I ordered for my annual Christmas party held at my residence. I had 44 people and my order was done to perfection! All the guests enjoyed your food. When I arrived to pick up my food, Austin, was so helpful and kind. He asked if I needed anything else and was so accommodating. He even carried my order and placed it the car for me! Thank you so much for the great experience and I will highly recommended your catering services to my friends.
Loved the service! The person serving us was Eduardo and let me tell you, that guy was super nice and pleasant to deal with! He also put such a huge portion of food that we all were able to eat only half! Compared to lots of other pandas I have attended,this one has had the best service and portions so far.
I have always love this location, the staff have always been so helpful and generous with portions! They have always greeted me nicely and have always been respectful, I have seen other customers try to berate them and be rude, yet they keep their cool and calm demeanor!
The girls at front are always very friendly and pleasant to deal with when i go in there to order. If someone requests something that is out or being made they offer a free drink for the wait when they don't even have to. I appreciate this place.
Hands down the best Panda in San Diego county. Fried rice has lots of egg pieces, sweet and sour is perfectly balanced, grilled chicken is super juicy, orange chicken is crunchy, and orange sauce is nice and thick! Excellent all around!
Standard panda express. I have had lunch and dinner here multiple times and have never had a problem. Staff is always very kind and moves quickly. Double Orange Chicken and Chow Mein. Good stuff.
Really happy with the service here. Most places don't let you ask for specifications on the meals, but the crew here was really nice. They also had brown rice, so it's back! 5 star team here. My boys will actually enjoy the food! Cheers

So I love this Panda Express. I came in almost a year ago and there was this awesome manager and his name is slipping me...I had not been for awhile and then went and Odalys and Andrew were so super nice and answered all my questions that now I go to Panda a couple of times a week sometimes just to get a side because I have to watch what I eat. But I love going there just because everyone is so nice - it can be a great place to grab a bit and decompress. Thanks for being so cool to the rest of the staff as well.

We came from AZ to visit and the staff in this restaurant were one of the best things we encountered in California. They were all super nice and offered an excellent service. They made us feel welcome when we mentioned we were visiting from AZ. Thank you guys for your wonderful hospitality and 5-star service. They were all bilingual, which is Great! 👍🏻 They interact with the clientele with a smile, in both English and Spanish. That is a PLUS!

Great staff, very clean store, can get pretty busy at times, so choose your lunch break wisely and plan ahead, or just order ahead online and skip the line! I see some complaints of slow wait times and portion sizes, but these things can be easily overcome by forward thinking people, like ordering online, or speaking with an employee about your portions before you eat or depart. Still a problem cause you’re at home? Take a photo, keep the receipt, and they are more than happy to fix the problem! Most people are quick to bash places due to a one off visit, but this place is actually much better than a few of the others in the area, and not as crazy busy. I’ve been to this location about 15-20 times over the last year and I’ve only had one issue with portions, and it was easily rectified when I brought it up. Plus the food is always fresh when it’s busy.
Amazing service from this location! David was amazingly patient and helpful when I called following an order I was unhappy with. I absolutely recommend this location. Mistakes can happen, but if they happen here, they will do everything in their power to make it right. Thank you again David!
I was impressed by the customer service and the quality of food at this Panda Express. The restaurant is clean and the workers were grinding to get my order out. I've been to a few Panda's in the area and this one has been the best. The management and workers deserve the 5 star review.

They always let city bus drivers use their restrooms. Thank y'all for that!!! We of course don't have restrooms on board and we don't work in an office setting so your willingness to let us use your restrooms is a blessing. I had to wait 15 minutes for my food. The restaurant was very busy. Or maybe their short staff. There seem to be some confusion between the walk up customers and the people who ordered on line. People was walking up and jumping in front of people standing in line. Just because they order online, they can jump in ahead of everybody in line? The guy working in the front taking orders don't seem to know what was going on. Or perhaps he was being overwhelmed. He looked like he was new on the job. The restaurant needs better organization. The food was good.
Their food is covered in oil and fat. Not my favorite chain but my mom loves it but it’s not healthy. Noodles are dry, some of their sauces are salty, and not much of a variety of fresh veggies.
We went there because of the commercials with the fiery shrimp and beef and they tried to give me what was the bottom of the bowl with one shrimp , say the first picture and I said that's not going to work he was pretty much a disaster we got black tea to drink and they have no sugar no sweeteners I wouldn't go back

Teriyaki chicken and Brocoli and beef were not available around 4:10 pm and we were told to wait a least 15 mins but ended waiting more than 30mins Their air conditioner was way to cold, had to put xtra jackets on my kids while waiting for our already paid meals... place looks clean at least 👌 but definitely way too cold to enjoy dining in, ended going to the outside tables..

I normaly eat Panda at this location, not any more! Had to wait in line for a bit as usual, no problem. Get to the cashier and she is trying to give me a receipt from the previous customer. After I paid she handles me the bag with the to go plate sideways. I decided to opened it and sure enough, food was everywhere inside the box. She redid the plate herself with attitude and did not put the same amount of food as before. Told her that I wanted my money back due to way she treated customers. She did give me the money in cash and said thanks.
After having placed an order online months ago that no one bothered to prepare for pickup, I decided to give this location another try. This time I didn’t bother to order ahead but when I arrived at 7pm on a weeknight, there was barely any food available. The chow mein and 3 of the 4 entrees I wanted were either completely gone or on their way. The staff was nice enough but they just don’t seem to be on top of things here.
I walked in and ready to order and no one said hello or anything. I was completely ignored. All the employees were so excited from their manager or lead (whoever wears the black shirt) bringing them starbucks. The there were a couple employees that could’ve taken my order but chose to pay more attention to their Starbucks. I rather go to a different location than this place.
This is the laziest Panda. They seem like every order is a challenge and too hard to do.. "Oh, we, don't have white rice...and we can't make more. I can mix what is left over from the white rice with the left over brown rice". They always close up and stop making dishes long before the store closing time. The trays never have anything fresh, they have to make a new order of every item every time, then act like it is a big inconvenience for them to do so. And, when they aren't acting like that, they are telling us that they can't make something, because they don't anymore if some ingredient. Every time we go there, there is only one person taking orders, and one cook. The rest of the staff are always pretending to "clean" while they flirt with the Chipotle staff who come over and take their breaks inside of Panda Express. Horrible service.
This place is not good, we’ve ordered apple pie rolls and we didn’t received it. I’ve called and all they say on the phone is “ Hello” Really?? Wow what a good service this place is.
ok so its the super bowl and the employees are probably upset they have to work but they didn't get the order correct, apparently they have no white rice and I guess they are running short of food as they didn't give full portions. the employees didn't care that they weren't filling the order correctly or that they didn't stock a Chinese food standard of white rice. An apology would have been nice, service would have been better, having their normal food would have been great, all were absent
How can you be rude to a disabled person, by denying them use of your fully functioning restroom—which is completely against ADA regulations. This store is headed for a lawsuit!!!
Came to buy 1 bowl that cost $6.80 and i was charged $21.22. Odalys charged me for 2 plates and told me that we can get the second plate free the next day even though I paid for the second plate. I don’t live in that area so I declined the offer I just wanted the extra money back, I was not being rude about the situation but, Odalys was being very rude for no reason. They gave us $12 back.
The manager was extremely rude and aggressive towards me for no apparent reason. Unfortunately I don't remember her name. I would advise anyone to take their hard earned money elsewhere. China Fusion is less than a mile away and they have better food with superior service.
My first time coming to this panda and all I wanted was a medium cup . I was standing there for a good 10 minutes the cashier ignored me the whole time ! A lady next to me asked for the bathroom key cause she was also standing there waiting and I looked over at the cashier and she rolled her eyes the person cooking had to give it to her .. after that I left but that cashier shouldn’t be trying customers like that I will not be coming here again .
What's the point of ordering online, being guaranteed a time to pick up, then still having to wait 20 minutes while everyone else is being helped, including online orders that came in after mine. Not to mention the girl working didn't even acknowledge me, and finally, after almost 10 minutes, another worker stepped in to help. Finally got home, to a bag full of spilled teriyaki sauce because the lid wasn't on. I even specified we didn't need teriyaki sauce. Very disappointed and frustrated with this location.
ordered on uber eats, i don’t know if it’s pandas fault or uber but they forgot all the sauces and forks. very upsetting when you get teriyaki chicken. and fortune cookies which is my favorite. and the meat is dry which is also upsetting
This has happened twice now. Sent my husband to pick up and we did not receive the full order. Natalie helped him. There excuse always is we are busy. No, we cannot drive back. Need to train employees better.
Ordered online to save time. Food was 20 minutes late. Countless people walked in and were served while my family waited. They could've at least apologized or communicated the issue.
There is nothing express about this Panda Express as the staff is more concerned about fulfilling the mobile orders over the line of people out the door. It took my wife 30 minutes from the time she walked in the door to the time she walked out the door tonight. Thank you Panda Express for allowing me enough time to go to Chipotle, wait in line, place my order, walk back to your establishment, sit down, eat a burrito along with chips and quac, and then wait a few minutes for my wife to stand at the register while a worker ignores her to fill several more mobile orders. Your priorities need to change.

Everything should have been fresh and newly made. Every single thing we ordered was from the night before. It was stale, cold, hard, and absolutely horrible. The girl said "it will be about 10 to 15 minutes". Which is supposed to mean that our food is being made fresh right? Well, apparently it means 'we're gonna make them wait so it looks like we are making their food fresh, but actually grab the leftovers from the night before'. The girl taking the order was clearly lazy as hell. And gave us the most stale cream cheese ragoons I've ever tasted. They were literally little rocks with a tiny speck of dried up cream cheese inside. The chow mein had a after-taste of perfume or cleaning product. So that was extremely disturbing to us. The chicken was not that bad but coaring to the rest, means absolutely nothing. This was a complete let down and would advice everyone to go to ANY other panda in the city.
Why can't I get to see the menu online before I have to fill in details about pickup or delivery, and other details? It's like "come into our restaurant, but you can't know anything about what we serve until you commit to dining with us". I just want to see what they offer..
Order#: 41098687987056641 This experience was not good, and I think angry employee's making your food in that negative energy, it distasteful. I ordered med entire side of chow main, she fills it up 1/2 with vegetables, and tapes the top closed and impossible to open. She then proceeds to stab at 10 veggie rolls until she barbed for 2 and the veggie rolls were crushed. She then bags my items and triple knots the top of the bag. But the worst part of this is, you go out to have a Chinese food experience and we all wait for the end to open a fortune cookie, " she left out the fortune cookie" I mean thats the staple.... Total fail on food Preparation, attitude and Customer service. I mean I asked for 1 chopstick and you tie up 2 chopsticks in bag and forget the fortune Cookie. THATS NOT FARE. and it felt racially motivated by my Melanin. Its happening 2 much.

I paid for my meal like any other customer, so I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect — instead, I was made to feel like I was asking for something for free. The attitude was completely unprofessional, and the lack of customer care was shocking.
Went in around 8:45pm while the store closes at 10:30pm, we Ordered for 2 bowls.1 with all fried rice and the other bowl is all veggies. All were the last scopes or serving.I don’t know what the serving size but when the server scoped up each item it’ looks like a tablespoon size of the food (not even).They should not display food when it’s not enough to serve. We all know that everything is costly but they should not be in business if it’s not proportion to what they charge to their customer. Poor service! Is The $3.50 discount the server gave us is the purpose for their customer satisfaction? The food tasted awful! Chicken with mushroom tasted kind of sour and veggies were floating from watery. Sad because this branch is used to be my favorite in the neighborhood but not tonight!
Went it today and service from the young lady was horrible. 1st. Off I noticed her drying moisture from her head with her hand. She wore a glove but didn't wash her hands after or changed gloves. Saw her serving food then do register. When she asked if she could help me I asked if she could wash her hands. She got upset about it and asked again how can she help me. I again asked if she could wash her hands. She then says something about she doesn't need to because she took her gloves off. So I asked again by now she really pissed about having to wash her hands. She rolls her eyes at me then makes a rude hand gesture. I noticed what looked like a supervisor near by but they didn't intervine. When the young lady returned she tried waiting on another customer instead of me 1st. Just tried ignoring me with more rude service. Not only that but she kept trying to overcharge me. Then she just dumps some condiments in my bag rudely. Never asked what I liked. I Then asked for a extra bag and she throws it on the counter. I told her that wasn't nice but she didn't care. Looked like she started playing with her nose. I have seen before that they don't like to wash hands there. Was there about 1:30 pm.
