I wasn't expecting that in such small space. The staff was nice and everyone greeted us that looked in our direction. The issue really, I wasn't sure whose working there, since the staff seem to be in regular clothes, no uniforms. While they do make you feel comfortable, I felt like a stranger a kept reaching for my plate. After, the 2nd or 3rd time of them checking up on us, I started to recall faces. The setting seems a little dated and the ombiance could use a makeover. The menu is a little confusing since the appetizers could serve as the main course, due to the sizeable proportions. I am guessing they slim down the menu to focus on take-out orders. The establishment is clean, there is also a patio for folks the like the open air. I saw two fully stocked bars but I'd have to return for the lobster and crab combo to let you know if the bartender got skills. On my exit, we met the hostess on a chair by the elevator but again without a uniform. It seem like another young lady lost on her cell phone. Call me a glutton for punishment but I'm going back. Maybe, I caught them on a bad day.

Food is excellent and the staff try to make sure your dining experience is enjoyed. The only reason I chose to give three stars because the owner comes around rushing you as soon as you finish your meal to leave. It should state there is a seating time limit if this is the case. Omg I’ve patronized this place for years, this was the first time I’m completely disappointed. The food was absolutely disgusting. The crab legs are not fresh it’s not hard to tell. They were absolutely nasty. I’ve never had an issue with them before. I never going back there. $60 wasted
