The hostess led us to a dirty table and failed to give us a kid's menu, I had to go up to the host podium to get the menu. Our server Leslie was fantastic and really brought the visit back up to a pleasant experience. 3 stars for food because it's Applebee's food, nothing special.

Courtney is the absolute best. Real period person, and so friendly. She’s great to talk to and always is willing to help. Whenever she’s working, she’s always and willing, and often running laps around every other server who is college age.

We were seated by a friendly greeter and the waitress Tammy was exceptional! It was the best service we had in a long time. The new grilled cheeseburger was awesome and it was fast and everything was right on the order too. The manager Eugene always checks on us every time we are here. We definitely will be soon😊

Great job here at Oneonta, NY! Slip fast food. You get much better quality food here at a similar price! Great food, boneless wings were perfect, orders came out in a decent time, didn’t feel rushed, entrees were also cooked to perfection. Our waitress did a great job taking care of us. Management here is top notch and you can tell he cares about his team and customers! It’d be great to see what you’re doing here applied to the Dubuque, IA location.

I bring my granddaughter to this Applebee's every time I'm in town and we have never been disappointed. She loves the kids mozzarella sticks and the smoothie. Very reasonable. I like the impossible burger. Last time our waitress was Smiley and she is amazing. Definitely added to our visit. So fun! She is definitely an asset.

I am not Applebee's fan at all. To many bad experiences. But.. Applebee's in Oneonta NY just crushed it for me. Absolutely 5 star experience and will be back to this location when visiting my son in college. Jessica our server was absolute awesomeness. Great job!!!

I guess u can't go wrong with Applebee's. Service and food is consistent and reliable. Although, I wish the fries were more generous portions. Their meal pairing specials is a great value !

My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Applebees and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Coupled with Courtney’s exceptional service it made our dinner truly memorable. It is not often you meet a team that truly works together. Courtney had lots of tables but she never looked overwhelmed! She answered all our questions, making great suggestions and helping us to navigate food allergies. She never once treated us like we needed to rush. She has such a wonderful presence about her ! She made her job which seemed crazy look like it was a breeze. Effortlessly holding conversations with each table while balancing drinks and food in her hands. It was has such a wonderful experience. Dinner was perfect. Our cups never empty and we left with lots of information on the area. We can’t wait to come see her again.

Our waitress Jessica was awsum me and my bestie got the 2 for $25 meal which was Delicious. I had the chicken and shrimp, and my bestie had chicken Marcella I think is what it was called. Well worth going here. Especially we just had a bad experience at a BBQ buffet close by. The manager said goodbye to us when we left and held the door. Didn't catch his name but a lovely man.

Food came out inconsistently and some orders came out very cold. Had to send back dishes. Once the food came back everything was very warm and good but then the server took a while to come back to our table for the bill.

We came in and were greeted very nicely. Our server came fairly quickly, took our order. Our food came, but my order was not what I ordered. She took back the wrong order and said Your order will be our very fast. My husband proceeded to eat because we assumed that since she said I try would be right out, it was ok. My husband was through with his meal before my order got there. I have eaten there many times and was very surprised that on a Monday and it was not very busy this happened.

Two stars because the waitress was nice. The food presentation got an F. Wait for food was too long. Giving small portions for the “All you can eat” is fine as long as you don’t have to wait long for refills. We waited a long time and the food came out cold. We didn’t get soda refills in a reasonable time. Other wait staff was standing around talking to customers. If they had that much free time, why didn’t they take other tables so our waitress could be freed up. Restaurant selection in Oneonta is terrible. But next time we’ll go to Burger King or head to Binghamton.

To start the plates they gave us were dirty, I ordered a cheeseburger, I mean how can you screwup a burger ? The cheese was bad and stopped eating it after one bite.

Went with my wife for lunch, we are local and have enjoyed this location before. Clearly it has gone down hill, the time before we had listened to kitchen staff in a screaming match. Not a big deal for us as we have many years in the food service industry. This time, there were only 4 tables when we arrived. We waited over 15mins for drinks, 20+mins for appetizer and 35+ for our entrée. The worst part, ALL cold. Have you ever tried eating cold cheese dip? 🤮 The waitress, although pleasant and polite, was obviously novice and taking care of half the restaurant, no management seen the entire time, no "runners" for food getting cold. After finally receiving the check, I decided it would be quicker to just go pay at the bar, nope can't do that, only the server can ring you out. I voiced everything to what appeared to be a manager (clipboard, doing inventory) and she literally walked away from me as I was talking. Clearly this is no longer the place it used to be.
