We were traveling from Phoenix, AZ to Fort Worth, TX and decided to stop in for lunch and we’re so glad we did! As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm, welcoming atmosphere and an eye-catching display of fresh baked goods. Everyone we encountered was friendly and inviting. My husband and I both ordered the chicken fried steak it was good sized and absolutely delicious! I started with the chicken noodle soup, which was flavorful and comforting. My husband chose pinto beans as a side and couldn’t stop raving about how good they were. Our server, Scott, was fantastic personable, funny, and very attentive. He even brought my husband an extra bowl of beans after hearing how much he loved them. We travel often, and this spot definitely stood out. When we’re back in the area, we’ll absolutely be returning for more of their amazing comfort food and top-notch hospitality!

This diner truly hits all the marks! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and seated quickly. The service was top-notch — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell the staff cares about making your visit a great one. The food? Outstanding. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Classic comfort food done right, with generous portions and plenty of options for both adults and kids. Speaking of kids — this place is incredibly kid-friendly! The staff was great with our little ones. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with that perfect mix of nostalgic diner charm and clean, modern comfort. Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast or lunch it’s the kind of place that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be coming back!

We came in for the first time and were greeted by some delicious pastries and friendly staff. The menu was easy to read with sooo many yummy choices it was hard to pick what to order... meatloaf, chicken fried chicken, robust salads, or sandwiches. We selected the chicken and turkey sandwiches with our choice of fries or chips. Service was slow but friendly. The food tasted amazing. The decor was fresh and not cluttered and everything was clean. We both decided that we could eat here again and again on this trip. I highly recommend eating here if you're not in a hurry but save room for dessert!

Everything about this place was phenomenal. You guys exceeded every expectation I had, which says a lot because you guys were pretty busy. That was really refreshing too because that seems to be harder & harder to find these days. Everything was cooked perfectly. The food was good, the price was good, speed of service was great, and the service itself was outstanding. I wish you guys had the green Tabasco but the regular Tabasco will do. I’ll be back here again! That’s for sure. Thank you to all the hard workers here along with management & owners. You guys are doing a great job here.

Delicious breakfast this morning with the family! Got the two eggs anyway with an extra order of sausage and the short stack of pancakes. The pancakes are HUGE and so tasty!!! This place is super cute and has a dessert window too!

I had gotten the steak omelet and hash browns with a biscuit and gravy everything was amazing except the steak omelet the steak was unseasoned and just tasted bland but everything else was amazing except

Ordered the catfish, texture of fish was nice and flaky but needed a little more seasoning!! Wife order's the chicken fried steak, thick cut and fresh, good crust but also lacked seasoning. Sides were good, service was a little slow. It's good food overall and you'll definitely get full!! If your looking for a good American food spot for breakfast or lunch I'd give it a try!!

6/12/21: I had the chicken fried steak with mash potatoes and bread. I chose the salad for my appetizer and it was fresh and good. I also ordered the fried mozzarella sticks and they were good. The chicken fried steak was pretty good with the gravy.

Typical diner atmosphere. The chicken fried steak and eggs was good. The time from order to service was a bit too long. Other customers who arrived after us were being served before us.

This place was just okay. The food was plain and not very flavorful, though locals seem to love it. If you’re looking for something memorable, you might be better off cooking at home or trying somewhere else.
