Excellent staff, delicious coffee. Very clean. Everything was very good.

Usually we try to go to local coffee shops instead of Starbucks, however, after meeting Justin, we will be back! Justin, you are too good for Starbucks. You made us feel like your best friend that you haven’t seen in ages. You healed apart of my sister and I that we didn’t know needed healing. Thank you for being you. I’m excited for the bright future ahead of you. It was an honor to be in your presence 😇

Somehow it’s always Alex at the register when I come in. He is always so friendly and helpful. I can tell he’s a hard worker and cares about his job. This makes my customer experience so much better and makes this location stand out. My drinks almost always turn out perfect at this location and they’re pretty quick as well.

My family and l ❤️ this Starbucks.... To me, they are a five star. :) they are very friendly and they work very hard.... They do their best during their busiest hours. We go there almost everyday.

i appreciate the amazing workers especially the guy who is always enlightening customers moods and recommends card and deals! one situation we had with him was that he noticed our strawberry refresher didn’t have enough strawberries and personally added more for he had noticed something was off, great skills on making sure customers have good quality drinks even when it’s the little things :)

They messed up my drink twice in a row which was pretty disappointing.. first time they put Java chips in my salted caramel frappe and the fluffy foam on top was completely liquid… second time same thing with the foam and there was no caramel on top at all.. Update: returned and the last few times the drinks have been wonderful!

This Starbucks location truly embodies the coffee shop stereotype. It has a handful of small and long tables for people to gather at when drinking coffee or as is more typical lately working on their laptops in isolation. I did really enjoy the nice wooden benches which seem to be well built and looked inviting. We ordered one of their overpriced under flavored $7 drinks and it tasted nothing like what we ordered. For some reason caramel tastes like chocolate. Go figure. That's about what I expect from Starbucks anymore though. Overpriced, over sugared, and enough calories to replace a meal or two, Ordering from the counter was unpleasant but they did make the drink quickly, fwiw. It was a good reminder as to why I normally actively avoid Starbucks.

When someone came over there was no apology for the wait. As a previous SB employee I was pretty disappointed how far customer service has dropped from their focus.

When someone came over there was no apology for the wait. As a previous SB employee I was pretty disappointed how far customer service has dropped from their focus.

I usually have great experience and service at this Starbucks. On this particular day, I ordered two large drinks, one iced one hot. I was very careful when explaining what I wanted I said one drink is going to be hot and one will be iced. I was specific about that because usually when I Order an iced drink and a hot drink they both come out iced. With this past experience, I was very specific and slow in ordering. The woman in the drive-through who was taking my order kept repeating the wrong order until she finally got it right. This is not a big deal as I understand how retail can be tiring, especially at the end of the day. I had a nice attitude the whole time and was very chill. When I got to the window, she handed me two iced drinks. I said oh this one is actually hot. I explained that my daughter would not like an iced drink as she never orders iced beverages. I was super sweet when letting her know this. I already paid and tipped when I told the woman that the drink was hot. She said oh OK, and they went ahead and made me another drink. When she handed me the new drink she had a definite attitude and looked at me like a spoiled little girl who did not get her way. She was literally angry at me for her own mistake. This was really annoying to me as I had given her a tip and was super nice to her. This happened on Tuesday 4/16/24 at 6:15 PM. I don’t really want to go back to this Starbucks because I honestly didn’t deserve that behavior. There is this one gentleman who usually works the drive-through who is fabulous. I usually see him and always have an amazing experience. He definitely deserves a raise.

They have NOTHING accessible to the customer. The only thing available are napkins. No stirrers, no cream, no powders…everything is behind the counter and as is with all Starbucks, they’re so busy that asking for what you need is an inconvenience. The coffee was normal Starbucks quality. Restaurant and bathrooms were nice and clean and customer service interaction seemed par for the course. So it’s a nice place, but not good for making the small things available or convenient.

Employees (x4) completely ignored us and made us wait while they worked on closing up over an hour early. They illegally blocked off the seating area and exit to the west of the building.

I went through the drive through today 01/27/2025 around 2:23 pm, Drive through staff was very rude. My encounter was with a male barista and he Seemed annoyed that I asked to remake my drink, got two drinks both did not taste right. First time here wouldn’t come back!
