I went on Seafood night and it was cool. They have everything you can think of. I love that my crab legs were cooked just right. Easy to snap and the meat slid out easy like it's supposed to. The food was good and the staff was friendly. I love seafood so I would go back.

My food was really good we had a great waitress, but I got crab legs and only got 4 crab legs and my meal was 40.00. So a way over priced. I'd like to go when they have Buffet night

Decent Sunday brunch buffet. The menudo and asado are actually good, ready made waffles and omelettes never a bad thing. Every holiday or so they'll have a larger brunch spread in the hotel conference rooms. Those are worth it if you're not feeling the $50ish they charge per person at the normal buffet. The bigger spreads are about the same price and they do stuff with the fruit that makes it look cute.

We stayed at MCM Eleganté Hotel for four days while in town for work. When we arrived late the first night, the Filipina lady at the front desk greeted us with such a warm, welcoming attitude something that feels rare these days in customer service. She was genuinely kind and even followed up to make sure our room was okay after we checked in. Because of her, our first impression of the hotel was very positive. The next day, after a long workday, we decided to try the restaurant connected to the hotel, The Shrimp Boat. Unfortunately, that experience was very disappointing. While standing at the check-in area, two staff members were talking for quite some time before acknowledging us. When they finally did, they looked us over, exchanged looks, and made a comment about my husband’s SERVICE DOG. Even though it was said in Spanish, I could understand what was being said, as Spanish is close to my native language. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Despite that, we still chose to give the restaurant a chance. The staff continued to walk past us giving dirty looks. Our server herself was kind, but she forgot my appetizer, and when my steak finally arrived, it was overcooked and had an extremely unpleasant taste almost like gasoline. After an already long and exhausting day, this experience completely killed our appetite. We ended up going to bed with empty stomachs, which was especially disappointing given how hungry and tired we were. It’s unfortunate because we truly liked the hotel and most of the staff, but the restaurant experience left a very bad impression. The food quality and the treatment we received were unacceptable.

Great place but horrible food, order a club croissant that was toasted and cooked with cheddar supposed to come with Swiss cold but it was a hot club sandwich supposed to come with fries and I got onion rings, had a baked potato asked for no sour cream and they put sour cream on it asked for mayonnaise three times I got ketchup....$120 later with drinks wasn't happy

Place sucks waited for an hour while my fam ate and my plate never showed up because the waitress forgot to put my order in also the food sucked all dry and tasteless I’ve been here before in day time and it was good idk what happened this time but they need get better staff

Was there at 730pm. Terrible service Terrible food. Waited 45 min for food. Only excuse was cook by himself. Table next to us was also complaining. Fettuccine was hard. Alfredo tasted like soup. Chicken was deep fried not grilled. It was hard.

We rented a room for the weekend and came in for the "seafood" buffet, I don't see how they called that a seafood buffet when it just had catfish and baked fish with sides and the only seafood was the scallops and crab they put in a pasta by order at the pasta bar. The fish was so over cooked and rubbery None of the vegetables were even cooked so it was raw squash zucchini and broccoli. The only good thing was ours son's chicken Alfredo which he ordered off of the menu. Sad to say it was not worth paying $30 a person.

Food ok, I'm not personally impressed, buffet pretty much empty. It's not worth what we paid. Service, I guess they had a long day and were worne out. Atmosphere? Well, if you enjoy hearing inappropriate remarks to male's anatomy coming lout and clear from the kitchen's staff, then I guess that's the place, but not for me. I felt bad for the young ladies who worked there and had to hear such nonsense. My husband loves the oysters and the shrip cocktails that's the only reason we went.
