It's a Subway, you go in and they offer what all Subways offer. They have a staff that is friendlier than others though!

Ok little cubby hole of a store in a strip mall. Walk in, order the sub. Go eat at home (20 min. away) Lot is a neck buster, tight throw back with '20s PU Trucks blocking the sun. Same great SubWay you know

I eat here a couple times a week. I know it's ridiculous, but it's one of my all time favorite restaurants. The chicken/bacon/ranch sub is my all time favorite and basically the only thing I order. This Subway is slower than others I've been in, but the staff is always friendly.
Cassidy took my order and listened to me complaining about my day. She really is a doll and deserves a raise kudos to her for going above and beyond with my strange order as well
I don’t know how much Drew gets paid but it is not enough!!! He was amazing! And the food was only as good as it was because you can tell he cares
The staff is not particularly friendly BUT this location has always had my order ready on time when I order online or through the app. I strongly recommend ordering ahead.

I ordered a footlong italian herb sub toasted with lettuce pickles cucumber lettuce spinach with chicken on half. Service was food. It was very spacious when compared to other subways I guess. Good one. service was also good. Restrooms were good too.

One of the best Subways I have been to. My bread was a touch over cooked but it just gave it a bit of crunch. The staff was friendly and efficient. The store was very clean. I was given my food in a basket-most Subways I've been to treat all sandwiches as to-gos. That was a nice change. Staff stopped by our table to be sure everything was satisfactory.
Love subway but shoving your customers out of the door at 925 when you don’t close until 10 is rude.
We were disappointed that the workers were not wearing masks. We probably won't go back there while the country is dealing with this pandemic.

Great service. Prices keep going up. 1 foot long and wrap meal was over $23.
I visited 10/8/22 around 5:45pm. This location is usually the only one I go to because they are always stocked on ingredients, subs turn out great and customer service is typically not bad. Today there were a guy and a girl working. The guy had welcomed me in while they were finishing their online order. He has always be nice whenever I come in. The girl was ready to make my sub but didn’t say a word, just stared. I had to ask for cheese since she continued to look at me when she was finished with the protein, as if I was supposed to know she moving on. The guy rang my order up, while doing so I had asked if the the cookies in the case were just chocolate chip because the label had said white macadamia nut but they looked like chocolate chip. Just wanted to make sure. The girl making my sub got pretty aggressive when pulling out the drawer to show the guy. She said “yes” then aggressively put the tray back. She had given me my bag without any words exchanged. As I was leaving, she continued to aggressively shut doors and slam ingredient tubs. The poor guy working with her does not deserve any of that! Very negative and toxic person to work with. I didn’t see a name tag, but will be sure to have someone else make my sub next time.
Fast forward a couple of years to 2024: We haven't gone there for a while. Started getting Subway periodically again. After today's app ordered toasted yet cold food, with bunched up onions, and extra cheese looking like regular, ... Not highly recommended anymore! Many years ago: Easy to use the phone app. Quick with hardly any wait ever over many months ordering now. Easy self pickup in store from phone app order shelf. Friendly staff. Clean floor. Clean tables, clean store! Awesome fresh bread smell with fresh ingredients. Low carb choices and more - look at their menu. Highly recommended!
Workers there act like they hate their jobs they screw my order up every other time.
Apparent store manager build our sub. Acted annoyed that we did not know what we wanted quickly though we were the only customers. Scolded an employee about training in front of us before exiting to the back. Had help wanted sign in the widow. No wonder.
Bad customer service! I'm alergic to certain ingredients so I asked the sandwich maker to change gloves very politely after the guy before me, so he made a face expression that he is doing it forcefully and mad about it. Then became sarcastic about it asking if he has to change gloves again! I think he's the manager there. That's not all! Then the cashier made a joke making fun of me cause i Studdard saying cheese. Train your employees better or change them. Terrible bullying experience!
Nothing but absolutely rude people working here. I understand if you've had a tough day but do not put that on the customers shoulders. A few times that I have gone to this location the service was horrendous! I actually had a worker grab the wrong bread and when I went to correct her that that that looked like the Honey Wheat and not the Monterey Cheddar bread she practically threw a tantrum like a 2 year old, slamming down the bread and throwing the other one away. As she made my Sub she was continuously rude. She only put 2 slices of American Cheese on my foot long and I asked for one piece more and she became visibly aggravated. I have worked in Customer Service and Restaurants and that is no way to act towards customers. I can only imagine how she is on a really busy day. The next two times I came here were during my lunch period where I only got 30 minutes. I walked because my job was very close. Upon entering no welcome and two different women were there so I kind of said phew! No still not a good situation, I ordered and the two girls were practically ignoring me to talk to each other rude! Then when she started putting Tomatoes on my Tuna Sub I was like no no I didint want that, she looked at the other girl and laughed. I then said well im on a tight break here can we fast forward this and they both laughed again. That was the last time I went to that location sad because it was so close and convenient to my job at the time. Definitely not worth the attitude and to have to be laughed at by children!
The service today was awful I was there at 12:39pm not very busy, the 2 girls making my sandwich were good once i got to the register it was a whole different story. She dint offer me a receipt and when I asked for one she tried to hand it to me from the garbage, then when I asked for my drink she handed me the wrong size and dint even bother to wash her hands after being in the garbage. Once I asked her to wash her hands and hand me the correct cup she got loud and stated on "well damn you dint have to have an attitude and be all rude"?!?!? UMMMMMM WHAT?!?!?! Because I dont want you to hand me items when your hands were just in the garbage??
Ordered a veggie slub with smashed avocado, the lettuce was brown. The avocado was moldy and he was still going to place it on my sandwich, Gross!!! He brought out another container the same thing avocado was moldy needless to say picked veggies off threw the rest.
Horrible experience I ordered online to take advantage of the BOGO footlong deal I arrived at the store picked up my order and was informed the only Bread that was left was wheat the young man asked if I still wanted the food I really didn’t have a choice taking the food was already bagged and prepared..... I took the food over I arrived home I noticed that one of my subs wasn’t toasted like I requested..... I called the store and the gentleman was rude he told me I can toast the sub myself or bring it back and he can toast it ( remind you that it was 5 minutes before closing) I informed him that I wasn’t near the Store and he began to say oh well I asked for his name to report this incident to his manger he refused.... I then stated that I am supposed to eat food that was made incorrectly due to his mistake he then offered me a free sub I questioned what time should I come or who should I ask for he refused this information horrible experience and this was one of my favorite locations....
This onalaska subway was always been subpar. I only went here because it was convenient. Nobody says hello, product quality is always a few hours old just sitting there, and there's always random kids hanging out there running around. Don't go here. Go to Jimmy John's.
I keep getting food poisoning here. Don't go here. It's worth the gas to go to the lacrosse location.
store location great however its very nice that they put out online promotion that dosnt work was attempted by me and co worker when asked the location about was told they dont know had several people in trying to do it and it just dosnt work
This might be one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had made. The employees could barely comprehend what I was ordering. My wife had to have her sandwich re made. Mine fell apart and was so sloppily made that I had to use a fork. The employee threw my sandwich on the counter out of the oven, spilling it all over the rest of the vegetables. If this is the quality management is disiring then I probaby wont be back to this store. Im disappointed I actually even paid for this. By far, the worst I've ever had. I would appreciate the manager contacting me.
Walked in to two employees who looked so annoyed that I was there. Not a ‘hello’ or anything. I had to ask for cheese as the didn’t ask, and when I asked for a bit more spinach I was given the death stare. The sandwich (BLT) was made with hardly any toppings. Piss poor performance. I get good help is hard, but if these are the people you have working, your clientele will decrease. Very unhappy
Just wanted a few cookies. Heavy set girl gave me a dirty look. ( NOT THE FIRST TIME WITH HER!) She wears a headband and has a ponytail. Nit my problem these employees are over worked and do not like there job.
Went in to get subs for dinner. Had 2 teenage girls there that didn't smile let alone act like they wanted to be there. I ordered a footlong Subway Club and the girl that made it put hardly any meat on it and piled all the meat in the center of the footlong. When I asked for more meat to reach the ends she got upset and then I was charged for it. The girl that put the veggies on barely put any on it but made sure to overload the sandwich with mustard, mayo and the salt a pepper blend. It was awful. My son had the Chicken Bacon Ranch and the something happened on his. These 2 teenagers definitely need a lot more training. Won't be back to this location. If I could give it no stars I would off. Very disappointed
I love subway and sometimes have no choice but to go the this location. But not anymore I've had too many experiences with a woman that works there she is notoriously rude there are other comments about her. SHE'S the large woman with glasses and a head. She speaks down to customers and co-workers. Acts like EVERY SINGLE PERSON is inconveniencing them. It's not a coincidence the last 2 times I went there I sat in the dining room waiting for someone to come and make my food. After 10 minutes she comes out and didn't say a word about making us wait. Rose st subway is head and shoulders better than this dump.
Was just at this location and the female employee was just rude. The male couldn't even pull the cheese apart before putting it on the sandwich. Was not even thanked for stopping. I will definitely not be visiting this location again, I'd rather drive to west salem first even though this on is only 2 blocks from my house.
Had a very horrible experience with a guy that may have even lied about his name to me because he knows his attitude was terrible. But Sebastian, was rude and had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. He didn’t wanna make my sandwich because he was technically closed 5 minutes ago, and he was mad at me for walking in, I didn’t know they were closed and I apologized but it didn’t matter to him because he kept glaring at me and being rude. When I asked for some lettuce he threw on my sandwich and barely put anything else on it, I shouldn’t have paid for it or I should have thrown the sandwich back at him, I can’t believe Subway lets people like him work for them, he’s making such a bad name for Subway. I won’t ever go back to this one again.
we walk in to a line of people with slow workers and one of them just standing and staring and not doing anything. order and the worker says we asked for extra when we didn’t and then saying they’re going to upcharge us. aiden is rude to the other workers and isn’t barley helping and the girl in the front was doing everything basically. they toasted my sandwich when i didn’t ask for it to be toasted. again aiden was very rude and also gave us dirty looks/rubbed us the wrong way.
Lettuce and green peppers on sandwich were rotten and inedible. The bread was crumbling. I will never go to this location ever again.
I work nearby so this Subway has always been my go to for lunch or dinner, but today I was definitely was taken back from the service " Heidi" waited on me she acted as tho I was bothering her I placed my order which I always and I mean always have the spicy Italian you always get 2 slice of round meat down the sub which it's usually 8 slices of pepperoni and 8 slices of salami she only gave my sub 4 slices of each meat then asked me what of kind of cheese which I always have pepper jack they usually give you 6-8 quarter slices of cheese but not today I got 4 quarter slices. Then I gave her my coupon she was searching on it for the longest time " like she wanted to tell me it was expired, but it was new" so then she asked if I wanted to tip ..... Which I always tip but not today for the unpleasant experience I had today at this Subway. Heidi my suggestion you are in the front of customers be approachable and pleasant if you don't like customer service then this job is not for you.
I am from the madison area. I love subway. But was in onalaska last weekend. Went to subway this was the most horrible experience. First off waited almost ten minutes before anybody came out from the back. The store was absolutely disgusting. The veggies looked very old like lettuce was brown and limp. Got what was supposed to be hot sandwiches . Got home meat was still frozen in middle. Just over all very disappointing.
