We were returning from a trip to Nuevo Progresso Mexico for dental work & needed to eat saw ya'll! I'm really happy we did for a few reasons... The staff was kind, also very helpful, and professional. The restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were nice too... The food was so good as we had the fish with perfect toast, gravy and french fries. Delicious Dairy Queen... JAR 💟☮🇺🇸

Oden DQ is one of the best! Almost as good as the Beeville DQ. Food variety is great! Better far than most DQ restaurants.

Good vibes and good meal. Burger veggies were fresh and the patty warm. The fries were amazing Will definitely stop by when passing thru again

As a local resident, I can’t speak for those passing through Odem, but I sure can speak for myself. It’s nice getting to eat there. During busy days the food can take a little longer than you’d probably like, but the servers are only human. The food is really good, and the ice cream is even better. It’s a frequent stop for residents, and if you’re in the area it’s worth getting.

My first time here! The breakfast was delicious and patience was needed as they were very very busy on a Sunday.

It’s the same old Dairy Queen we’ve had in this town since as long as I can remember. The atmosphere is nostalgic, the service is usually good, and the food isn’t anything to sneeze at. A good fast food place for locals. Dine in is advised as Drive Thru can take a while.

Nothing like a dairy queen in a small little town. Workers were friendly and fast, I had the onion rings and probably some of the best onion rings I've had in years. Order them because you get them fresh and hot and they are extra crispy. Just so happens I am going back by there today and I guarantee you will see me there. Outstanding job Dairy Queen. 👍🏻😁😉

For a small town DQ, this was a happy accident! We were supposed to eat in Corpus at an oyster bar and then ended up on the road home. Amazing service. Delicious ice-cream. A surprisingly large variety on the menu. Well done!

Stopped at this one because they serve breakfast! Portion sizes are great! Salsa bar! Breakfast tacos are large! Would like them to add sausage to gravy for biscuits. Servers are fast. Restaurant lay-out is really nice & features separate seating areas.

Staff wasn't polite, but wasn't rude. Wait time was almost double the time then a usually fast food place, but food was correct and nice and hot. I can recommend this place as long as you don't go through the drive through because if your in a hurry it may be inconvenient.

Amazing...have you every been somewhere and felt completely welcomed? Even though she was wearing a mask, I could still sense the smile and warmth. If you're lucky, Alexis will be working and the team working is just as good. Friendly service, clean environment, good food...everything you could ask for.

It was not bad until I got home found that I didn't have my 🍔hamburger😣😒 I called and yes they forgot to put my 🍔 in my bag. They told me they would make my burger again if I wanted them too. 😨 Uh yes! So told them it would be a little bit cause I have to drive from St.Paul, 😤 which is 12.5 miles one way! So I go back over there and at first the girl at the window didn't have a clue what I was talking about. I seriously was about to lose my💩! Another lady said we are making it. So I sat and waited for my Burger. I recieved my burger the way I ordered. So I got to eat my burger with no frys because by time I got my burger my🍟where COLD! I could've asked for 🍟 but knew I would probably lose it🙏😬! I was not looking for free food, just want to get what I pay for when I pay for it. Yes I understand mistakes happen, but when it does happen most try to make it right. A small fresh 🍟to go with my fresh burger🍔 would have been a nice gesture, since I drove 🚗a extra 25 miles round trip to get my burger they for got in the first place! (😤😵😨RANT OVER!😫😒😪)

It was good, I got a Blizzard, and yes they turned it upside down for me. Was very good, My wife got a Nutter Butter shake and it was also very tasty. Price was fair, service was good, speed was also good. Will return next time I pass thru. Four out of five stars from me. Customer service was great.

Going forward I wish they would provide service in order of the line and maybe brought some napkins. That could have made things better. Hope it gets better for all.

Very convenient for a quick stop to pick up a snack or something sweet.

The experience I had was pretty pleasant. The ordering process took a little time to get taken care of but the drive through was backed up so it's understandable. Then the delivery of the food was a slight issue we got the wrong order first but was quickly taken care of as well. The only truly unsettling thing was most of the tables I checked were covered in sticky ice cream. I took a picture that shows the least dirty table of 6 we looked at.

Average, but wait time for a to-go order when you walk inside was surprisingly faster than other DQs, & definitely faster than if we had gone through the drive-thru. Food was warm, but still ok.

Friendly staff, prompt service, but they used canned cheese on my super nachos! Uck! The chicken in the salad was very dry, as well. We drove from an adjacent town, which has a DQ, for better quality food. We won't be coming going back.

I wonder when they are going to get it together!? It should not take 20 minutes in the drive thru to get a call-in order that was called in 30 minutes BEFORE arriving to the speaker. Absolutely ridiculous. Employee drinking cups all over the counters in plain sight employees not using the scoop for ice - the “manager” made the drinks you would think as a manager they would know better…smh, touching their face and not washing hands afterwards employees wearing false nails without wearing gloves just to name a few. It’s a shame that such a wonderful manager (Lucy who was not there btw) has to deal with such an incompetent manager and crew. If there was a NO STAR rating that’s what they would have gotten. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 And to top it off they flattened my daughters chili dog and laughed about it. I highly recommend people to drive the 7 extra miles down the road to the DQ in Sinton it’s better service and better quality of food.

Today August 3rd I ordered a burger to take home at the Odem, Tx. Dairy Queen. I got home ready to eat and there was a long hair in my Burger. May God forgive the carelessness. Juanita Tx

Food was cold. Assistant manager said she had to throw away our food to refund us even though we were on ba 20 hour trip. She said there was no other solution. Horrible assistant manager, the staff was willing to help. Get some new leadership

Stopped by at lunchtime on Saturday 10/14/17... very disappointed! We were passing through and my husband wanted a chicken basket. He waited in a line of about 20 people. No one was being helped! Even when he asked (very loudly) if anyone worked there...no workers even looked. We left & will never stop there again!

It’s by far the slowest and unorganized FAST food restaurant my family and I have ever been to. We called ahead and even ordered ONE SINGLE ITEM, they proceed to ask if we can pull ahead.. for one item?! 30 minutes later, we find out they gave our order to someone else! Then on top of that they refused to compensate us for there mess up!

I was traveling so I stopped at the Odem location, I was on the road already when I saw the nasty burger. I was really disappointed because it was too far out to turn around. Then I tried to call but no answer after several attempts. Here is the foto, cold,crushed, burned burger. Please check your food before you leave.

I ordered a medium banana split blizzard with double pecans. The blizzard was runny and the toppings were only half way to the bottom. The bottom half only had plain ice cream. The young lady offered to remake it because it was so runny, but I was in a hurry. And then not having it blended well made me upset.
